Absolutely love and adore this place. I was a walk in at 6:30pm and they were welcoming and amazing. They will get my business for as long as I live here. They will take their time with your nails, making them look amazing. Could not say enough great things about them.For reference I’ve had my nails done for 15 years on/off and I have been to salons across the country and no salon or nail technician has ever taking the amount of time or consideration of my nails and how they look.

So I usually do not write reviews, but I had to for this specific establishment. I went in to get Gel-X nail extensions. This was not my first time getting a gel x set. So I was asked what length, shape and design I wanted. I told her I wanted medium length, square shape and a simple yellow. She went through the process of prepping the nails etc which was fine. Then, she put the nails on as is and I asked her is this going to be the length? Can you cut them down for me? She told me no because the gel x nails are fragile. Then she asked for the picture of my design so she could start painting, I showed her and she acted as if it was a problem for what I was asking for.As I went to go check out, I was told that my total was $80. I was confused because the work that was done was not worth that amount and especially for the length I did not ask for. I definitely will not be returning. They acted very unprofessional and if what I asked for was something they could not do, that should have been stated when I said what I wanted.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will NEVER return to this wack establishment!!! I’ve went to to get my nails done here for about a year now and every time it’s always something but this last time was the last straw! I waited hours to get my nails done and not one time did they acknowledge my presence or even speak. I was skipped to get my nails done because the owner knew the person who came an hour after me with no appointment! It’s very disappointing and disheartening! I pray she humbles her self because with out your customers your nothing and best believe I’ll make sure no one I know ever steps foot in there!!!

This is the ONLY place to get really good nails in Tampa. I always see dameras (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she’s truly an artist and does beautiful high quality work. Takes her time and I am never ever disappointed. After a couple manicures from her I am really sad when I have to get nails some other place.

Amazing services as always . This is your go to place for the best Instagram-style nails. You are treated like royalty here. Price is a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Your nails wont break or chip for weeks. Beauty is not cheap and should never be low quality. 100000% recommend.

I went to this salon in July of 2020. The young lady that did my pedicure was very sweet but she was young and inexperienced. She used a nail drill that is intended for acrylics, on my natural nails. She buffed my nail so much that she made it super thin and it cracked. My nail still hasnt recovered and Im pretty upset about it. I went in with healthy nails and now my nail is paper thin. Please instruct your employees on the proper tools to use for natural vs artificial nails.

I called earlier in the day, spoke to owner/manager and she convinced me not make an appointment because they accept walk ins until 7pm, therefore I did not make the appointment. When I arrived at 620pm, she told me they were no longer taking walk ins because they’ve been short staff all day. *eye roll*I went in spite of the bad rating and horrible reviews. This business is a very unprofessional. I honestly don’t know how the low rating is still so high lolGive them a 1 already.

This place is amazing I see Markiki every time and she does a INCREDIBLE job!!! Everyone is so friendly and nice as well as easy to talk to. I recommend them to all of my friends and clients! Mel is also great at the front she makes it easy to book and easy to check out 💕

I usually don’t give bad reviews I just don’t go back but this place here really got to me. I walk in with my daughter to get pedicure, manicure and fullset and the way we were treated was unbelievable. They gave us attitude basically like we were bothering them. One of the worker was on her phone while asking what we needed done. Customer service says a lot about any business and this place is far from good customer service. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all.

While this place does do good quality nails it is very unprofessional. They do not enforce masks, they do not clean in between clients, and they have a very odd/expensive System for determining the cost of nails. They have a very small list of prices near the front but very seldom do they actually go by that price. Usually they will have you Show your nails to one of the girls in management and she will decide what she feels your nails are worth. I feel like I have been ripped off a few times and paid more than I should have. I Will not be returning for all of the above reasons.

Unclean environment and terrible customer service. People are allowed in and out without masks and I don’t think they clean and sanitize after every client. For the horrendous prices they charge I expected more. 1 of 5 stars would NOT recommend.

Let’s start off by saying the lady that did my pedicure was extremely nice and wonderful! The day i went in the lights went out and they were without power for thirty mins! The girl that did my nails was super rude at first and definitely needs more practice. The prices are just ridiculous! They charged me $80.00 for a simple full set! I ended up paying $120 for a pedi and full set! I never paid those type of prices for a pedi and full set! No price sheets and I will not be coming back at all!!!!!! I will not recommend them to my worse enemy!

First time having my nails done at this location. The experience was wonderful; Jessica did exactly what I asked. I showed her a picture from their IG page and she was able to replicate it without question! 🤗 The only downfall was the price...I got a fill, gel, with crystals=$65, then tip...so $75 to get my nails done🤔ouch!!

