Really great place! Everyone was super nice and great. I love my nails.

I called to get the price for a gel nail fill, the guy told me $25. I also asked if they were accepting walk ins and he said yes, come now. My nails look fine. The guy I spoke to on the phone also did my nails. I was charged $45. He claims he said $45 on the phone, but I only went bc of the price. He told me $25 to get me to come in, as the place was pretty much empty. Never again will I come here.

Had a terrific collagen mani and deluxe pedi here that I absolutely loved. My hands look and feel 10 years younger and the polish was spot on. It was so refreshing to go to a place that felt restful and not too loud (i went on a Sunday, so it was quieter). They take their time and use gentle pressure with every treatment, which I truly enjoyed. I will absolutely be back!!

My wife and daughter was very upset with customerService. Wasn’t being professional and wasn’t treated like American citizen, but racial discrimination was act …. Wish for better services

Super clean and professional. They are my go-to place for manicures and pedicures. I have taken friends and family here and they love it too! Gel, acrylic, dip, buffed, or regular mani/pedi- they are superb!

Best nail salon in South TAMPA, I go here every two weeks for pedicure and manicure. They do the best powder dip nails. The attention to detail on cuticles and application is awesome. Mimi is fabulous with powder dip, I use to get gel manicures but transitioned to powder dip and very happy with the outcome. They hold up longer and are better for your real nails.

I go here every 2 weeks. MiMi does great nails! Ive learned at a nail salon, if something its not up to your standards, speak up & tell them. They are always willing & able to fix it for you. When you walk-in, you cant expect always to be seen on your time limit. Call & make an appointment.

Stopped in Sassy Nails from out of town. They have a great polish selection, mostly OPI. I had a regular manicure ($12) and my mother had a regular pedicure ($25). Neither were great... The staff was friendly but probably one of our least favorite nail experiences as far as the actual work goes. They didnt massage my arms at all in my manicure, no lotion or anything. The man who did our nails also smelled of cigarettes. Not awful, but I would go somewhere else next time.

Ive been getting my nails done for years. And this is the first time I ever had my nail dis colored. And loss a nail within a week of getting them done. Never again will I go there. This place is the worst.

Cute place. Terrible service. They always lie if you book an appointment. Confirmed by phone and when u get there appointment is a joke. Happened 3 times now...Go to Knails. Better customer service and better mani/pedi. Wont go back.
