This is my 2nd time visiting this nail salon and I am beyond pleased with the customer service and quality of work. I came in today to soak off nails that were poorly done from another nail shop. I appreciate the attention to detail from applying the acrylic to the shaping and polishing. I didnt have to ask for anything to be fixed. Perfection!!!

When I first moved to Tampa about 9 months ago, it took me forever to find a nail salon. Back home I only went to one specific nail tech and couldn’t stand going to salons. I googled here & saw the work they did & decided to take a risk. One of the best risks I’ve ever taken in my life actually lol. Lisa was the first nail tech to touch my nails in Tampa, & will continue to be. Every time I come in, I’m greeted by everyone & they’re all super sweet, the conversation is great & they really make sure you have a great experience every time you come in. Any bad reviews left about this place are due to the bad attitude people that come in every now & then that expect to be treated better than everyone else.

My friend and I had a lovely experience getting pedicures at this pretty and professional salon. The staff was very polite and accommodating of my disabilities. I highly recommend this salon!

I needed a manicure and after looking on google for a while I ran into this place. I decided to give it a try and really liked the experience. I like that you can book your appointments online and they will be with you right on time. Great selection of nail polish colors and good products. Dany slays my nails every single time people stop me constantly and asked where I get my nails done and who I go to because they always look amazing and classy the shape is always on point his ombré blend is amazing!!!!! If you get in with him make sure you tip him well because he deserves it…… I have to keep adding pictures because he slays every time

The service here is professional, friendly and fast. The pedicures are the best. My feet stay soft for weeks. I have not tried any of the other services but if the pedicures are any indication, the facials have to be great too. Plus they have really good step in place to protect clients and staff against COVID 19.

My bestie & I were searching for a Mani/Pedi in the area and this one came up. We showed up at 9 am and were seated immediately. Soon thereafter, every seat in the place was full. The attendants were so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We both felt like a pampered princess the entire time. Will return again the next time we are in the area!

I am very happy to have discoveredTopline Nails. The staff is very talented and always cheerful and in good spirits. I often have a hard time going to larger nail salons because I dislike the smell of nail products and the production line type of environment.Topline Nailsis the opposite of this; its very clean, they have a relaxing environment and they do a really good job.

Never been here before decided to stop since I was in the area. Great service and one of the best salons I have ever been too. I would definitely drive back to the area to get a pedi here again. It was definitely the best pedicure I have ever had.

They were super genuine and kind. I had my 2 year old with me and they werent bothered by her at all, they even let her stick her feet in my pedicure. They did a fantastic job and Ill definitely be going there for now on!

Beware of new up charging for each services!!! So disappointed! I’ve been going to them for 2 years and have had excellent service from Tang, and the gentleman that sits next to him. Their skills are on point! Unfortunately today they were both busy and I had to have Kim fill in for me. Terrible service, argumentative, up charges, and not so skilled. She stated that her boss agreed with her work ethic of charging more for every service. So much more to this story but I’m trying to avoid an longer post. I’m seriously considering looking for another place.

TLDR; The nails they can do is great, Ill give them that. However,their customer service is awful and theyre straight up rude. If you want a pleasurable and relaxing nail experience, I recommend going elsewhere.. this place is also very dirty and un-organized.I called in once to schedule an appointment and they set me up with a Ryan. His presence was very distasteful and impatient. I felt like getting my nails done by him was an inconvenience and a waste of his time. I could look past it because the set I got was good.So I had reached out to him to schedule a fill and he told me to send him a deposit and was very rude saying I didnt need to send details about what I want done etc..I told him I didnt have the deposit right then at the time so I held off on scheduling.Months later I texted him wanting to schedule and saying I can send a deposit and what I would like done. And he said something like you dont like the deposit and was being very rude and wouldnt schedule me. I tried explaining to him I dont mind sending a deposit, I just didnt have the funds for it previously. Still wouldnt see me.Again. Half a year later I try reaching out to him to schedule and said I can send the deposit immediately. He simply didnt answer me. So I tried reaching out to him on Instagram with some details about me bringing in 2 friends that want services as well. He said I dont have to tell him too much. Whatever... I asked him if he was available on a certain day and time and I will send the deposit. He left me on seen.His work is really good thats why I kept reaching out to him. However he is very rude and will make you feel like an inconvenience. Not sure what the guy has against me but I was always very polite, and was trying to bring more service to them. As a whole me and my friends would have spent 300-400 dollars there. But we will be taking out business elsewhere because I guess theyre too good for us.*update* he decided to respond to me after I posted this review. Do I even need to comment on how unprofessional this is?