My nail tech is amazing, smart, beautiful and so sweet. Great prices, beautiful work, clean, its so relaxing in there. The owner is super sweet and nice. This is the only place Ill go.

I come here every time I get my nails done which is quite often. The décor is very glamourous and clean. All of the nail techs are very talented and experienced. They have a lot of clients and well worth the wait for the quality work they do. Definitely highly recommend coming here when you need your nails done I always get so many compliments and people ask me where I get them done. This is where its at!!

DO NOT GO! They do not have a price board anywhere in the shop and they absolutely PRICE GOUGE! The place is beautiful, clean and my nail tech was friendly. I tried them for the first time in June and got a new long full set with hombre and jewels on four fingers that cost me $75! I didn’t mind because the quality was stellar! However I come back 3 weeks later had them cut down to super short, just above my fingertip for my new job and a backfill with jewels on two fingers, only two fingers and they charged me $85! So I had to pay more for shorter nails, only a nude backfill, no additional polish designing, and less jewels? Never again! They don’t have a price board on the wall, you have to show your nails to lady that sits in the middle and she basically makes up what amount she wants you to pay. It’s a joke. They are talented nail techs but EXTREMELY UNETHICAL and will absolutely charge overprice to anyone that lets them get away with it. THEY ABSOLUTELY PRICE GOUGE!

I love Reinas Beauty Bar! I moved here from Atlanta in November, since the service has been superb! Damaris is the BEST NAIL TECH ever, she is always on point! However, my only 1 complaint is directed towards the older lady who does the pedicures, she has the worst attitude ever she cut my toe and didn’t have enough professionalism and decency to even apologize! I advised her that my feet are EXTREMELY sensitive she said “well why are you getting a pedicure, people complaining bout service”? I was lost as to how that had anything to do with me asking you to be gentle. I asked her how does she take care of customers with diabetes? She had no clue! I’m wondering if she has successfully complete any training or took any customer service classes. Overall the service I usually get is GREAT! Reina is courtesy and approachable I can appreciate that in an owner!

I love this place! Everyone there is so friendly and the decor is so pretty. They always take walk-ins, and sometimes you do have to wait, but it is SO worth it! Appointments are available during the week, which is helpful if you don’t wanna wait. My daughter drives all the way from Gainesville to come here and passes hundreds of nail salons on the way, so they must be doing something right! I think their prices are reasonable for the quality of work they do and the time they take on each client. You get what you pay for, and I don’t mind paying a little more for nails that last. Highly recommend this place and can’t say enough good things about them.

I left a very disappointed. The place itself it’s so beautiful and girly perfect distributed for a good time to have your nails done. However, it turned out that my nails didn’t come out as I expected so I had to come back to get them fix. I called ahead of time advising management that I was disappointed with my nails and I wished to get them redone, she advised me to come in to take a look at the nails. I confirm with management that I was an hour away to please reassure me if they can work with me, management advised me to not worry that they will work with me when I get there. I arrived and management advised me that because I had my daughters with me I couldn’t get my nails done but in order to get a full refund I had to get my nails removed. I sat there for a whole hour with my girls getting my nails removed instead of getting them fixed. So technically she bend the rules to her convenience to refund a money I didn’t want back. It would have been much faster to have gotten my nails fixed rather than removed. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I love my nails they’re perfect. Super clean and cute inside this salon. Pedicure basins are extremely clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very busy, but I didn’t have to wait at all. :)

Beautiful ambience. I dont remember the nail tech name. Acrylic nails didnt last no more than 2 weeks before they starting popping off. She made the nail super thin, not durable enough. Overall, nail tech should keep trying to perfect your craft.

For the young lady who made the comment about getting bad customer service,WAS PURE BS. I was there getting my nails done. You were treated with respect and with that being said you were being accommodated, but you chose to leave before you were able to reap the the benefits. So at the end of the day you got what you wanted, your 5min of fame. The ladies at Reinas Beauty Bar are all great, friendly, outgoing and all do great work. This is a great nail place with a big price tag. I think the experience could be better if their attitude was more customer friendly. Their work is excellent but they make their customers feel left out some times while they talk amongst themselves like if the customer isn’t there.

On my very first visit I was thoroughly impressed with the service and work done at the salon. The nail tech listened to what I wanted and made sure I was pleased with my design. I especially loved how precise and detailed she was to ensure that my nails were even and neat...And let me just say that my cuticles have never been so clean, ever! She really cleaned them up better than any salon has ever done. The end result was perfect and 5 weeks later I don’t regret it. Can’t wait to go in for next session! I highly recommend this salon, you won’t trg it!!!

This is the nail salon I’ve been looking for ever since I’ve moved to Florida. Reina and Michelle are amazing with greeting customers and the atmosphere is wonderful. Michelle does my nails and she is phenomenal and on point. Every time I get my nails I get non stop compliments. The quality they use is superb and lasts for 4 weeks!! They got me as a customer for life!

