My daughter wanted to take me for a pedicure, our regular place was busy so we tried here. Not only did the make my daughters toes raw, they left nail polish all over my toes, but also made them look like lollipops! 85$ for 2 pedicures??? Should have gotten dinner and drinks with it for that price! Never again! Go to yes nails, they are amazing and friendly...stay away from this place!

Tony always does a great job on my nails, he’s one of the best nail techs in there.

A friend and I came in for 2 walk in pedicures. We were seated immediately but then waited about 15 minutes getting while the water got cold until someone came to help us. We chose pedicure number 2 which included scrub, callous remover and lotion with hot towel. Nail cutting and shaping was crooked and edges of nails left sharp. The buffing with callous remover had no pressure or real buffing. Same lazy approach was taken with the sugar scrub and lotion each lasting 1-2 minutes at best. Once all was done we were asked to wait a few minutes for our polish to dry. While we waited one of the girls dropped a handful of tools she just used on the floor, then proceeded to put the tools right into the sterilization bag then put the bag on her rolling cart and proceeded to help the next customer. She then made a trip to the sanitizing machines, but not to put the bag in there - just to shut them all off. Disgusting and unsanitary is an understatement for this place. Please be careful if you choose to go here.

I had a full service done here pedicure & manicure were fine; however, when it came to my eyebrow wax, I was utterly unsatisfied.Number one!!!! The lady that did my eyebrows did not listen to me I told her how I want to keep my thick eyebrows and to her convenience I now look like a Mexican Chola with thin eyebrows it took me months to grow out my thick eyebrows I told her I just want to clean up nothing too drastic- no thin eyebrows - absolutely no thin eyebrows whatsoever about repeated myself to two different employees. They both assured me that it was only clean up.To my dismay I should’ve went with my gut feeling left after my pedicure & manicure however because the lady did such a great job on my manicure and pedicure I should’ve known that things would turn south once another lady took over.I’m rating this company very poorly because one they did not listen to me at all after I repeated myself a few times to more than one employee about how I want my eye was done and secondly they did not take time to consider my feelings of how I felt. Again I told two employees I just wanted to simple clean up not an extreme makeover.

I’ve been going to Vegas Nails since I got here in November & I love it! (It can be difficult to find a salon that does Gel Nails) They have great customer service & everyone that works there is very friendly & professional. I’ve even convinced Hubby to get a pedicure with me & he loves it!I’ve been trying to talk him in to that for DECADES! Anyway, I especially appreciate the effort that Tony puts in to his work. I highly recommend this establishment.

I had Jennifer and she was amazing. I came in without an appt and I was taken within 20 mins . She did my nails the perfect length and shape and did these perfect little daisies artwork. I will definitely be returning and using their other services!!!

Nails are too thin, with in three days two of my nails came off... super disappointed....

1st time here, just moved to the area. I was asked to sit and David was helping. I tried to talk to him and introduce myself, no response. I tried to be jolly, no response. Only time he spoke was to up sell gel. he asked me 7 yimes, almost argumentative. Ive been getting bails done for 30 years, I finally said. I dont want gel, brought my own color. Left me to take a call and help another customer. They use razors on your feet, fyi, which is a violation. I walked out. Poor service.

Went here with my mother-in-law because our usual place was busy. They helped us right away and we both had really nice pedicures. The employees were very nice as well.

Called them after being pushed aside at Yes Nail Spa and Im so glad that they did! Vegas Nail shop is da bomb!! Everything was clean and sanitized, I was in and out in no time!Sonny was gentle but very detailed!! I found my new nail shop and tech thank you VEGAS NAILS!!

I have been coming to this salon for about 7 months now. Very clean and friendly staff. I see Jesse every time I need a perfect acrylic gel manicure. He always takes his time and the out come is beautiful. Definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to try this spot out. Not only are the manicures perfection the pedicures feel and look amazing as well.

The sign says walk ins welcome. We walked in around 5 and apparently they closed closer to 7. After patiently waiting for our party to be served we were told we were only allowed to get the basic pedicure because they didnt want to stay later than they had to. Then decided to charge an additional $15 on top of the included nail polish and wouldnt allow to get what was included. Afterwards, they baggered us for a tip because staying late was for our benifit. Never spending my money here again.

I absolutely love my nails, the pedicures are wonderful however as a patron we are subject to the environment and being forced to watch ABC where they are broadcasting an NBA game is wrong.... this is a spa environment without the true ability to relax and enjoy oneself with the televisions all broadcasting what the gentlemen employees want.... Id rather enjoy a relaxing atmosphere than sports venue!!!

