Even though I had heard many bad ending stories about this nail salon, I still decided to go due to the convenience of the location. I was not expecting the services to be this horrendous. My nail technician made four of my fingers bleed, even after I let him know about the pain. Then, I noticed all the acrylic nails that were glued on didnt actually fit my nail size at all. Then, to make matters worse, the powder was completely caked on and bulky, making my nails so thick and un even and were not shaped. I complained about the shape size and was met with silence. This is one of the absolute worse nail salons i have EVER been to, absolutely do not recommend!!!

They always go out of their way to make the customer happy and they do an awesome job from start to finish.

I came here with a friend in May, and got a pedicure and full set. The guy who did my pedicure did a great job, but was not an expert in the acrylic nails. He left some nails uneven and the paint job was off. I went the next day to Christy and she fixed them. Two days later my nails were discolored and flat out gross! I have put a before and after photo. I know it takes practice to master the art of nails, but if you know your guy or girl isnt ready to deliver the service to customers they should practice on you first, not the customers!

This place is amazing!! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this one is by far is my favorite one!! Everyone is so nice! Cindy is soo talented I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and conquered it!! I will be coming back!!

So first I have to start off by saying Im the pickiest when it comes to my nails, although Im sure Im not the only one put there that is this picky.I had done my nails at another place in the local area that was rated good but sadly two week later my nails were coming off. Thats where C C Nails comes in.I decided to try C C Nails and Im so glad I did !!!! This is the first time I have ever left a nail salon truly happy with my nails. I literally couldnt believe how amazing they look. They look like the nails I dream of when I Pinterest nails inspiration. I literally cant stop looking at my nails!!Sheri did an amazing job!! The coffin nail shape she did is the best Ive ever had. Ive gone to other places and when Ive asked to do the coffin shape they give me excuses and reasons why not to do the coffin shape. And Im sure thats because coffin nails require more time and work than the straight/square shape. Sheri made me feel so comfortable and she removed the previous set I had so carefully and pain free.Sheri took her time applying my tips and did it properly. And we even did a gorgeous nail design from something they had on display.I literally cant say enough about C C Nail salon. And after we were done they took photos of my nails which was so awesome. Ive uploaded pictures of mine and Sheris collaboration.Ill be back and will be looking at more nail inspiration for next time! :)

I went here on a whim to get my nails done for my birthday and let me tell you I was NOT disappointed!!! I walked in and was greeted immediately and helped promptly by Cindy. She did an amazing job and and asked me what I wanted to make sure they were perfect!! The other coworkers there also greeted me and told me about their various services (which I will be back for 😉) Overall I had a GREAT experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking to get fabulous nails!!!! 💅🏻💖

Do not go here to get a full set, i went in for the first time because it’s near my house and showed them a picture of what i wanted, and they said they could do it. They didn’t have the black acrylic to do what i wanted and didn’t tell me, and just kept going so when i asked, he said he was going to “paint it on”. i told him it was okay and that i would just keep the pink acrylic with no paint no gel, just the powder. Then when he was done it was $45 🥴 for just short acrylics and powder, no nail polish at all and my pinky nail is crooked. If you want to go to a real salon that knows what they’re doing and have fair, low prices, and amazing quality; Id highly recommend Larys nail salon on Waters, def not this place :/

Excellent nail salon tucked away in a little plaza. Its on Gunn Hwy and Hampton Park Blvd. They do nails pedicures and body treatments. I get the SNS (dip nails) all the time and they last A WHOLE MONTH!!!!!!! I also love that they dont fill the dip nails they take all the product off and start from scratch. I have been to some salons who do fills on dip nails and you can definitely tell the deference.

I have been to more than a few places locally in Tampa that have tried to master the ombre that I wanted and this is the only place I have come across that has done the Ombre just the way I wanted it! They are so friendly here I absolutely love this place five stars for me!

I had a full set done, hands & feet. I was so excited and happy when I left! The owners mom did them. Shes very talented. Unfortunately, my nails started falling off 2 days later. In less than 1 week they had all fallen off! They did not break, lift or anything. They were just talking off. Idk if she forgot to use the dehydrator stuff or something but I know for $135 they should have lasted longer than they did! I dont work so it wasnt even from me doing any thing to cause them to come off. Im so disappointed.

