After getting my pedicure I sat and looked at the lady that was going to do my nails for 25min as she did nothing, she then walks over and ask me for the 2nd time on what I wanted and then when she started my nails she then tells me she does not have the time to do what I wanted, she rushed because she had a 3pm appt, she nipped my skin with the drill, no apology. Cindy is her name I guess she purchased with the states, and her customer service STINKS . A tip for you. Americans are your biggest fans you need to check yourself. This business will NEVER get another dime of my money. 1 star because my daughter loves her nails from another lady that has patience and great customer service.

Loves this salon but I made 2 appointments and waited over 35 minutes... Ended up going across the street and got in right away... Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism that me and my daughter dealt with... Will not be returning because there is no point to schedule and still wait.

I would like to start off saying that the customer service here was friendly, but the quality of the product was simply not there. As you can see photo number one are my nails. Photo number two is what I wanted my nails to look like. I cannot tell you how upset I am at the quality of her paint job alone, which is the reason why I stopped her from continuing to simply pay and leave. Not only does it look like I could’ve done this by myself at home talking on the phone and watching a movie at the same time whilst doing my taxes, but I was charged $3 extra because regular Matt topcoat cost three dollars extra than a regular clearcoat(Not the rhinestones or design apparently because I asked). I didn’t even get gel or any of the rhinestones or designs and I was still charged $18 for a PLAIN manicure. On top of all this she cut my cuticles in multiple places deep enough to make me bleed, filed my nails to half their original length, put acetone all over my finger tips(highly painful), and then painted sloppily all over them just to scrape of the excess off with the tip of her nail. After I thought the painful part was done, she came back with acetone to wipe and dry out my cuticles even more in an effort to “clean up” her mess. I don’t know how this place has such a high rating. Maybe I just got a bad nail tech...? I can promise you I won’t try it again. This was such a waste of money and time.

They’re not professional. Very expensive for the service they provide. It’s not a upscale salon like westchase. Even after having an appointment they make you wait over an hour. Never will I step in this getto salon.

Best nails in tampa... But the wait...ridiculous. They wont do toes and nails at the same time.. so be prepared to sit there for 3 plus hours to get your nails and toes done!

Dirty & unprofessional. Not much else is necessary. Got a fungus because they dont use real cleaning products between clients and sat here for 2 hours when i made an appointment that they dont honor. Save your $ and go to E.T nail spa like 5 mins away! They do real nail art and dont up charge like this place.

I started going here when I lived in Tampa. As a woman we all know how hard it is to find a good nail salon. I recently moved and still make the drive. Tan and his wife are hands down the best when it comes to any nail designs and acrylics. There are times you have to wait even with an appointment but it is worth the wait. Tan makes you feel like family.

Very clean salon, newly renovated with many design options for colors in polish and acrylics. I drive 45 mins to this salon because the quality is that far superior compared to other salons in the Bay area. Ive had sets last 6 weeks because of the attention to detail provided. I specifically go to Tan but know there are quite a few techs that slay the nail game. Tip: they use an app called Booksy where you can schedule appointments for exactly what you want with which tech you prefer.

My experience at nail art was pretty good, my problem is covid concerns are growing rapidly again and the nail art was at full capacity, not good and the polish, even though it was clear, came off way to easy.

I love this place they did a great job on my nails and I receive many many compliments. I also love how they have organic pedicures I thought that was very neat. I recently received a gel manicure and it lasted for more than 2 weeks. The prices are reasonable because you actually get the most out of the services. The staff is really nice and quick. I highly recommend this place.

Firstly I waited over and hour and a half. Long story short I didn’t like my set so they changed it for me which I appreciated but a few days later my nail started hurting and when I took just one of them off I had mild fungus so I took all of them off including my toe polish just incase

The wait was not long at all. Tan did a great job on my full set. Definitely will be back.

Great place to get your nails done if you have absolutely nothing to do all day long. took 45 minutes to get seated for a pedicure then an additional 50 minutes to get seated for a manicure.

Came in with my mother and waited an hour to be seated for a pedicure. They did my pedicure and had my mother sitting there with her feet in the water for 50 minutes!! They kept saying 5 more minutes but nobody came to her chair. She end up leaving with no service done.

