Best place for used part bill and Sam the are so friendly and the prices the best in town I bought engine for my 2014 dodge charge and they install it for me at the same place cheaper any where around I really recommend this place.

This storage lied to me claiming my vehicle was not there. Had me file a police report for theft of my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan in order to steal it or run up the impoundment fees. After I called the police (which took 3 days) to make the report they discovered they did in fact have my vehicle. Then tried to charge me for the days it went missing due to their incompetence. Beware with dealing with the Fondren & Main location. They are definitely crooks disguised as legitimate business people!!!!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Our driver went to this location to pick up a repo from the storage lot and dealt with a very rude and unprofessional Hispanic lady who slammed the window in his face and was very confrontational. When calling to make a complaint with the manager or owner we spoke with the owners sister who did nothing but try and find excuses for the womans behavior asking prompting questions like well did he have the right paperwork and what did he say to her instead of addressing the fact the her employee is rude and unprofessional. I asked her to pull her cameras and see for herself but based on the way the conversation went she is in denial and nothing will be done about it.
