I would say that balance staffing is the best recruiting company. They do reply very quickly and also they do their best to find jobs. I feel so lucky that I contacted with Elise Lopez I feel comfortable and she makes me feel like I am able to contact her in case I have any question. I received an inquiry through my email asking if I was interested in a position as a Quality Control Supervisor. This was about 8am on a Friday, by noon :30 I received a full description and a phone call from Ignacio Barba, after exchanging information he went to work, I was informed that the hiring manager would like to have a video call as soon as possible. Long story short, I got the position thanks to Ignacio and the team at Balance Staffing!

I like that they do not just send you to jobs, but specialize in longer term and creating a relationship. I found a recruiter, David Nguyen, with the same name as me there! He spoke with me to find the right manufacturing position and he was very knowledgeable. I did see some other people applying while I was there and the only people that may leave a bad review are the ones that are not serious about work. I was referred here by one of my old co-workers and happy that I am now permanent at my company. If you put in the hard work then you will be permanent.
