I would give them 10 stars if I could. I fear going to the dentist but Rachel did a fabulous job. Best cleaning I have had in years. She did an awesome job and her jovial outgoing personality made it pleasant. She also informed me every step of the way which did wonders for alleviating my anxiety.

Our whole family goes here and absolutely loves it! I’ve seen all the dentists and they are great! We usually always have Rachel as our hygienist and she’s also great! The ladies at the front desk are always kind and helpful. Highly recommend this office!

Our first time at lane & associates. Staff was great. It was our kids first dental visit, and i cant praise them enough. They were very focused on ensuring our kids did not have a bad experience. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area.

We absolutely love our hygienist and dentist, however the woman behind the front desk yesterday was extremely rude and unaccommodating. She discriminated against me and asked if I could wait outside like a dog. I cleared my schedule and showed up that morning on time for a routine cleaning. My hygienist was running late, where after waiting outside for 15 minutes, I was requested to wait an additional 20 minutes (where I then asked if I could wait in my car) until I could be called back into the building. There was absolutely no one else in the waiting room. It’s sad we have come to this place in our country. I’ve never had a bad experience like this anywhere in my life, it’s shocking. Segregation was something I read about in the history books, never thought I’d live to experience it.

This is such a great office! I move around a lot so finding a dentist office is always a chore but you can’t go wrong here. The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I always have Rachel and Destiny and they are outstanding. You feel so good leaving because everyone is so pleasant. 10/10 recommend!

After having a not so great experience at another dentist I looked for a new office! Lane & Associates was fast and understanding getting me in for a cleaning! Rachel did a fabulous job with my teeth cleaning and helping me get set up for bleach trays!Overall VERY pleased with how efficient and welcoming the office and staff members were!

I have been coming here for 2 years and always have a great experience. Rachel is efficient and thorough with my cleanings. I make sure she is always my hygienist and that I come on days that Rachel & Dr Briggs are working together. I make sure to get my 2 free cleanings per year. The always ask about how Im doing and if Im having any oral concerns. The best part is my teeth feel and look great when i leave.

Excellent service!!!!!They seen immediately what the problem was on the same x-rays, which were just taken the other day at another office.Nevertheless, they retook new ones to make sure, but at least they told me straight up. I respect that, and respect the time they took to review my pictures, and tell me straight up. I had a much better feeling upon leaving, with knowing what I was dealing with straight up!!*****They really were very thorough, compassionate, and caring! Mostly, they made sure everything was reviewed regarding my care, and explained the next steps in detail!!!*****Finally, but not least, the young lady that took my call listened professionally, and she knew exactly what care team to put me with to help me in resolving recent situations. I am very satisfied, and highly recommend them!

We have made 3 visits to Lane and Associates Family Dentistry in Southern Pines since moving here and every time, we have the best experience! All of my children have been able to be seen at the same visit so to me that is super convenient and they have been given the best care by all the dental hygienist there. On this particular visit, Rachel and Destiny took much time and consideration with all my kids cleaning their teeth and especially with my youngest who hasn’t liked going to the dentist. Rachel was great with encouraging her to feel at ease to cooperate with the cleaning. In previous visits my daughter hasn’t even sat in the chair but with this particular visit, Rachel was able to make her feel very comfortable to sit in the exam chair and then gave her teeth a great clean. I am so pleased with the care we have received there and with the friendly, helpful staff there! I love Lane and Associates Family dentistry.

Clean facility and staff was very nice and patient! Normally I’m very anxious at the dentist but Abby was so helpful with getting all of the paperwork squared away and Rachel helped talk me through it to keep me calm. Rachel did a wonderful job easing the nerves and helping me walk out of there with a clean, refreshed mouth. Will be recommending to others.

Dr. Hooper is a wonderful dentist who gives a patient all their options and guides them to make the best choice to produce the best and easiest result or solution. Lanes staff went out of their way to schedule the work I needed done as quickly as possible and in conjunction with my needs and other demands on my calendar. Both times I saw Dr. Hooper I had was an urgent need and I was able to be seen quickly.It is good to have all the dentists and specialists in one dental service. Apparently many feel the same way because they are booked far in advance. Lane should consider adding more staff to shorten the number of weeks a patient has to wait major procedures as apparently their reputation and service has attracted a large patient volume. FIVE Stars definitely !!

Rachel is always so friendly and caring! Even let my daughter have a toy while she waited with me for my cleaning. I used to have dental anxiety before coming to Lane. Not anymore!

I traveled an hour out of my way to come to this office for a cleaning, upon entering a lady at the desk was really rude and uninviting and would cut me off when speaking. They said that Genesis had not come in today and I needed to reschedule. The most convenient date they were trying to give me was August 30th!! Absolutely not coming back to this office as the staff are unhelpful and don’t seem to care about their jobs. Especially Christian.

