I go get my feet done with my wife. I was a little embarrassed at first. I was unsure what was in store for a 👨 man-icure. But apparently there was such a thing.They made me feel at home and extra comfortable. I will be returning and spreading the word about this nail salon. Thank you very muchWe really appreciate it.

My pedicure guy seemed like he didnt want to be there. As soon as he was done he went and took a nap an just left me. It took his co-worker, who was very nice and funny to put my sandals back on my feet an tell me my toes were dry.

I have been hesitating on wether or not to Write this review because my first time going here was actually pretty good but the last time I went to get a regular set I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted which was just a simple color and French tips, while doing my nails she asked if I wanted glitter for Christmas, I had said no thank you but she ended up putting it anyways, the French tips were crooked and the nails were bumpy she then charged me $60 for lumpy crooked nails and only payed full price because she did the work, and I didn’t want conflict. I returned on my day off to see if I could get them either fixed or refunded, but after they “fixed” my nails they turned out worse and they only lasted 4 days in total. If you go here don’t expect the same price every time !!

Literally STOLE $370 from me. Dont pay with a card!Let me start this off by saying that I work in the service industry, and I get it. Things happen. Ive been coming here for about 9 months, and get a different person every time. They used to be great at nails (Im simple, stiletto shape nail with black gel polish) but lately, the results have been soo bad. I went today around 5pm and it was absolutely dead. Took about an hour for lumpy, misshapen nails. Now, I didnt complain, and thanked the guy for doing his job. But when paying, the lady charged my card $335!!! They dont show you any charges until AFTER you swipe your card and pay and she tried to get me to sign for it! After about 10 minutes of arguing in broken English, she voided the sale, and ran my card again for $35.I wasted an hour of my time, got ugly nails, and now have to wait a week for the $335 to be refunded to my account, if they even refunded it right.Dont go here.

Took way to long to do dips, not happy with result and too much $$$

They took us in and set us in the chairs to get a pedicure and made us wait at LEAST and hour before they even started when they should have sent us away because they were too busy. They are way over priced and dont even tell you when you are going to be charged for something. Had I known I was going to pay an extra $15 just for the gel polish I probably wouldnt have gotten it.

Called in my request for 2 pedicures around 3pm for a 5:15 pm appointment same day. Walked in on time and were immediately seated. Treated well and great pedicures.

The quality of work is very good. However, their prices are inconsistent from one visit to the next. And the new, young receptionist (long, dark hair, spends most of her time listening to music on her phone) is extremely rude and disrespectful. She interrupts you when youre speaking, talks over you and is extremely lacking in customer service skills of any kind. The owner/manager stood there the whole time and let her treat the customer that way. When I called a short time later to speak to the owner to express my disappointment, the receptionist put me on hold right away, although she even screwed that up - I heard everything that was being said. After 4:35 minutes of being on hold, I hung up and called back. I told the receptionist what happened and she told me I needed to calm down (unnecessary) and that i was lying. I have been a customer since they opened, but no more. The new owner is allowing a smart-mouthed teenager to treat customers horribly. There are plenty of other places that want my money who will treat customers the right way and not cheat them out of their money.

Ive been coming here for years and everyone is consistently friendly and professional. They listen to what you want and deliver. I have tried others before finding this place. None other compares in my opinion!!

We walked in on a time crunch wanting peducures. They took all three of us at the last minute and they did an incredible and beautiful job on our pedicures today!!!

They immediately put my feet in to soak but I waited 35 minutes for them to start. However Kevin the gentleman that did my pedicure was nice and did a good job.

I dropped the wife off here and then I head the local smoke shop and pick up cigars from the humidor and enjoy myself for a good 30 minutes

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The job was rushed. After saying what pedicure treatment I wanted, she kept pressuring me into a different one (highest, expensive). I let that slide until she kept pushing me into getting a flower design over and over after I said no. In addition she messes up on it, noticing it but still has me go with it. While drying my nails, she demands me for a tip. I was already in the mindset to, to be appreciative, but when you demand me very rudely I refuse. Tips are optional, its not on your menu, nor is it told to us before hand. After me reminding them and physically wrote down in their sign in sheet, that I wanted to get waxed, I was rushed. A different woman who was with a client stopped to do my waxing. She rushed to return to her client. Because of rushing she burned my skin, after doing so she laughed and didnt apologize. NEVER WILL I COME BACK, AS WELL AS MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I am 17, I feel that because I am a minor and I wasnt with my mom, they decided to take advantage of the way they treat me. I feel she was just LAZY. Not once did she smile or start a conversation. If you want $50 from me, then do your job! I think wrote enough even though theres so much more to complain about. For someone to wrote this much, you guys need to change your hospitality and attitude. Mocking me after hurting me isnt right. I hope everyone who is looking for a great salon to go to DO NOT GO HERE!

If there was a no star button that’s what this nail salon would get ! I called and was told that they do the dip nails ... well the girl who did mine had no clue what she was doing . I have been having my nails done for a long time and I have NEVER BEEN TO A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE ! They have no idea what they are doing.I also got my eyebrows done and when I got to my car and actually could see them I had to go back in cuz the were not even close to being even !STAY AWAY FRIM THIS PLACE ! Horrible is to say the least !