I’ve been going to Reina’s salon since she was at Lee Nails in Brandon Mall. I’ve always been a happy, repeat customer. Today, I tried their new CBD pedicure and BAY-BEE! I will only get that from now on! It was super relaxing and almost put me to sleep! Marque did my pedi and as always she does an amazing job. Damaris jammed my nails to perfection. I absolutely love them! You really can’t go wrong with any of the techs there. The atmosphere is always positive, serene and the decor is gorgeous!

I love the setup but I will suggest they pay more attention to their customers. You provide a service so be attentive to your customers AND potential clients. You never know who you might have in a chair. The bottom of my feet still feel like sand paper which is ridiculous but I assume thats what comes with a regular pedicure. I respect this place but Im probably only going back for special occasions when I want exotic nails. Decent work but not the best. The idea of a tip was this review. Best wishes.Also, stop responding by justifying. Acknowledge and apologize if you cant make it better. I noticed with every response you have tried to explain yourself. The heels of my feet dont have calluses and the place I typically go to seem to be good enough at their effort that I am able to leave there with soft feet and smiling even if I hadnt been there in weeks. The nail tech did a good job but she clearly didnt give a damn rather I was satisfied or not. Her mind was on hurrying up with me and having a conversation with the rest of you. Keep in mind you provide a pampering service for women. You dont just DO nails and feet. Good luck to you and your business.

This is Kim.... In response to the young lady who just left the shop with her two sons you were in the process of being accommodated even though there is a big sign on the door that say no kids. You were properly greeted so I am not sure why you would say the salon personnel was rude because that’s false. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating so to come on google to make a false review is very ignorant of you to do so.

First time going to Reina Beauty Bar nail salon! I went to the nail salon at around 5:30pm to avoid traffic and I had a pretty nice experience. One of the girls immediately greeted me when I walked in. The place looks really nice I went in for a full set and a pedicure and only 3 nail tech where working at the time, so I did not get the full set due to the long wait. I did however get a pedicure and I loved it the lady that was working with me did not talk to me much, but that’s okay my toes came out wonderful thank you!

My experience with this salon is great. I absolutely love Scotts work, as he has been doing my nails ever since I met him there. He is a hardworking tech that puts all his heart into every nail design I got. I got a lot of compliments on my nails and they always last verrry long! The salon itself has a very stylish design, incredibly clean surfaces and very courteous staff. It is heart breaking to read idiotic reviews of jealous people about this lovely spot. I have sent at least 4 friends to them that are out of state and everyone of them loved their experience. The owner does a great job to keep her staff working as a team-which can be seen/felt through staffs attitude to their work! This shop is beautiful and the owner is extremely talented, I went in with extremely high hopes for the full set I planned on getting. I was unaware that they don’t soak nails off here. I had a set of abs on my nails and the nail tech proceeded to rip it off of my nails. Literally chunks of my nails were peeling off with it and I kept telling her that she was hurting me but she kept going. So she then used the electric file thing on my nail beds that were already extremely thin because she ripped my nails off. And the only thing she did that I asked for was the chrome. The acrylic was EXTREMELY thick, the nails were too long for me, and I left in extreme pain. I kept telling her she was hurting me, and that I didn’t want them to be that long, and I would like the acrylic to be thinner, and she ignored what I wanted.Fast forward a week and I have to get them taken off because they were so long I couldn’t do my job (I manage a coffee shop) and it took an hour to soak off all of the acrylic and when it finally came off my nail beds were dark purple and bruised because she ripped off so much of my nail and filed it down to literally nothing on top. My nail beds are still healing and it has been a month. I loved the atmosphere and the conversation in this shop, but I’m still dealing with the damage done by one of the nail techs here.

Reina’s salon is gorgeous and chic! She has the highest quality and largest selection of nail products to make sure your nails always look amazing and last the longest. I can go 4-5 weeks before getting a fill; my nails never lift, chip or break off. I never go anywhere else to get my nails done- Reina and her staff are the best of the best!!!

I gave 1 star⭐️..the way my nails looked were really nice had compliments, but the quality was no good. 1 week after I had my nails done they were already lifting and one nail came out like nothing. Paid $70 for a full ombré set for them to last 1 week. Place is over priced, never have I paid this much to get my nails done. Thank God I was able to locate another nail salon by my home, which the owner even said “your nails were done wrong and lifting too quick”. I will never go back to Reinas!