This is the best salon Ive been to in Tampa. My nail tech was Julie and she did my nails better than the picture I showed her. She took her time, was very detail oriented, and worked with me to customize the design. I am in love with how it turned out and I’ll be going back to Julie so she can slay my nails again !

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had here, I had an appointment for 12pm, and waited over 30 + minutes to sit in a chair... not one time did anyone tell me that my person was running behind or reassured me. I had to asked what was going on and if my tech was late and that I had an appointment for 12pm... the guy I spoke to said yeah we know... I’m like then why wouldn’t y’all at least be professional and tell me that he’s running behind instead of just letting me sit here?! What’s the point of having a scheduled appointment if I’m not going to be on the chair at the time my appointment starts?!

Boyfriend and I had appts for 2:30. I didnt get seated til almost 3 and he waited 40 min. I went to someone I usually go to and the person that did my boyfriends nails had no personality, was rude, seemed like she cldnt care less and he was not at all satisfied. She did a terrible job and he said he will never go to this nail salon again. No time management whatsoever.

Terrible service. unprofessional too. made an appointment for 1230 and at 130 still no one has worked on my nails. people got finished and still no one came to work on my nails. i keep complaining because it’s been a hour then a lady in the back who wasn’t even out here in the first place comes out to do them ?? the little hispanic girl in the front is unprofessional, i asked if it would be much longer then a hour and she turned away and rolled her eyes and let a co worker answer.

Love this place its amazing. Customer service is above beyond and walkinshaw get helped immediately. Tan is the best if your looking for one if a kind art notebook for a spot with him! Very clean must have a mask on before entering. All the work from everyone that Ive seen is amazing, top notch staff. This is the only nail shop you can go to and for A1 work from any chair you sit at.

I had a fill and gel done 12/12 since then I had 3 repairs. I went 2 x today. The first 2 repairs they used the acrylic and then gel. This time all they did was paint over the chip. I tried telling the tech, dont you have to fill the chip with acrylic, file down and then polish but she said they would have to do all my nails again. I was like no way. I am not going to pay for that. Then the lady who did my feet did a horrible job. Not only that she kept telling me how dry my feet were and also kept pushing the gel at least 5x after me telling her no. My nails are ruined for Christmas. I will never, ever return to this salon. I call to complain and say that I feel that no one cared and the answer I get is that we are all busy. I am busy too, for crying out loud I have had to go back 3 times. Then he says it was chipped polish but it was not just that. The acrylic is coming off. It is a shame. I was putting their cards in our new move in packets at work. I also bought a gift certificate for a co-worker. I will no longer do that. Now I have to find a new nail salon. Ughhhh...

This place is full of talented men and women. However they are some of the rudest people I have ever experienced service with. I have continuously tried to overlook the attitudes of he women in this establishment but I cant. Across the street in the public plaza is another nail salon fully capable of doing the work this place does and you will not feel like cursing anyone out when you leave. The men are nice but the women have the worst egos I have ever seen.

Love this place, pricing is at market for services and quality. I may not be paying special pricing but I pay fair and the service and quality is always there. Loyal client for over 5 years!

Only my second time here. The first time I had Julie. This time I had Bee. Highly impressed with both of these ladies. They took their time and did it right. Even after the backbreaking work my feet took today. Thank you so much for the attention to detail and quick work. Being so close to home I think this is my new nail salon. The absolute only complaint I have is that it was a little hot in there. But that seems to be the norm. I would definitely suggest it. I will be bringing friends.Flash Forward two months and they wont let me leave a new review so I will add it this one. Fourth of July hot mess is the only way I can describe these nails. I had the older lady. I do not know her name. When I said that I did not want fake nails put on she seemed upset. She then slapped nail polish on me like a five year old. I am literally pulling nail polish off of all the skin around every single male. She did not file my nails with any care whatsoever. They are lopsided and jagged. And she flat-out refused to do what I asked her to polish wise. This will be my last visit here. I have never seen anything so atrocious in my life, much less paid for it. Goodbye nail art

I am on vacation. I needed my toes done. I explained to Winnie I have serious sensitivity issues worth my feet. Winnie was amazing! She actually listened. Michelle, young lady assisting in the shop, her smile was warm and very helpful. Clean and organized place. I will definitely be back when I returnon vacation.