Lisa, the owner, is marveloussss at all her services & has very outstanding patience when it’s comes to listening to clients request and actually doing your nails. She stays up-to-date with all the new trends & is always advancing her knowledge. You feel loved & cared for when you are in her chair! Pedicures at this location are also great !!!!! I’ve never had a particular person for pedicures, they’re all good & caring the whole time !

I was serviced by multiple people at this salon trying to find “the one” and everyone is horrible. They get extremely offended when you let them know you don’t like something in regards to your service. Ryan chooses which clients he actually takes his time and does good work on. I do not recommend regardless of his IG pictures. Rude rushed and unprofessional.On another note the eyebrow lady is amazing!! Probably the only reason I would step foot in that place.

My favorite place to go get my nails done. Before and after all this pandemic. No one like them. Been coming here for the last year. And Ive tried other places. No one like them . During this pandemic. They take your temperature when you come in, were face mask, and have protective barriers. Would definitely recommend. And will always come here.

I haven’t had any issues previously but I recently went 5/26 to get a new set. A week later I went back to have them refilled because they had looked like I had three week growth so I gave them another chance. On 5/30 I had them redone and was charged for a refill which I felt was unfair since it was their employee who messed up to begin with but whatever I still paid and tipped. I go back 6/6 because again it’s a week and my nails look like three weeks growth and I ask for help. I’m told is there isn’t anyone here who can help and there is no refunds. I have never had bad sets back to back like this and be made to seem like it’s my fault. I’m a certified nail tech and know a bad set. There wasn’t any cuticle cleaning nor was there applications to the cuticle, no apex, uneven acrylic application, shaping uneven, I even had a couple nails break! I absolutely HATED both sets

My mom, coworkers and I all frequent Topline and are super happy with their work and prices. I have used them for lashes and eyebrow threading/tinting. For nails, Ryan and Kim have been great!

This experience was professional and well worth the wait! The last place that I went to told me that just putting gel on my nails I could not get the sculptured flowers. I was told that I had to have acrylic or the SNS powder. These techs here are very skilled and not only have what I asked but surpassed. Im Soo sold! Top Nails is worth the drive for quality.

Danny use to be my tech but he refuses to take me now because I asked the price of things because it was a different price each Vist after coming over 6 times. The short guy at the front is unprofessional and just looks at you. They will not be getting my business anymore. They are very rude!

I will never go there again they charged me $50 for nails the were not even worth $50 I told the lady in the front that I didn’t like the way the guy who did my nails did them not only that he made my nails marble and I did not want that. I told him when he was doing them I did not like them and he continue to do them I go to pay and I told the lady that my nails were not worth $50 not only that he did not do my nails how I asked she then got a Coupon like paper and wrote $10 on it and said that I was credit $10 for the next time that I came I told he no I do not want to be credit the $10 that I would like to get my $10 in cash and they didn’t want to give me the money so I left. AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I SEND $50 ON NAILS I SHOULD OF PAYED $30 for nails that look like someone who was just learning how to do nails did them I’m very upset and think that was very wrong and Very unacceptable period !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for a fill-in. Table 7 was the worse!. He did my nails in a rush like he was racing to get to the next customer and the place was empty. He did not have the stones I wanted for the design (after he said he can do it exactly how I wanted). I had to keep telling him to clean up the nail, the cuticle and under the nail to get the blue color I previously had. The tip of my nails dont look like I just got it done. I asked for faded metallic on ring finger and it was not blended properly it just looks two toned. Obviously not returning!