Went in today after being so upset with my acrylics being done somewhere else... I called beforehand and asked if anyone was able to see me. I specifically asked for Mindy or Lee because my mom recommended them and only trusts her with her nails. Both of them looked at my nails and were able to fix it really quickly. They were bulky before and the gel was applied so quickly and messy. But it looks way better now and I love them! The day before today, my mom and I also got pedicures for the deluxe treatment. It felt so nice and we were seen so quickly. Kelly and Rose did a really good job taking care of us when we were just relaxing. Im excited to go back and get my nails done again. They were also very clean and protected their employees and customers against any risk during the pandemic. Thank YOU Vegas Nails (especially Lee)!

This place is great, the staff is Friendly and funny. Ive been coming here for a couple of years and I will be a customer for a long time.

The shape of my nails are horrible and I am very unhappy with the fact that I was charged 3 extra dollars to shape my nails in a coffin shape when they where already in that shape, so he pretty much messed up my shape, Who does that!? I never paid extra for shaping my nails. I paid for a fill, it should be part of the fill!? I understand everyone is low and money but really taking it that far as to pay extra to shape? Stop taking advantage of people!

I didnt like this place i came for my normal serviceA basic pedicure and the lady didnt take car my foot..she pait good my nail but nothing else.

Tony did my nails and exactly how I asked. I am a little old fashioned and just like the white tip with a little rounded edges. This will be my go to person now. Thank you Tony.

Had SNS almost 2 weeks ago, top coat stated peeling and lifting! Ive had SNS last over a month until ready to redo due to growth when done properly!...When i called to complain i was told 2 weeks i had to get new SNS!!..never going back or recommending this nail place!! I didnt mention the shape was horrible and glue all over my fingers.

I’ve been coming here for a while & I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails and I’ve never found any other salon that does an exceptional job like Mindy and Tracy. They’re always so good to me and do an amazing job! There has never been a time where I have not been pleased with they’re work!! They always double check to make sure I like them before proceeding. (I’m pretty picky when it comes to my nails) Love how they’re so accommodating and sweet!

Jesse is amazing!! He does my acrylic gel manicure every time and he’s incredible sweet, gets to know you and takes his time to make sure it’s perfect!! He is incredibly respectful and I love all of the staff here!! You don’t always need an appointment, they manage to squeeze you in :) I’ve been to as many nail locations in Surprise as I can and this one always ends up being my favorite!!

Friendly place, they did a great job on my pedicure. It still looks great almost a month later. The prices are typical. This is one of the only places I have been where I did not feel like they were rushing me through. Based on my initial experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This was my first time getting a gel manicure at the establishment and I walked in with no appointment. I was ushered to a station and a gal by the name of Nancy was assigned to do my nails. She did not speak English but motioned me as what to do with a smile and professionalism. She gave me an amazing manicure and the arm massage that I wanted to take her home with me. The establishment was clean and tidy. The whole process took almost an hour and a half, 28$ later...i walked out with a smile and will return I a couple of weeks.

As a first time customer, I was disappointed that there was no barrier between customer & nail tech performing pedicure. Also, surprised that there were no dryers after pedicure completed.

Waited for 30 min even though not all their nail techs were busy, then the guy I finally got was extremely rude to me. (Treated me like a male chauvinist) He also gave me one of the worst and rushed through massages I’ve ever had at a nail place. They charge a little more than most of the places in the area too. Only giving them 2 stars because my toes look half way decent, that’s being generous.

Friendly staff, very professional work done. My guy tested the color first on fake nail to make sure my color of choice was the right one. It turned out exactly like the picture I showed him.

Hanna is great, awesome massage and everything in general was perfect.

This is a clean nail salon with many services offered. It does get busy sometimes so you may have to wait. The staff is always friendly, and will also offer a bottle of water which is refreshing during the hot AZ summer months. Its conveniently located with plenty of parking available. I would recommend to the Owners that they review the work of their staff on a regular basis, to make sure that the staff is working hard and providing excellent customer service.

Charged me waaay too much for a mediocre job.

My big toe nails were cut abnormally looking short and she kept on cutting and cutting the corners so low they are abnormally short round toe nails, went in with normal square length toe nails, she watered down the polish after painting two nails so now the colors don’t match and she got upset when I expressed that.... not happy at all left before even doing hands. Do not recommend at all...

