I walked in and was told 15-20 minute wait. So I sat for a long time then they sat me in the pedicure chair in cold water for a long time. Finally I got my nails done but Ive been there for over two hours. The prices are okay and the customer service was excellent! My pedicure was sloppy and my mani was okay. There was old polish still on my nails when I left but at that point i just wanted to go.

Amazing experience, needed a fill the young tech was so quick and sweet! Hearing the other techs ask customers if they would like a pillow for comfort or water. HIGHLY recommended. Also my fill took less then 20 minutes and I love my nails!!

Went in for a pedicure and full set. After paying for a $40 Pedicure it was rushed because the lady who did it was ready to go home. I got gel on my nails which started peeling the next day, never in the years of getting my nails done has that happened.As we all know pricing on nails has gone up extremely which I understand, But not to get half the service.I was recommended to this place, and you are far from home.So disappointed.

I keep trying to give this place a chance and i keep getting so upset they pretty much charged me $65 just for a regular full set she did nothing special to my nails just put gel polish and charged me $65 bucks only been a week and my nails are already looking nasty money wasted on this place they a5re seriously over charging they arent even going by their prices listed and on top of that they ignored the fact that i had make an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done she never got her nails done poor thing had her hopes up So DONE!!!!

Seriously deserves no stars. My boyfriend went for a regular manicure and they buffed his nails and charged him extra without asking. The next time him my mom and I went and the lady did my nails wrong and I tried to nicely correct her and she would ignore me so I let it go. They kept speaking a different language and laughed the whole time and my lady tried to make up an excuse as to why, which I could tell was a front. The owners son had attitude the whole time and we tried to make conversation to get him to lighten up to no avail. Weeks later my mom went to her regular place and the nail tech showed her she had fungus growing on every nail on one hand. Shes had hundreds of manicures, its her hobbie and she has never had this issue. When she went back to kindly ask for some sort of compensation the owner and his family ganged up on her and said she faked the pictures and the dates and refused to do anything about it. Im in customer service/sales upper management. This establishment needs to get their act together or they will lose their business. The BBB is my next step after this, and I rarely even right reviews. Shame on them. Im sorry I even gave you a penny.

This was my first time doing my nails and the last time I will be going there. I got insulted by the young gentleman with kinda short hair tall. I asked him how much will it cost to add 2 fake nails to my thumbs and his response You cannot afford its very expensive but you see me doing my natural nails with gel. Thats harsh for a nail tech to say that to a customer that is why I had another lady do them her name was Angela very nice and sweet and charged me an extra $6.00 which I can pay for them. I will never go back horrible and harsh.

I have been searching for a while for my nail home and I think Ive finally found it! Ive been here a couple of times for gel Polish change and a repair, but today was the first time for more and Im seriously impressed. Wait was what would be expected mid-day on a Saturday, and I loved that they had little Capri suns for my kids. I will be back

Absolutely garbage!!! The owner Angel did my half done ombre. Clearly she has NO CLUE HOW,was too embarrassed and traumatized to even take a picture and post. All my nails were different lengths no less!!! Doesnt have me wash my hands after doing the fill just throws a clear coat right over the top! Had to go elsewhere the next day to have them fixed. Guess what you cant fix a brand new set of ombre unless you REMOVE them!! This place has gone down hill and clearly they dont want customers anymore. Good luck opening a second salon! Which they want! Beware is all I can say. Not cheap and you dont pay for what you get!!

Tina was amazing!! She really takes her time and makes sure she gets your nails perfect!! Never have I ever have someone do my nails so perfect the way Tina did! She’s also really good with eyebrows! I never been so in love with my eyebrows as much as I am now! Really helped my self confidence I HIGHLY recommend going to see Tina!!

The guy who did my nails didn’t even try to do my nails right. Let’s not talk about the horrible paint job he did on my toe ... I’ll never return to this place nice shop but they can’t do nails. he also cut into a few of my nails then tried to cover one of the cuts up with the gel polish... had my nails burning for three days

Delighted with Vicki at this salon : expert color work (my husband was thrilled by the new color) and a haircut she designed just for me. Its a whole new look for me and I love it.Its not easy to find someone who does perfect razor cutting and shaping. Now that the hair is cut and shaped the direction it goes naturally, it falls into place each day after I come out of the pool. No gel needed.

Angel Nails & Spa is an amazing place to go to get pampered! The owner and his family are wonderful people, They always treat you like family! Every time my sister and I go to get our nails and toes done, we never have to tell them which pedicure we want. They get to know you and what you like. Just got done with a couples pedicure. It was great as always! Their customer service is over the top. While we did have appointments, they also take walk-ins. Ben and Rose did are pedicures. Nothing that we would have changed. Always a great experience!