My to go place when I want to do my nails and toes. They are on top of every thing. They help me with my daughter when I do take her in to make sure she quite and I can relax. They always ask you what you want to drink. They have a finish lounge you can hang out after your done with all service. They are quick with every thing but They never rush you out! I love Lynn her husband and niece! I highly recommend this place not to mentioned the setting is super nice and cute!

I had been assisting for a while now, not a bad salon but they dont have consistency on the price. One day they charge me for a pedicure 25$ the next visit they charge me 40$ without even telling me the change. Same thing with the nails.. I gave them couple of chances to do it right but I think its time to move to another salon where they respect and value loyal clients a little bit more..I dont feel appreciate even when I spent for more than a year almost a 100 dollars monthly on nails with the changes in prices without notifying.. 😖😱🥺

I usually go here. Everytime I come they do such a great job. Today they did not do a great job I told the man over and over I did not like the way my nails were. Before paying I told the guy up from I did not like my nails. I am not satisfied at all.

The girl took her time and carefully shaped my nails, which I appreciated, since most shops just rush through it. Will absolutely be coming back!

Ryan is my go to nail tech who does fantastic work and shape but I have also seen the rest of the Topline nails crew create beautiful nails and great work. I get my eyebrows threaded here as well and will remain a loyal customer for years to come!

This place is so worth it you come out renewed. They are timely i came in as a walk in and received service right away. I got a pedicure my tech was so nice the whole staff is very professional and efficient. I tried the ocean refresh spa treatment i definitely recommend it. I will be coming back.

The do amazing nails. Just not consistent with pricing.....2weeks i had a full set, pedicure and eyebrows and paid about 60 or a little more including tip. 2weeks later i go for a refill and pedicure NO EYEBROWS and i still paid the same amount 60bucks....Pretty ridiculous that they charge the same as a full set, pedicure and eyebrows vs refill & pedicure only.....even prior to covid they have never been consistent with pricing....other than that no other issues. But wish they will be consistent with pricing.

I’ve been going to this place for almost three years an for the last year the service has gone down hill an dread going there I called today ask if I came could I be seen I was told yes but the manager that sits in the front seat I get there I had to wait an hour as ppl that walked it received service with no appointment I ask when I be seen she says I don’t know when someone is available of yea I left with Acetone on my nails not completely removed I’m never coming back I went to ET nails an got exactly what I asked for no questions ask top line nails is the ghetto .

They got me in same day and did a great job in my nails. I did the silk nails (and I never get false nails) and they were so kind and patient with me. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will be back for all my pampering needs.

I went for my first visit today and got a mystery manicure. Ive never had gel polish and rarely get manicures but this trip had changed my mind on that! The team was very nice and did everything they could to make it a comfortable process when I was clearly out of my element. On top of that the manicure is beautiful and something I never would have picked out for myself. I will absolutely be coming back very soon.

I have been reading some of the negatives comments and to be very honest, it seems to me that the people who put negative comments here, its because they either want something for free or they never will be satisfied with anything or anywhere they go for service. Fast, friendly and did an exceptional job on my nails. Even invited me to come in when it was 15 minutes to closing time! Another woman was so relaxed during her pedicure, she was fast asleep! My new go to nail salon!

I couldnt be happier with my experience here! I usually go for the typical massage chair with water pedicure. This was a really nice difference. My nail Tech was extremely professional, very gentle, friendly, and relaxing. Truly one of the best pedicures Ive ever had! I would recommend this place again and again. ❤❤

They can do nails and eyebrows however do not ask for a design. I had a picture of a flower design that I have had done before and 2 workers couldnt do it and others were unwilling to help. When asked to do something different there only options were lines that I just had. It took them 45 minutes to try and fail st anything other then lines. The examples they showed were messy and not worth the price.