Le took great care of me after I went to another nail salon to get my dip powder manicure! He took his time and made sure that my nails were exactly how I wanted them!!! I will definitely be going to him from now on.

They did a good design but wasn’t knowledgeable enough to know that my nail bed was to small for the long nail but ABC Nails was able to help me fix them cause the long nail broke off with my really nail So go to ABC Nails and not this place they aren’t knowledgeable and will 100% make u bleed

Stopped going to this place because I got fungus on my nail. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My friend whose been going here for years also got fungus on her finger nail, when she asked them what it was they told her not to worry it will go away... it didn’t and now she has fungus on 2 of her nails.

I went in there probably about an hour before they closed and had to wait about 20 minutes for a gel manicure, i waited and when the guy started doing my nails he seemed very rushed. I think it took like 5 minutes to get me out of the chair, i paid 40 including tip and within a week the sides were already coming off and i had to take them off because i didnt like how they looked. The pregnant woman that offered me water was nice but aside from that i didnt feel like they cared for my business at all and just wanted to get me out quick. I never get my nails done so i was pretty disappointed

Beware of the old man with the little glasses. I went in for a fill and regular polish. When I asked for regular polish he got mad because I didn’t upgrade to gel!! So he charged me 5 MORE DOLLARS for supposedly removing gel off my nails even though it was regular polish. He then argued back and forth with me about the polish being gel. I guess he has to make his money somehow seeing as he drove off in a Porsche. This is a horrible way to run a business. I feel very disrespected and the entire experience was unprofessional. The poor lady at the front had to apologize on his behalf, but did he? No, because he has to make his money right?! To top it off he didnt even clean up my cuticles. Be careful With their fees clearly they’re just suggestions for the benefit of the tech.

They fit us in for pedicures when we had a time limit even though they were busy and Michelle even fanned my toes to help dry enough between coats (regular polish, not gel). Loved it and she was so nice!

I went in yesterday to get a mani/pedi done, this is what I said I wanted. Tracy asked if I wanted powder dipped because I had a cracked nail. I said sure thinking it was going to be in addition to the manicure, it wasn’t. So what I asked for did not get done. I had no problem paying for the powder dip and the manicure. Then one of my nails is crooked on top. She didn’t even make sure they were even. We were never offered a design on our toes. They just assumed we didn’t. They knew it was our first time in. On top of all this they acted like it was an inconvenience to put my flip flops back on instead of using their dumb foam ones. My daughter and I both thought they were over priced for the awful job they did. So sad because we had heard really good things about them, but we won’t be back!

Never going there again!!! So many issues. They charge for different shape acrylics, dont paint your nails fully, cant even do the shape you want, rude, and prices are wrong. I just want a salon where they do a good job and the prices are correct. My coffin shape nails were blunt on one side and tilted on the other. So this caused me to think my nails were crooked. It was horrible. I went with my mom and friend and the only one whos nails were perfect were my moms. Dont say you can do this shape and charge me for it and not be able to pull it off. This was before thanksgiving. Still looking.....

Came in for a fill that was very nicely done until the next day where gel nail polish was peeling off. I went back into the shop first thing the following morning after my fill to get it resolved. Worker tells me they are too busy and to come back the next day to fix. Now I will need to go elsewhere to pay for a service that should have been done right the first time and re-done at no cost. Customers should be accommodated in situations like this, not shunned away as though the were never loyal to your business. Best believe that I will never come here again.

Dont bother with an appointment. They take walkins first and make appointments wait, as long as 30 minutes. This has happened to me 3 times and I wont be going back. If I was courteous enough to make an appointment, I expected they would respect me enough to keep it. Not so.

Walked in and the staff was already rude. Have many people working but couldnt fit me in for a fill when I was the ONLY person waiting. Would not come back to this place...only went because this is where I got a gift certificate and sadly still have to come back and use it. After I will be sticking to my regular nail salon.

The older man that did my pedicure was wonderful! However the one that did my nails was horrible and pushy he asked me at least five times if I wanted gel polish And wouldnt let it go and then refused to make my nails as short as I wanted, he told me next time I should just get a manicure if I want them that short not a great experience.Will not be going back again

I came here with my sister and the person doing my nails watched TV the entire time and wasn’t even looking or putting in any effort. He put a lump of lotion in the middle of my foot without looking. My sisters person stopped to text in the middle of her timed massage. Don’t waste your money