Front desk receptionist Pae was super efficient and nice. Tee the service provider was so sweet and nice. She did such a great job with my pedi! I highly recommend :)

I’ve gone a total of three times the first two times were great however this time was a awful. Previous to today I had full set with gel polish that I had done there and I went in wanting ombré nails with a design on one nail. When I sat down the gentlemen told me he was going to remove one nail for the design which I agreed to, then he clipped all of my nails for the removal process. When he’s trying to remove the nails he takes them off with another nail tip; which I understand is necessary when a nail is broken already, however the acrylic was securely stuck to my nail. Despite me showing physical discomfort he continued to try to rip the nail off until I started bleeding, that was when I told him to let me soak my nails. He agrees but you can tell he really didn’t want to, he seats me somewhere else to soak my nails for what he said should take “10mins” and seats another girl and starts her full set. I sat soaking for 45mins before I decide I just want him to take the nails off and go somewhere else. He does it for me but I still have acrylic stuck on my nails, they are severally damaged, and my fingers are bleeding. On top of that wherever I go now, it’s going to call me twice as much to get done because NOW I have to get a full set. I am very disappointed in the service and most likely will not be coming back or recommending.

I dont know its it is because they are so busy but they will start your service and half way done start the next person. There is a beautiful young lady that has great customer service that keeps you from getting annoyed but they need a better way of handling customers. They great designs and have everything you could want. They are very creative! The service just sucks.

It’s a nice salon on the inside and my nails came out looking good but my tech did whatever she wanted. I want to start off by saying that this was my first time ever getting my nails professionally done and am really inexperienced with the whole process, a fact which I told my tech upfront. I went in knowing that I wanted gel nails but still hoped to discuss things with her because I had questions about the process and the different choices there were. I showed her the picture and tried to describe how I wanted it and she had no idea what I was talking about, it took several minutes of me talking for her to understand that I wanted my nails just how the picture showed minus the decorations added on top, literally just the color. After my nails were mostly done she quickly started putting gold foil decorations on and told me there would be an extra charge for it, which blows my mind because I told her at the beginning of the process I didn’t want that. She also barely spoke to me the entire process and when she did she spoke so quietly I couldn’t hear her and when I kept asking her to repeat herself she got aggravated. Later when I got home I was watching nail videos and realized my tech had used acrylic instead of gel on my nails even though I PAID THE PRICE FOR GEL NAILS, there’s like a $10 difference! I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m unfamiliar with the process, even though when I asked she was unable to explain it for me. I understand that there was a language barrier as English was her second language, but you should be able to effectively communicate with your clients. My nails look nice but they’re not what I wanted or paid for and I won’t return to a place that scams their customers.

Theyre so friendly and family oriented. They make you feel welcomed every time you go. You tell them what you like and they give you more. Tan is amazing in nails, art and customer service. Kelly is so good as well. The pedicures and the nails are the best in Tampa. Even the eyebrows service was amazing. I came in because of the reviews and havent left. If youre as picky as I am with my nails then I highly recommended those place. You wont regret comingIts the best!!!

This was my first time going and even though it wasn’t a horrible experience I do have to say I went in for a nail repair I sat with Cindy and to begin with she was not friendly at all she goes on to fix my nail and cuts the acrylic tip too short and instead of starting over she glued the same piece she just cut off to make it longer. I can see where she glued the two pieces together and I just think it’s very sloppy work for something so simple, she even walked out before the timer on the gel machine was finished and told the receptionist the amount . I’m not the type to make a scene so I paid and left.

This place is amazing! I finally after searching high and low, found the holy grail of nail salons! I got a full set and a pedicure with French tips and GURL I felt like I was at the spa! Make sure to ask for Tan! Also got a bomb foot message! The prices are unbelievable for the quality and customer service you receive!!! Highly recommend! GO HERE NOW PEOPLE!!!!!!

I tried few nail salons in the Brandon area. However, after dealing with rude staff, nail polish that would chip off in two days and overpriced work...I am back to Nail Art. Keep in mind that I drive 45 min to get my nails and feet done here. That is how AMAZING they are.