HORRIBLE SERVICE/WORKMANSHIP my wife came to this place today and they did an awful job, service was terrible, nail tech did not listen, accusing my wife for the mess up that she did, she has cuts all over her fingers. She tried to upsell her on gel nails because of how much she hated to paint nails. The nail tech was extremely rude to her which i am not pleased with. Buyer beware DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE unless you want to be mistreated and are a fan of horrible service/work. I would give this place zero stars if possible.

I love this place! The owner, Kelly and her daughter are amazing. Quality pedicures, nail services and waxing all at a very convenient location. This place is kind of hard to see from the street, but it is in between Lowes and Ulta at Grand and Bell.

Bad service. I had to tell the tech four times that I did not want anything more than the basic pedicure. That’s irritating to have to tell someone repeatedly what I want and still have them try to upsell me. She was mad that I didn’t do a more expensive selection and the result was a mediocre job. She insisted on putting my Birkenstocks on before painting my nails because she said it would be hard to get my shoe on after. She did not have a good angle to paint my nails and therefore did a very sloppy job. I asked her before she began if I could just use one of their slippers and she said “oh no this will be better.” The owner asked when I was leaving if everything was OK. He handed me a punchcard and “I told him I won’t need that as I won’t be returning to your salon.” I let him know the tech painted my toenails and I could’ve done a better job at home. I also let him know she didn’t do any cuticle remover, massage with stone consisted of her laying a hot rock on my leg and moving it a few times, and virtually no foot scrub at all. If you do go, be prepared to do their most expensive pedicure or you’re going to get a less than favorable result.

My wife recently returned to this establishment to work with a technician who we found is no longer there. Having had a great experience with the previous technician she choose to have her nails done again. This time a male technician worked on her feet. She has had an extensive history with in grown nails and always has to have them dug out and cut in order to avoid it becoming very painful. When my wife asked to have this done the technician told her no and refused to do it. It is crazy to me that an establishment would refuse to preform a service that is typically offered and previously provided. Non the less she will not be returning and nor should anyone els.

Took my 13 year old daughter there to get nails done for the first time for her promotion and was charged $45 for a full set. $40 for the nails and $5 for oval shape. Since when do you have to pay for the shape????. We will not be returning and Do Not Recommend this place. My daughters nails look like a $20 job . NOT $45. Im disgusted .Next time Im taking her somewhere else!!

The first time I went here it was not too bad.. the young lady with the glasses did a wonderful job on my nails and I went back to get a fill and she was busy with another customer. I have been here 4 times and each time my nails were done by a different person so if you are the type like me that tends to want to stick with favorites this is not the place for you. I disliked the lack of color selection they have and how the colors that I did want usually were old and starting to dry out in the bottle. They do not rotate there nail polishes enough. Out of the 4 times I went to this salon, each time I came back with a broken nail and I had to go there twice for 2 day after service breaks. One of the gentlemen in the shop was doing my nails and I told him that I would like him to put more acrylic in the center of my nail because they were too thin and are always breaking at the center and he argued with me that they will be fine and that if he did it then it would mess up the shape of the nail. I told him that it was fine and to please do it anyway. he refused. He said if one breaks just come back. The point is the fact I didnt want to have to keep coming back after every break. 2 quiet awkward minutes later he finally pulled the acrylic back out and did as I asked anyway. All that uncomfortable arguing for no reason. One last thing that bothered me was the nail dryer is the bright UV light at the bottom for the feet but the top was a dull black light and it takes forever to dry my nails under it. I asked if i could use the OPI machine on table or the UV white light on the table and the guy said it is for Gel nails only. I decided that i have given them enough tries and I am not going back to that salon.

Wasnt the best experience. Nail tech cut my skin while trying to cut my cuticles that it started bleeding. Polish came out aweful. Especially looking at the pictures they posted. Im no where near a picky person but i wont waste my time again.

Mrs. Kelly did my nails here earlier this week and did an amazing job redoing the nails I got from a different place that messes them up. The atmosphere at her shop is great and the shop itself is clean with nice staff!

When I come her to get my nails done, its always a hit and miss. 85% of the time it is excellent service and my nails looks great! The other 15% is what bothers me. The last time I was in there, the male tech who did my nails (the past few times he has done my nails great), was very friendly. I told him what I wanted and he completed the new set. When it came time for the design and length, he cut my nails way to short! I have worked for months to get my desired length and style naturally and all I asked for was a little bit to be taken off so they werent a bothering length, and he cut them to natural! I wasnt too upset although a little sad, until it came to the design... I asked for a simple zig-zag pattern and when the design was done, it looked like my 2 year old cousin had done it. Meanwhile, the tech that does my mothers nails had started on her. After a bit, the tech said shed be right back. When she got up, she seated ANOTHER lady and began HER service and left my mothers nails soaking for over 30 minutes! When my mom got up in anger to step out, no one acknowledged her leaving. When she returned to let me know where she was going when she left, there was still no acknowledgement. When the tech finally realized my mother left, she asked me why my mother had left, and when I told her she just blew it off. Now with my nails needing to be done, I am debating wether or not I should return, or give it a while before I go back.
