I absolutely LOVE coming here to get my nails done. The staff is super friendly and the environment is always clean,even when its super busy. Daisy does my nails almost every time and they always come out AMAZING! If you show any nail tech a picture of a design you want they go above and beyond to make it as close as they can if not perfectly. 100% would recommend to anyone :))

Only place I will go to for my pedi! Everyone is so nice and they really take their time. Hand sanitizer and masks available. Plexiglass up for the manicures. Witnessed disinfecting all over the place.

I moved from Brandon and went to the same salon for my pedicures for over 10 years. When I moved to this area, I knew I had to find something closer. I decided to try Vo Nails and was extremely nervous, but am so glad I did. Holly did my pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. She really took her time; nothing felt rushed or sloppy. They use a new set of tools right out the package which I appreciate. My deluxe pedicure was everything I thought it’ll be and more. I highly recommend this place. This is my new spot for pedicures.

I love doing pedicure with them because there is always a nice worker and I drive 30 minutes just to get them done there 😁

I truly loved this place! The gentlemen that did my nails, Gen was so wonderful. He took his time, he cleaned any polish off right away. I love this nail salon! I have been to this salon 3 times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. This last time I had gel done on both my manicure and pedicure and had designs. The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic! Not to mention it is really clean and well organized.

This is a great salon. I last minute decided to get a pedicure after they gave me a manicure, and they took their time despite 10 minutes to closing. They made sure I was comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this place as it is organized and they truly care about their customers!

Very disappointed by the lack of customer loyalty. I have been going to Vo nails for 10 years, tried to make an appointment with Tan, and was denied because I asked him to fix a nail my last appointment and now “I don’t like his work.” After hearing that I tried to make an appointment with Daisy, his wife and my backup, who then said “I am not as good as he is but I will make you an appointment with Kevin.” Please keep in mind Daisy has done my nails multiple times over the 10 years.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon came in 10 minutes before shop closed and not only did they do a phenomenal job on my nails but they took their time made sure I was happy and did not rush through. I would give them 10 stars very professional considerate and thorough

I love it here! Tan and Daisy run a clean ship with a great staff behind them! Been going here for two years and recommend people to them over and over after I constantly get compliments on my nails. A good job for the price. But service quality and attention to detail depends on the technician that you get. Also, being more fluent in English would be a bonus. Asking for rounded nails versus square nails should be easily understood ... and followed.

Always a great job done with my gel nail polish, no matter who does my nails. I visit early on Saturdays before it gets busy, and I never experience a wait. Staff is always very friendly and prices are reasonable. Place is very clean, and utensils are individually packaged and opened in front of you.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. The male owner of the store is very rude and disrespectful. I called to make an appointment, and before I even told him what day I needed to come in, he automatically told me that he they were busy. And he has such a terrible habit of hanging up on his customers. I called again, ignoring his awful behavior, and hoping it was just a bad connection. However, he yelled at me for calling again, and in a rude tone, he clarified that he didnt care about my problem, and he asked me to find another nail place.It is his loss, because he lost a loyal customer. This is not the first time hes done this to me. No hospitality and no respect to his customer of 5 years. Just because he is busy today, doesnt mean he can treat anyone this way. And once again, he hung up in my face.

Great, friendly staff. Nail techs are patient, careful and care about the quality of their work. They use high quality OPI polishes with great color selection. Gel polishes are labeled with numbers to match the regular polishes, making it easy mix and match. The mani/pedi lasts about two weeks despite my hands on work. Overall, Im pleased with their services and look forward to my next visit.

AWFUL!! Will never go to his salon again. I was given a gift certificate for the holidays and went in for a pedicure. My usual place includes the leg exfoliator at no extra charge. I asked the woman doing my pedicure if that was included and she shook her head yes and proceeded. Apparently she did not understand what I had told her. When I went to pay I was told amount was $35 instead of the $20 pedicure I wanted. I explained to the male owner that is not what I wanted and was not aware it was going to be any additional charge and he didnt care. He was not willing to be sympathetic at all. I explained it was my first time there and if the woman doing my pedicure did not know how to properly communicate then that is not fair to charge me extra when I was under the impression it was included. The owner did not care at all and continued to go back and forth with me before he just walked off and ignored me. Then his wife came up to me and told me I owed $35. I explained like I had told her husband that it is not right to charge extra w/o advising me, and they said they didnt have to explain that to me. EXCUSE ME?? Then the woman finally just let it go with an attitude and told me not to come back! Are you kidding me? I will never go there again or recommend this place. Terrible customer service and business and I have never been treated so horribly and disrespected by a place of business!

I like the experience that high end nail salons offer, so I was very careful to read all the reviews before selecting one in Westchase. Judging by what most were saying, I thought Vo was a sure bet. Well... Ok, to be fair, its clean and the staff was efficient. Im used to a little higher end and that I was expecting to be blown away after reading the reviews- but... its just another nail salon. I called to make an appointment, and weirdly whomever answered the phone hung up right after saying hello. ?? Ok, so that happened, but I called back and scheduled. Im a new customer, they really didnt address that when I arrived. I walked in, someone doing a manicure looked at me and said, color and pointed at the wall. I looked around and kind of had a sinking feeling. I was in an average salon. Its just like a mall nail salon. Its a place youd go to if you werent looking for something special. You pick your color, you sit down, they dont offer you water, they talk to each other-not you, and then you leave with a decent mani / pedi. Not a bad place, just not a GREAT place. Two stars for being decent, but average.
