Overall the final results were great! But Evelyn was really rough when filing my nails. It really hurt. She cut my fingers. I have also seen Cindy, but was not happy at all with her. She didnt do a good job and was rushed to finish. She also likes to talk on the phone while working and thats not professional. Even if she wears airpods to talk. Evelyn did my French tips.

Awful experience showed the nail tech picture inspo left with something completely different. She was very rushed and in a hurry. I just sat in the chair because she got up and left while my nails were drying in the lamp to the back I had to ask someone else if I was done. Wont be going back to this place. I was so frustrated and sad I couldn’t speak up. Not worth the $50 I spent.

Had a 2:15 appointment for a fill and a pedicure. Wait and hour and half for a pedicure. Waited and waited for a fill and at no time did they have one of the 3 available nail techs come and tell me they were ready. I have to get up to leave and told it’s another 5 to 10 minutes before they can do my fill. Nope never again beyond frustrated

Worst place EVER! Don’t waste your time or money here. Most of the techs don’t understand what you want, so instead they will just “fake it as they go” or just do what they think is nice and the end product is poor. Not even close to what you came in wanting or pay for. They placed the wrong kind of fill AND color when I went in, tried to cover it up and said “well we can just pick a color to cover it up, it will look pretty” when I wanted the same natural look. Black was pretty much my only option to cover that ugly mess at that point which is FAR from what I wanted for my special occasion later that evening. HORRIBLE!! Never going back along with the rest of my family and I highly recommend no one else visit this place.

I have never had any issues with this salon, and Cindi (not sure if that is spelled correctly) does awesome manicures!

Really busy and long wait time on a Saturday but had a great experience with my nails. And my mom got a pedicure and said the massage chairs are excellent. We’ll be coming back again

A really great place to go relax while you get your nails done! Several techs come highly recommended! I only gave 4 stars because their prices are poorly advertised. A full set is listed at $26, but I watched as he charged me $38 for them without any add ons. I didnt raise a fuss Im not the type, but if you come in on a budget make sure the prices are verbalized up front.

I made an appointment for an acrylic fill in and ombré design. When I came in the male tech attempted to do the ombré after a very poor quality fill in. The nails are all different shapes and very brittle. After many failed attempts at the ombré he left and another lady came to do French tips instead. The tip was uneven, and did not look good at all. At this point I just asked for plain gel polish. No bottom coat or top coat was applied. She applied 4 layers of color which resulted in unevenness and bubbles in the color after it was cured. After 6 days two of my nails cracked and chipped off. I do not recommend this salon.

I found this place about 2 months ago and I been coming here since then. Customer service is great. It’s always busy but they manage to give the best services. I never wait more than 10 mins even thou I always walk in. They welcomed the customers with smiles and respect. Their products are great quality. Strong nails and nail polish lasts for a long time. Overall, I’m very happy I found this cute icle nails. It’s hard to find a place now days with quality products and best customer service.

Disorganized and unfriendly. They rush through services and cut corners but still want to charge you full price. The lady who sits at the very first station on the right when you walk in the front door....RUDE. This was my first and last time coming here. I got my dip manicure but didn’t bother staying for a pedicure. Don’t spend your money here.

My mothers nails after seeing Summer were phenomenal. She worked off of a picture she brought in, and they turned out fantastic. I cant wait to make an appointments with her.

UPDATEI went back and they were just as confused as me as to what was happening with the color they Immediately got to work fixing them I picked a darker color and they look great Im very pleased with how this was Handled Thank you !Less than Impressed I was greeted and seated promptly I opted for dip and chose a light pink sparkle the gentleman who did my nails only did a quick grind on my cuticles wish he would have spent more time cleaning them up as I work with boxes all day and they get in bad shape I over looked that as a preference for the tech. The real issue started when he was grinding he burned me a couple times, now I dont do my nails often maybe this is normal ? It wasnt pleasant. He was having trouble with the color and it wasnt covering well and he was visibly annoyed I would have changed it knowing what I do now my nails are two toned they are a bright pink in some places and almost clear in others 😢 it wasnt super noticeable under their lighting but very obvious when in natural light my nails are a little sore so I would rather not go back and have more grinding done I will be more careful with the color I chose next time but dont think I will be a return customer for nails

I did my eyebrow wax a few mins ago one eyebrow is more waxed then the other one, they did it very horrible the lady didn’t took her time. Worst place don’t get your eyebrows done here

I have had several mani’s and pedi’s here. My favorite is Tony. Very professional and does a great job with my gel manicures. I no longer work near the area but I still drive here from Goodyear to get my nails done. Beautiful salon also.