My daughter & me have been doing our nails at Nails Art since 2006. Tony, the owner does my nails & hes awesome. My daughter has hers done with him or his son. I recommend this place. Honestly, I love this nail salon! Always super accommodating, always wanting to make me happy. They move fast but they don’t rush. Never had any complaints. I’ve referred a couple friends and family members and now they are loyal customers too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, do not waste your time nor money coming to this nail salon. They have completely changed and have you wait hours to get served, even if you book an appointment you will still wait. They don’t have the same prices always a complete SCAM.

We went to this location for 13 years with the same tech (Tan) and saw it go from great service to the worst service imaginable. The quality of the products I must say were the left over on the shelves of the supply company, it must have been highly discounted and Nail Art picked it up. On too many occasions to mention, the tips fell off, the gel color lifted and the sanitary conditions were deplorable. I never saw any tool sanitized or cleaned for the next customer which was a bit concerning and due to us being creatures of habit we continued to go there. Time management is unknown at this location and making an appointment means absolutely nothing. One sets an appointment because one wants to be taken care upon arrival. Well, that is unheard of here, you will either get a call to come in 15-30 later if you arrive “later” you will still have to wait no less than 15 minutes, (and they think this is a courtesy??). The times we arrived “on time” we STILL had to wait because he was taking care of walk ins When you address it with him, the minion who walks around with the phone in the back pocket makes comments that are unnecessary and uncalled for being that it has nothing to do with her, as she is not the tech, Tan is. The day before the next scheduled appointment we got a call from Tan (it took him all week to grow the courage) to say that “he didn’t think he had done anything wrong and perhaps we should find some other place that would do out nails better.” Well guess what…we did. It just a shame we waited so long to leave this thing called a nail salon. Ladies and gentlemen if you don’t mind the wait and wasting your valuable time waiting to be taken care of then this is the place for you. However if you treasure your time and have plans…save yourselves the aggravation and go find yourself a reputable nail salon.I mean it speaks volumes that the minions will only respond to the negative reviews and will not respond the positive ones with a simple “Thank you for your feedback”, they will always respond by saying “go across the street” because if I remember correctly, they are related. Classy you think?? NOT it is quite classless. Please do not bother to answer this one as I do not want to be affiliated with this place. Tan you were so right…It was time to find someone better and we did.

My time has been wasted. Told them twice I was in a time crunch and was assured i would be taken care of but instead I had to wait 20 minutes for them to start for a quick service (which wasn’t very good probably could’ve done better myself at home) I was told after my pedicure to wait 5 min for my refill (which I then again remembered them I was in a time crunch and was told no more than 5 minutes) someone didn’t come to assist me until 20 minutes later which i didn’t end of even getting gone because of how upset I was. They value quantity over quality.

Recommended by a friend and let me tell you. GIRL I FELL IN LOVE ! The place is so pretty, so friendly and my nails came out looking AMAZING. Definitely come here and go to Tan hes the best !!

I came here to do my nails with my daughter thats 7 years old. My daughter got a pedicure and her nails painted and I got a deluxe pedicure with the honey milk package. The lady did not know what she was doing with the package she did everything reversed. I was supposed to have my booties on for 15 minutes she kept them on for 5. She gave me a sugar scrub from the middle of my foot to mid calf after she painted my toes. She also the mask on my legs instead of my feet and Midway leg wrapped it up in a hot towel. I believe she thought that I did not know how the deluxe package worked and she did everything the complete opposite way. Still charged me the $55 and my daughters pedicure with her hands getting just painted not a manicure was $25. To me it was not worth it especially with my pedicure where everything was just done wrong. Yet I love the way she painted my toenails.. what I come back to this place probably.

You make an appointment only to wait 30 minutes because they decided to take a walk in right before you. That is bad business and wasting people’s time.In response to your reply, that does not only happen when you’re late. It also happens when you’re on time with an appointment. I end up still waiting 20-30 minutes. I called ahead saying I was going to be 5-10 minutes behind so that means that you will take a new customer even though I made an appointment and I called ahead? When I complained I was quickly attended to by another nail tech which I appreciated. The nail techs skills are great & they’re nice which is why I go.

Very impressed with the whole crew here! Came in midway Saturday and there was 4 of us. Was packed and they all worked together and did an amazing job. In town from Minnesota and am very pleased.