Appointment system leaves much to be desired. Might as well not make one. When you finally find someone you feel comfortable to do your pedicure, they give you someone else. And never an apology:( Today the experience was totally negative. Will find another place for my next pedi. It is not like we do not have plenty of nail salons to pick from... competition should make a difference with the service. I guess for some it doesnt :(

I was totally dissatisfied with my mani/pedi. NEVER got a manicure only a polish. Was not given the service I was promised same tech for both mani/pedi and owner is more concerned about what is going on around him then his client he is supposed to be working on. I will never go back

Havent had my nails done in forever, heard from my cousin Kelly that Angel Nails was the place to go. I went and Randy was my tech, he did such a fabulous job!!! I decided to go with liquid gel because acrylic nails do not hold up with the line of work Im in, they hold up fantastically!!! Would recommend Angel Nails to everyone!!

Received a pedicure from Tina last Tuesday. She trimmed cuticles so deep that three of my toes have been bleeding for five days. Have had to put bandaids on toes each day with antibiotics. Manager John took payment and tried to bandage my toes before I left. I called back and told him how terrible my treatment was...he only offered an another therapist when I needed a pedicure. Why anyone would visit this nail salon is beyond me. I have probably had 50-100 pedicures in my life and this was the worst ever

Family that owns this place is greedy and treats their employees poorly. My daughter has worked here twice and each time the employment severed the family tried to not pay the full wages. Today with her last check, she is not even sure it is a real check and the bank cautioned her to wait for it to clear. Plus they gave her cash for hours they “forgot” or were not intending to pay her for. They think they can treat high school and college students poorly even when they asked Her to come back and work for them. Had gone there for years and will NEVER step foot in there again nor will any of my family. Horrible place, no ethics.

DONT GO HERE!!!!If I could put a no stars I would. First time here, I got pink & white done. I got home and realized that I still had acrylic under my nails that wasnt cleaned up. I went back the next day to have this fixed. The following day A nail started to lift. And others were on there way, because the nail around the bed was not filed enough and was to thick. So I went back the next day. I told Randy I needed it all cleaned up because Kim didnt do a good job. He asked me if I wanted a fill? I said its only been 3 days??I just need them cleaned filed down so that they all do not lift. After he did it, he charged me $5 for the clear coat. If this was done correct the first time I wouldnt of had to come back. 4th day I see that Randy didnt do a good job even cleaning my nails up because I can feel the ridge of the acrylic around the nail bed going to be lifting again! TERRIBLE PLACE

My family and I came in on Mothers day this year, as we do every year to this same nail salon. I got a gel manicure and a day later it started to peel off. I called in and asked to come in the next weekend to get them redone. They said they would do it free of charge. By the time I came in most of the gel on my nails had peeled off (a week later). The man who did my nails was extremely rough, and not very kind. While he was using the tool to remove the gel on my nails I started bleeding and I asked him not to be so rough because it hurt and I was bleeding. He looked at my nail and said that he didnt see any blood. Which was visible to anyone! You could see how irritated my fingers were. He rushed and got me out in about 20 minutes.. my french manicure looked like a child did them and my fingers were extremely sore. I will not be coming back here again. Worst nail experience ever.

I used to like this place, but the quality of the service greatly varies from each nail tech. One time youll have a good experience, the next the tech doesnt do a thorough job (cutting, cleaning and shaping the nail etc.). I think Ill move on down the road after my most recent visit....

Horrible customer service. They told me it was a 5-10 min wait. I waited 45 min. They didnt even say sorry or anything and when it was my turn to get my nails done they did half ass, my nails are not the same length they are crooked. It barley even took the guy to do a full set in 20 mins . Never will I go there again. 40 $ for a bad services ..

Ive never had a nail salon tell me no I couldnt do something. I didnt get the length I wanted and my nails didnt come out good. Im very disappointed they would tell you no. They cant fix the length

This salon has a nice, open feel. I admit, my husband & I went when they first opened. His experience was great, but my mani-pedi person was really distracted, seeming to need to excuse himself to answer his phone a lot. He apologized, but I felt parked and should have said something.We tried them again just last month, and luckily, my new mani-pedi guy was wonderfully attentive. I got to feel pampered and since its something we budget for, quality service is paramount!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Nails, waxing, eyelash extensions, mani/pedi and more! Owners are on site daily.

The end results were good but there were several things we didnt appreciate. We had a group of 4, 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. We had a 3 p.m appt and waited until 320 for the pedis to be seated. Our manicure was eventually seated but waited with her hands soaking for over 15 additional minutes. One of the attendants left a pedicure after she had started it to do a wax. I get it that a wax takes less time than the pedi but we were already past our appointment time and the pedi had already started, not cool !

This place sucks . I Got my nails done with my little cousin and first they asked me if I wanted gel . I stated no and they kept bugging about it . Then they asked my 13 year old cousin if she wanted gel and as adults we told them no . Next thing I know, when Im paying, they did gel anyways and I paid extra . Then 4 days later my nail fell off and they just looked horrible . Now a week and 2 days later my little cousins GEL NAILS ( that were supposed to last longer btw ) fell off .Three of them . I came in the store and John called me a liar . Stated that Im not saying youre lying, youre just not telling the truth place isnt worth it, dont come here .