Never had an issue.I believe I was sitting next to you when you were getting your nails done. I remember seeing that nail tech bringing you two different nail polish colors for you to pick from. You also told her how much you like the shape of your nails because no one could get the shape right.I suggest next time if you don’t like how your nails look you should really speak up instead of going on here lying about the review.

I came into the establishment expecting a high quality of service. I made an appointment the day before, however, the nail technician was 20 minutes late anyways. I requested to have my old nails removed and a new set put on. My technician actually tore up my nail on my ring finger to the point of bleeding and she was barely able to apply a tip. We had a girls day and the lady that did my mother’s nails ripped her nail in half and made her bleed and charged 55$ for a horrible job!!!! I do not recommend what so ever! No sympathy at all!!!! Do not waste your time or money!

I went in and when I did she said we can’t do French so I said ok and then I saw a person do a French then I picked my color the girl painted it on and then didn’t even dry them and then my 2 toes were smudged and the color was all over my skin don’t come her. You will not enjoy

Great experience, they listened to me and did the exact style/design I asked for. The salon is clean and really well organized. Squeezed me in with no appointment and was done pretty quickly. Will be back!

Soaked my feet for 40 min in cold water when I had an appointment that was called ahead to make sure they could see my and a friend. My friend waited about 10 min. I was there for a pedi and nails. Left with only a pedicure and a basic one at that. Extremely disappointed in the business practice of “get them in the chair, they will wait”. My time is valuable too. You wouldn’t wait for your client 15 min, so don’t make me wait either. It’s hard to extend grace when then I was 10 minutes early, a walk in without an appointment was seen first and another also. Sorely disappointed and can’t say I’ll be back. If they hadn’t already started my friends nails, I would have left. I actually dried my feet and got up and waited in the front, that’s when I got their attention and finally waited on. 🙁

My Favorite place to go; always see Van and she takes GREAT care of me and does all my designs to the way I want! Schedule my appointment and when I arrive she is ready for me! staff is friendly there and always have great attitudes! highly recommend!

They are always changing up the prices mid service so i have no option but to go with the service i went in for a gel color on my nails and had said it would 15 halfway throughout the service they said it would be 20 and the second time i went in for dip nails and they have always been 35 cause its not the first time i get them done and when i was paying i got charged 40 and asked if prices had changed and stuttered for a minute and they said their prices had gone up ater quarantine and the time i had gone in for a gel color i had asked about the dip service and it was still at 35 and all of this has been after the quarantine so they are definitely overcharging dont think ill be back

Pedicures are great, they work to get everyone in as fast as possible (sometimes feels like they are rushing through the services). There is also a big hurry up and wait thing happening. Overall the services are well priced and they do good work.

Im retired salon and beauty school owner.Very picky about my nails. Once I found Cute icle I wont go anywhere else. Currently I travel over 10 mile to get there. I have very high regards for this salon and spa. All 7 women in my family go there.

Took my daughter to get a pedicure & manicure while her family was visiting. She had a great experience with the nail technician. She asked to have her eyebrows waxed, no problem. The lady who did my nails asked her if she wanted to dye her eyebrows. My daughter said only if she could make them a little darker blonde than her natural blonde hair color. She said no problem. The lady dyed them black. My daughter was in tears. They said it will take a whole 10 days, maybe, for the color to come out. Another lady said that they only have two colors brown and black. I told her there is obviously a language barrier on their part.$60 later in new product to help with lightening the black eyebrow color. I refused to pay and no one got a tip. I will never go back again. If a technician has to ask another technician what their customer wants then they should not be serving the community. The last two times going there myself I’ve had this happen. All they said was sorry and come back in two or three days.Really like my daughter was going to go back and do possibly more damage?

I had one of the male techs and he did okay on my nails. They charged me and extra $5 for the shape. He also cut 3 of my fingers just by shaping them. Make sure if you come here to be VERY specific on exactly what you want.

I had been going to this nail salon for about a year and wanted something that wouldn’t ruin my nail beds. A man recommended that I do clear dipping powder with gel polish so all I would have to do is get a fill.... without taking the nails off completely and ruining my nail bed. I’ve been doing this forever and this last time I went in the lady said they don’t do it because it destroys the health. I asked them why they’ve been doing it and why they would recommend it to me... I let it go and said I’d come back when they fall off naturally. The owner came and convinced me they could still do it. I sat in the chair and they didn’t do what I wanted instead they filed them down completely and ruined my nail bed and put gel polish over it. I asked them why they didn’t do the fill and they said they don’t do that... we wouldn’t recommend that. I said you’ve been doing it to my nails for the past year. They reply with well it’s 35 for the fill and 40 to redo them... so basically you’re trying to get more money..... they lied to me saying it would destroy the health of my nails when it never did before... lied about recommending a service.... and then told me it’s a way to get more money.... then they didn’t even do what I asked when I said I would wait..... and did it anyway.... and sill paid the full price.... I will not be going back. 1st why would you recommend a service that would compromise the integrity of my nails. 2. Lie about not recommending it. 3. Do what I don’t want just to get my money....not okay. They’re rude and judge mental and make fun of your nail beds if they’re short.