I saw another persons review and it was exactly my experience....the atmosphere is beautiful that cannot be denied...the problem is all the nail techs charge as much as the owner Reina but their quality of work is not the same.... I absolutely dont mind paying for quality..the tech who did my nails did them sloppy then charged me $60 for a basic gel set (looked like I got them done in a hood nail shop for $20).... I would have paid double the $60 for Better quality.. but Reina apparently isnt taking new clients. Wont be returning there..guess Im back to my search for a great nail tech.

I honestly love this place today was my first day not going to lie it’s a bit pricey but I see it’s totally worth it from social media and when there in person the work effort shows as I watched my tech today great service and I felt welcomed as I proudly told them I was a first timer lovely classy place I highly recommend

The most recent review states that a client received negative customer service when she in fact did not. The client read the door that stated “no kids please”, and was still welcomed with her two kids. The hostess found her a seat for her kids and it turned out being another clients seat. This initial client got upset and demanded to be taken off the waiting list (all because there weren’t any open seats for her kids). I am just a client, but the shop did nothing wrong and neither did the hostess. The shop is a fun environment and they accommodate on the busiest days.

Michelli is my girl! I have been going to her for over so years. She is dependable and she does great art work on nails. I just go in and she handles everything such as my color! She’s very personable! She is the best. Reina’s beauty bar is very elegant and real! If you can’t handle the heat that it throws, then don’t go there!

I have been a regular at RBB for a few months and I have no complaints. As for the wait, that lets me know the service and quality is good! So the wait is always worth it, especially since my nails last longer than work from previous salons! Ive referred several people and will continue to do so!

When you walk in the salon it looks like a picture out of a high-end magazine. The products that are used on your nails are top-of-the-line. Since I have been going to this salon I have never had a nail broken, and I only get my nails done every 4 to 6 weeks. And above all the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

It was a beautiful Nail salon. I did read some of the comments and I felt exactly the way they felt when you enter you do get judged mainly by the girl Michelle and the owner. A personal advice to the owner is teach some of your coworkers to get better at Customer service because if that’s what a lot of your reviews are saying then maybe you need to address this problem. I’d like to start by saying I never have a problem paying for quality. This salon pays top dollar for their supplies, so I pay top dollar for their work. I’ve been a customer with Reina, Michelli, and Kathy for 5 years now. I get my nails done every 4-6 weeks and they are always just as beautiful as they were when I left the salon. I am a mom who uses her hands daily and I rarely have jewels come off or nails lifting. Kathy gives the most amazing pedicures that last all month long. Love the look of the salon along with all the services provided.

She is very rude I been denied service not once but twice.....the first time my fault I came in at 8:30pm second time she denied me because my kids were with me.......saying no kids allowed.....clearly when it says on the door no kids allowed unless receiving service my oldest daughter needed a fill in because She had a full set.... Then my youngest daughter i was going to pay for to get her nails just painted....but apparently there was issues with them getting service too

Atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Nail tech Shelley is an artist with nail designs. Her attention to detail is outstanding. Shelley has a positive disposition and its infectious😊

Before the tech got started I asked for pricing for full set ombré and diamond design on a picture I showed. I was told they would have to see after it’s finished... what?!?!? Then Rosa asked what’s the budget and I said no more than $100 max and she said they can work with that. However, when Michelle seen my nails, I was charged $120 because it was extra stuff and “extra length” which I asked for the shortest length. That’s not how you retain customers.

Had a walk in appointment and really loved it. Im happy to have found my go-to spot in the area since I just moved to Tampa!

I drive from Fort Myers to get my manicure done here. Beautiful salon, prompt service and amazing nail technicians and artists. Michelli is amazing and I always get tons of compliments every time she gets my nails together.

Michellie and Rosalie are great nail technicians. The salon is clean and the decor is unique. Make you feel like a queen or King of the day. 5 Stars

Worst customer service i have ever experienced, all the way from hostile hostess to rude environment not welcoming at all, huge mistake to even go in would not recommend anything to do with this place first and last time, couldnt even wait for service felt so uncomfortable i had to leave.

This place is beautiful with excellent ambiance. The stylist were pleasent and the quality of their work was as well excellent.

This is the ONLY place I will EVER go no matter where I live‼️

First time coming here and it was great, got helped quickly, everybody was nice and this is one of the best my nails have ever been done, very cute and the salon is pretty and clean.

Shop looks great but experience didnt add up. For one the location of the shop wasnt correct and when I brought it up to one of the girls she rolled her eyes and didnt respond...I came around 7pm and there wasnt a wait which was great, but all the techs were talking amongst themselves and watching a movie on Netflix. Including the tech who was doing my nails who would legitimately stop to watch the tv.... not impressed. Lots of swearing and personal conversations going on, thankfully I brought headphones.Pricing is outrageous. I had a fill done with chrome and 4 gems put on. And paid 60 dollars!!!!! The chrome finish started to chip within days and gems came off. To say the least I wont be returning here 👎