My feet were scorched. I went in to get a Mani Pedi and during the Pedi the pedicurist placed very hot stones on my feet. She did not wait for them to cool.I have been in pain for two weeks because of this mishap.Also, the powder fill did not last the full two weeks; the quality of the materials used are poor. She didnt even clean my cuticles. Spent: $90. Dont waste your $ on people who dont care about you, just your money. The Pandemic has revealed the desperation to just take your money without being professional. I will never return.

This salon has very professional and caring techs. The facility is clean and pleasant. The chairs are the massage type and very relaxing. Moment out of time to relax.

Everyone in this salon is so nice and accommodating!!! The pedicure is awesome and they always deliver exactly what I ask for. All I need to do is bring them a pic and they will recreate it.

Tried to get a full set. Nails were uneven and crooked. I asked the guy to fix them, he said he would but didnt, instead he made them shorter, to the point that my fingertips could be seen over the nail on several fingers. I asked him to just take them off and I would pay for his time and leave. He started speaking to another worker and I was then told I would have to pay for the full set plus the nail removal fee. Apparently the fact that the nails werent complete, or done properly and causing me to want to remove them failed to make sense to them. They both told me that my nails were not crooked or uneven. The cashier agreed with me when I showed her, after I paid the FULL price for a crappy full set of nails that wasnt even finished. I will never go there again, nor will I recommend anyone else go there. They spoke about me and laughed after I complained. Incredibly rude.

Love it here. The owner literally went to the store to get my friend a bottle of diet coke. Quality work. Never need repaires even if my nails are over due. Hands down best pedicure! Me and my friend have been going here for years. 5 stars!

When I first started coming here, I loved it. I never asked for anyone specific because everyone that I would get was sweet and did an awesome job. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m a regular and now they’re too comfortable, but the last few times I haven’t left happy. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. One time I asked for flowers and it just look like dots on my nails that I asked if they could just be taken off because it was just that bad. Last time I came in with a difficult but different design and was charged for more than a regular design which I was okay with and my toes looked good but my nails look like he was just in a rush to finish. This time around I came in with something different as well and I asked if they could do it. If they can’t it’s not a big deal I’ll either not get one or ask for something else it’s a not a big deal. But they said yes. They had to do it twice and it still doesn’t look like it. I was left with glitter all on my hands. Cindy is sweet, but I’m deff not getting what I’m paying for. Let’s just say I’ll be looking for a new place along with my friend and her sister who also enjoyed coming and have been disappointed lately. Two stars for Cindy being sweet everything else sucks now.

The only thing this place has going for them was the convenience of being open on Christmas ever, but when I say this was the worst service I’ve received, I mean it. I had to bring my baby with me while her father worked, I appreciated the fact that they were patient, but having others go ahead of me who did not have appointments, to having one had done to switch to another person for the other hand...and they do not match up. If I didn’t have to look super presentable tomorrow I would have walked out. Waste of money.

They have enough employees you dont have to wait an extraordinary amount of time. And they do a very nice job.

Regular customer, last service I was given poor quality acrylics. They were so thin, within half a week all my nails were chip badly. I went in on Wednesday and asked for them to be redone but they wanted to charge me for a new acrylic full set. Never going there again!

Cindy provided be with 5 star service and I will definitely be returning after my first time here. They have a lot of new services take advantage its amazing 👍🏻

I did not enjoy my experience here. I think they are over priced for the work they do. I went in for a full set and left with cuts on multiple fingers. When filing the nails she proceeded to file my skin. When I tried to explain I was starting to bleed she did nothing about it. Asked for coffin shape which is an extra $5 and the shape isn’t the best. I won’t be going back here.

They was good with the fill. And thats it. They suck at designs. They are messy and when I said I didnt like them they was very rude about it. And kept talking about me behind my back.

I don’t like the fact that they all want you to TIP them. Nail techs already make commission & be looking at your for a tip, I’m not going to pay for Nobody’s mortgage & beside they did good on my polish but not my pedicure, I have alot of dead skin & even paid for the higher priced one, she still didn’t do a good job. Just on the polish. But if they know your not the tipping type they will play ring around the rosie about who will do your feet. Not knowing that’s discrimination & can be SUED. As long as a person pay your fee that’s all that matter. Don’t nobody owe y’all nothing but the amount of your service that’s IT!!! Also they are very very very lazy & don’t like to work at nails or feet, just quick hurry get them done!!! I like a place that don’t mind getting down with designs & etc.. I need that Hollywood look & they don’t offer that. But want you to tip them!! HA!