Been going here for over a year. Never had a broken or chipped nail and I where them stilleto style while working 50+ hours a week. I get compliments almost daily. Highly recommend to any gal who wants a manicure they can be proud to show off all day everyday.

The staff is really personable, the atmosphere is soothing and the techs do a great job. Would highly recommend treating yourself to a pedi, atleast once. I usually just get a pink and white fill.

Very good staff! They listened VERY careful in assessing I needs. The environment is super clean.I always look forward to my pedicure here. Prices are completely competitive.

I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16, I’ve never had a nail infection caused by dirty tools. My technician had a full set of acrylic nails and it worried me, it’s usually a regulation that technicians can’t have fake nails because of the germs they can harbor. I should’ve said something but didn’t, and now I’ll be on antibiotics for MRSA for the next four weeks. I’m obviously really upset, but wanted to let other people know because this isn’t anything to mess with. I can’t use my right hand because my index finger is in so much pain. Make sure you’re more careful than I was.

Used to LOVE cute-icles but the last 2xs have been major let downs. Not only has the quality decreased the wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment expect to wait 45min in a chair (doing absolutely nothing). There is a younger gentleman there avoid him like the plague he has no skills. Definitely going to be looking for a new shop. Seems like they allowed their popularity to get the better of them.

This used to be my favorite shop. I would drive upwards of 30 minutes just to go there. My last 3 visits were TERRIBLE. The massive wait times are horrible. I sat and waited over 30 minutes and people kept walking in and were getting service, without appointments (trust I was listening to see if they had one). The last time I went, I felt I was being overlooked and waited 25 minutes before I walked out. Either hire more people or do appointment only.

This was my first time getting the dip nails, I heard about it from a friend and saw her nails and they looked so good. I came here and got them done and they look terrible. The powder was not even and the nail tech that I had kept getting up every 5 minutes, so the process took forever. I was already upset that my nails didnt look as good as I thought, but she put the top coat on and said it was dry after a while. I asked if I could put on lotion and she said yes, later to find out my nails were not dry and they got messed up. I went back in and told them what had happened and all they did was put a gel top coat over them and now my nails look raised and not natural. I paid $40 for my nails. Never again.

Second time coming here and my nails are jagged. The tips are not smooth or equal.I was not satisfied the first time because I got a sloppy pedicure with gel all over my legs and pants.Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but this time, she didn’t even file my nails! I had to ask her twice to fully remove my previous color and had to get a top coat added twice because she didn’t even get the full nail the first time. I’m a busy mom and never have time to get out of the house and BOTH times I’ve gone to this salon, I’ve come home crying.Save your money and your time, go somewhere else.

I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and get so easily agitated it’s annoying. right when I step into this place I got so content and relaxed, I forgot what it had felt like. I hardly ever get my nails done but I’d be willing to go for their services again just to feel the beautiful atmosphere.

Tony gave an excellent pedicure! Very relaxing and well done! However, the manicure I got from Michelle was rushed and done poorly. I had to ask twice for her to cover my whole nail with polish and she still left part of my nail uncovered. Michelle also did my friends nails and she had the same issues and said it was not a relaxing manicure. Aside from Michelle, the environment and experience was wonderful.

Was getting pedicures from this shop and got fungus in a couple of my toes. Went back to this location after 8 months with my family for pedicures and noticed that their process of sanitizing is not right. The bag is suppose to turn black when done but they just put them in the bag and seal them so I made them clean the tools before she started. Otherwise they do good work.

Such a great and relaxing salon. I was going to the same salon for over 10 years and I now go here and will continue to go here! Staff is super friendly and dont ask you to add on unnecessary services. I have never left here unhappy with my nails or pedicure!

I really liked this place. In fact, I recommended several people to come here. But after only a week & a half of having a set, a nail fell off & the clear coat came off & started giving my nails an ugly color. They were disgusting. I am going on a trip this weekend, and gave them a call to try to get them fixed. Since I had paid THIRTY-FIVE dollars for a fill only a week & a half prior, I didn’t think they’d have any problem fixing them. HOWEVER, I called before I came in so I didn’t go in upset & alert other customers of how awful my nails looked. She told me she couldn’t fix them until she saw them, and it had been almost 2 weeks since I got them done, so “I was due for service anyway”. I don’t know about you, but I don’t get my nails filled every 1 & a half weeks. A ploy for money, but I went in anyway. So she could see them. I waited about 20 mins. She put me in the chair & just started working on them. I finished, AND SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE. I told her I thought she was fixing them for me & she said “but I had to replace a nail.” RIGHT, that is your bad nail techs fault. And still only took $5 off. I will never, ever come back. And I will make sure to never refer anyway one here again. Awful business practice, Van!