Rachel has been my dental hygienist since I have been coming to this office. She is simply amazing and I cannot emphasize this enough! I always had severe anxiety when I comes to anything with my teeth, but Rachel always makes me feel relaxed, at ease and even manages to make me laugh. Thank you for everything you do Rachel!!!

I loathe going to the dentist more than anything!!! At my second appointment Dr. Briggs was rude to me, so I left, and decided to see Dr. Hooper. Dr.Hoopers plan for my teeth was different than the other dentist, and Hooper is so nice. All the girls that work there must be Gods Angels. They are so kind and beautiful. You feel so welcomed. Your dental assistant and hygienist truly advocate for you. This office also has amazing technology! I’m so thankful I found this dentist office. This is absolutely the place to go if you have a lot of anxiety like I do. You’ll truly be taken care of. Thanks girls for looking out for me. Y’all are my true heros 💝

This is a great dental facility. Rachel cleaned my teeth today and did an excellent job. The team here are all friendly and professional. It’s always nice getting a nice cleaning and check up on the teeth!!

Do not go to this dentist. They sent me 3 text messages and a phone call to confirm my appointment. I filled out the questionnaire they sent online, in advance, and they opened the doors after 8 am (my appointment was 8 am) and then I watched everyone who arrived after me get called back before me. It felt like nothing less than discrimination on their part against me. It was a simple cleaning scheduled. There is no place in today’s society to be discriminated against, when I served and defended our country.

This is the best place I’ve been too since I was a child. Nikki, Dr.Hooper and Brianna-will be the only ones I see, if I can help it. Their amazing and so pleasant to be around. I’m bringing my son and my mother will be apart of their new patients coming up. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service and practice this place offers. They make you feel more of a friend than a patient! Love it!

I always see Rachel and Dr Piermont and have had great experiences with both. Rachel the hygienist is very gentile and Dr Piermont takes extra time to explain the plan of care with you. The front desk staff isnt very friendly or professional, however once I got to the back for my service RACHEL was amazing and walked me thru step by step of what she was doing to me, made sure I was comfortable and answered all my dental questions, shes very professional and loves what she does. I love the staff at Lane & Associates in Southern Pines! I’ve been going here for a few years and have had wonderful experiences with Rachel, Nikki, Destiny, and Dr. Graham.Rachel is my hygienist (she’s also cleaned my 8-year-old’s teeth). She does an amazing job and she is wonderful with children - my son adores her!This office is quick to get you in for emergencies. I’ve seen Dr. Graham and Nikki recently for a crown and they’ve been great at explaining the process and very detail-oriented.Lastly, my son was nervous about going to the dentist, so I called and they said he could come for a tour. They made his tour special and gave him goodies to use for the Tooth Fairy.

Rachel was so great from start to finish. I have had really terrible experiences at dentist offices before, so it really means a lot to have such a good one.

Not a big dentist fan like most people, but I am a bigger fan of teeth that work properly and look good. The work here was timely and professional. They were able to service my dental needs in weeks and not in 11 to 12 months like the VA. I paid out of my pocket instead of having a missing tooth for a year. Terrible service from the VA for a service connected dental problem. Lane & Associates, represented by Dr. Piermont and his team, were wonderful to me. Thank you.

Lane and Associates performed work on my daughter in 2020, all went well. My dental insurance picked up the 1/2 the bill and I paid the other half prior to my daughter sitting in the chair. I received a residual bill, I asked questions to the front desk but went ahead and paid it online as requested. She refused to take my payment over the phone. Apparently their accounting doesnt update their client records because I still receive an invoice two months later for the exact same service.

Rachel is always so kind and welcoming any time I or my husband come in! She is very professional and knowledgeable about what she is doing. I would highly recommend her as your hygienist!!

G., is amazing; sweet, friendly, funny... so much so my tween jumped up and down upon seeing them in the lobby before we even made it in. I have and will continue to recommend this facility.

The staff did a great job. They were professional and kind and did great work. It was a very clean atmosphere too, following all COVID rules.The only thing I wasnt happy about, was the wait. My appointment was for 10:30 and I wasnt seen until 11:15 or so. (Never had that happen before.) About 10 minutes before I went in, someone did come out and apologize for the delay. She said the delay was due to COVID related things, and I get that.Otherwise, everything else went well. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I have a real fear of going to the Dentist, but had to get a check up in order to have my knee surgery done. I found this office on google and went up there to schedule the appointment the girls in the front were so helpful and helped me sign up for the Lane Advantage program which was really helpful because Im on a fixed income. Rachel cleaned my teeth she did such a good job and is so sweet I loved talking to her she really brightened my day. Even though I was scared they helped ease my anxiety I will definitely be back for my 6 mo check up.

I arrived at 8:27 for my 8:30 appointment, and was on my way after having one tooth filled a little after 9. My time in the chair felt like being at home with family. We talked and laughed. When the procedure was done the dentist made sure everything felt right and that I was happy.
