What a treat! Ive been coming here for years but moved to Clearwater and just cant find a good place. I decided to run some errands in SOHO so I stopped in for a pedi. Its always clean and the staff is friendly. The massage was awesome and my toes look 👌

The people who did our nails were Nina and Susan. They were very friendly, kind, and did a GREAT job on our nails. They were very professional and took temperatures, had face masks, face shields, and one divider to ensure customer safety from the virus! They were very kind and their service was AMAZING. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Kim and family treat our family like their family. They are great people above and beyond normal business practice. My wife frequents here with my two little girls 4 and 1yo. My family and I came here during a quick getaway before school started after winter break. We called Classic Nails for 4 pedicures( my 13 yo sons first😀) and they got us in right away. They we very friendly, inviting, accommodating, and professional. Ok but the guy was a little rough

This is a great salon. They have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of their clients by hanging clear shields inbetween the customer and the nail technician. They wipe everything down after each customer and they are taking everyones temperature prior to sitting dow . I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been here 3 times since their opening. I love it here! My nails were done exactly how I wanted them. The staff is super friendly, the place is nice and clean. I took my niece for her birthday and she really loved her manicure and pedicure. I highly recommended. I love Mai, she does a really good job and now she’s my new nail tech ❤️

Excellent and prompt service... my nails are so pretty.... and Jennie my nail tech was amazingly nice. Great deluxe pedicure and gel nails. The leg/ foot, and hand message were the best part.

Total gem of a find in Tampa. Very friendly and efficient service for super reasonable prices! The salon is super clean and the chairs are comfortable and in good shape. Im pretty picky and they always do a wonderful job and are very gentle. Weve had great experiences every time weve gone.

Am fairly new to the area and was looking for my go-to salon. The ladies at Classy Nails are extremely friendly and personable. They take their time and make sure you are very happy with your experience.

Came in for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience. Had the classic pedicure with extra 15 minute massage from Frank and he was wonderful. Looks clean and sanitary and everyone was friendly. All around experience was fantastic and I will be back to get all of my Pedicures from Frank from now on!

I really love this place and have received wonderful pedicures in the past. Today I was very disappointed. The young lady who did my pedicure was very nice and courteous, but rushed through my pedicure. She didn’t take the time to scrub my feet to remove callous as I usually have received from other nail techs. She lightly scrubbed and was off rushing to the next part. On a positive note, she did give a great massage. I really didn’t want to give a tip but it’s hard for me to deny someone a tip. Not sure if I will return unless I can request someone else.

Back again for my regular appointment for a pedicure. The place is just beautiful and the service is impeccable. All the girls here are so nice and sweet. It is a totally different experience going here then those other salons. You wont be disappointed. I wont go anywhere else!

I googled a good nail place since I can never find a good place in Tampa. I ran into classic nails and BOY they are great . Customer service is in point, they are genuinely sweet and funny. Tony did my pedicure and Ive never had a pedicure where the person actually focused on removing everything and leaving my feet perfect . I have no complaints . Effort and quality exceptional .

Use to come here all the time and to be honest this was the ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Didn’t take off all my oldPolish, lied to me about pricing, dug so much into my toe and the worse paint job ever! Just awful and now I have to go to meetings like this!

Now in all of my years I have never written a review. But, I want everyone to know of the good quality of service, I received. So, I went in 11/02/19, for a last minute fill-in on a two week pink, and white set, and a polish change on my toes. Which she did a excellent job. I had just come to the city for an event, and was in need of services. Well Mei, which I believe who manages/runs it, was to my rescue. Being as though Im from Jacksonville, Mei had to work from, and correct someone elses work. Which she did a excellent job. I get my services from our upscale shopping mall in town, and your gonna definitely pay more. But, upon talking with Mei, I learned that there prices are the standard prices, nothing like what Im accustomed to. When I first got my set in my city, the technician( which was not my regular tech) had done a bad job, she had my nails to wide, and Bucky looking. Which I didnt complain, because I was In a rush, but my typical self most definitely would have. Mei got my nails shaped just the way I like, and they should be. Honestly, I was headed to another salon, when I noticed this one while driving, and decided to try it, and Im glad I did. One of the best decisions, because Im picky, and Im always skeptical about letting someone service me when Ive never seen there work. Which added to that from my last set. I normally would have googled this place first, but I was in a rush, and just went with the flow. I also learned that they are new, and have been open for under a year. But, please share, and try this place out. I hope your service is just as wonderful as mine. Thank you classy nails for my services! The hospitality, cleanliness, and the staff was awesome. If I lived here this would definitely be my forever spot.

I went in today to get my nails done none of them match their lumpy like I dont know if she didnt want to work today or what the deal wasthe smile lines are horrible so Im going to another nail shop to get them corrected.Just what I wanted to do on Friday have my nails done twice ugh . Their offer of consolation was will give you a discount the next time you come in so basically I paid $32 for nothing and im probably going to spend more money having them removed and put new ones on.

Customer service was great and they were very nice BUT my nails didnt even last 2 weeks before they started falling off and cracking! The diamonds fell off in the first 2 days. Honestly never had this problem before, my nails usually last 3 weeks or more before they start lifting. Very disappointed 😖

This place is a hit or miss. Ive gotten many a nice pedicure and many not so nice. From them taking over an hour sitting in the pedi chair waiting to instant service. Hit or miss also applies to the people. A few are great and a few are staring off into space not paying attention. Although the price is decent, you get what you pay for.

I usually go for the gel manicure and they have a huge selection if colors where most places do not. Their acrylic nails are insane! They have always been so accommodating when i call or have to come in last minute.

Im very picky when it comes to my nails because Kim and Justin spoil me everytime. They have such attention to detail that I absolutely can not go anywhere else. I get acrylics but the are always nicely done to where they do not look fake. The shape is always on point (no pun intended). Justin will suggest shapes and colors and I will get tons of compliments when I leave. Justin only works on Tuesdays so an appt is best. Kim is the owner and she is the sweetest and so precise. They are busy during the weekend but it is mainly because of the regulars that I see everytime. I highly recommend this place!

Update. I called Kim and she fixed it for me free of charge.Charged me $50 for this. I was so upset I paid and left. Never going back again. What I asked for and what I got.

They did acrylic nails on my friend and it least only for 1 week, and she went back to ask for a fix and they charged $30