I love getting my nails done but I struggled finding a place but I finally found it! I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received! Everyone is very friendly and they listen to what you want! I highly recommend it!

Three times I have gone there to get a pedi, and each time I was assured they could take me right away. Not once was I seen in less than 15 minutes. I know this because each time, I walked out at the 15 minute mark and went to another storefront. I have asked clearly if they were available. I was once even assured that someone was imminent. But they lie to get you in the seat and hope you dont notice your day wasted.

Was a walk-in this morning. Steven and Lara for my pedicure. Awesome pedicure by Steven and Lara decorated my big toes with Halloween black widow and Web! Very cute!

I went there to do my nails it’s very very bad material I can share the pictures for that. I did SNS and after couples days it came in two layers. The coated top part came offf. Don’t go there we will waste your money.

I came here and this is place is clean and beautiful. But the manager is a b****. She treated my mother horribly. She kept telling her what is “in style” instead of simply giving my mother a simple French tip mani. My mom wanted acrylic nails. Yes we know gel is in. But my mom wanted acrylic. My mother ended up getting her real nails French tip. And the woman kept complaining on how my mothers natural nails are yellow.

It is a nice nail spa. Very clean. New owners since then lots of turnover in employees . Some good some not so good.

I had Lynn the first time for the dip powder. She did great! Than I went back and Andy did them and they are all lumpy, uneven just overall terrible. It sucks to pay $35 for something your not happy with. No attention to detail at all. I will not be coming back.

I came here for the first time about a week ago for a fill. I’ve been using the same lady at my old salon for 7 years and since we’ve moved I’ve needed a good salon. I’ve tried several and they’ve been ok, but I was SO happy to find this salon! Evelyn did my fill and I really loved the result. Definitely a wait but that was ok, I didn’t have an appointment and it was a busy weekend. I broke a nail yesterday and came in today to get it fixed. The owner got me right in and fixed up without any wait or hassle. Absolutely recommend this salon!!

Terrible service. Filed down my natural nails until they burned. She had no idea how to do nails burned the side of my skin several of my fingers were bleeding. Had gels done they are wavey and the polish doesnt even cover entire nail. While I was sitting there having my nails done another lady was complaining that 2 of her nails were Crooked. I would never recommend this place they didnt even have the professionalism to return my money they told me to come back the next morning because they were closing. Terrible terrible terrible customer service I had to give one star on here I wouldnt even give them that if I didnt have to.

I had an appointment at 2. The girl I was supposed to see was send to another client. Instead of letting me know what was going on or switching her, they had me sit there for 30 minutes. I would have probably sat there for 1 hour if I hadnt left. I made the appointment, because the girl I had before did a horrible job and never did the massage part at all. Needless to say, last time.

Ive been coming here for a little over a year seeing Cindy. Yesterday I had an appointment with Cindy at 6 I showed up 45 minutes early to my appointment and said I didnt mind waiting because I wanted a color change and callus remover for my toes and feet. After sitting in a Pedi chair for almost 30 minutes a lady came over to change my toe color. She insisted (more like tried to force me) to get a basic pedi because it was 28 dollars and what I wanted was 20 I told her no thank you I only wanted what I asked for. After about 5 minutes of arguing with her she gave up trying to talk me into it. As I am sitting waiting after the pedi debocal I hear Cindy (who my appointment is with) start making fun of me and talking bad about me to the customer she was currently helping because I didnt want to spend the extra 8 dollars for a pedi.I have never been so embarrassed or hurt. I got up and paid my 20 dollars for a color change and callus remover and went to Angels off the 303 and bell. Where the nail work is cheaper and of better qualitly on top of being friendly, clean, and respectful.I will not be returning to Cuticle nails and will advise everyone I know not to return either. I spend 150+ every 3 weeks and I am tired of the way I get treated as a customer.

I use to love this salon until Michelle cut my toe causing a lot of bleeding and now I have an infection. My daughters and their friend went in to have a set of nails put on. I ran errands while they were having a fun day with their hard earned money. The 3 people doing their nails added as many extras after being told just a full set. They were GREATLY overcharged $86 for 2 full sets and one just getting painted nails. To top off taking advantage of them one nail is ridiculously crooked! Im so disappointed that a business would take advantage of young girls.
