I cancelled insurance with them after having it for less than 24 hours because I found better coverage for a lower price. Instead of just refunding my money they have me the run around and a partial refund. $50 cancellations fee okay but they also kept$40 for less than 24 hours of coverage when I was original told it was only $5.50. Therefore $165 coverage refund $75 that should have been refund of $110. They said its in your paper work about cancellations. Okay I did this over the phone and I hadnt received any paperwork. Ive used this company for years but this left a bad taste in my mouth...
