I got a full set acrylic, and it was very nice. I never get fills so I had a few nails left from my previous set, and Nicole did amazing taking them off. I never request a soak off, so most nail techs just pop them off with the fake nails and it normally hurts a decent amount. This is the first time I’ve been to this location, and she did pop my old nails off, but super gently and it didn’t hurt a single bit!! I loved it so much! I will definitely return!!

I love going to this nail salon. I have been going there for years to see Nancy and Jimmy, so they have become family. Workmanship is fabulous. I have not gone to anyone else and drive from Scottsdale to Surprise to see Nancy and Jimmy. This salon is spotless and has the latest equipment. It is a real treat to go there. The staff is friendly and professional. Sanitation means everything to me and it definitely does to them as well. I truly appreciate their attitudes and efforts in caring for their clients.

As a walk-in client I was lucky enough to be helped by Jessica. She is the fastest & kindest nail tech I have ever come across. She will definitely receive all of my future business.

Bien is Great!! No matter who performs your service, you are treated exceptionally well!! I tried this business being new to Arizona last Nov and havent went anywhere else since! The prices are affordable and definitely worth it!!! Also I can always get right in, maybe wait 10 minutes at the most!!! Love this place and the people!

The place was busy. I had an app And was seated on time and my manicurist, Lien, was courteous and friendly. Lien is very self conscious about her time and finished with me within an hour or less.

This is the second time I’ve been here and I have had awesome service. The chairs are new and the place is clean. It also looks like they have new chairs. I will definitely be coming back. I forgot to mention they also have plexiglass in between chairs and still seat people every other. I think I found my home away from home.

Best place to get your nails done

Always have had great service for fills and wax services. Pedicure services on part for area although massage is lacking in pressure even when tech has been asked specifically for firm pressure.

Staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean. Jimmy always does a great job! Definitely worth the drive.

This place really takes their time to satisfy you. They are professional, know what they are doing, and try their best to meet your standards. They work very hard so please be patient with them.

Guy that did my full set, shaped them amazingly and did a great job of being very gentle and professional while doing them. He painted them very nicely. Ive been going to Bien for over 15 years. Couldnt be happier!

I used to love coming here. Not anymore though. I got the sns nails and my nails weren’t the same shape and when I asked her to fix them I got an attitude and it STILL wasn’t fixed. I had to fix it at home. I also got my eyebrows waxed and it doesn’t even look like it.

I went to get my nails done for prom and the lady rushed through it. Most of my nails(acrylics) are not shaped the same. I asked her for almond shape and she told me no, its for older people! She didnt even fully cover my nail with the polish then charged me 40$ when it was supposed to be less. Im never coming back here again and I discourage others from it too.

My daughter and I went to have pedicure, nails and waxing. Very nice staff. I will return. My daughter goes there alot. Good experience.

Ive been going to them faithfully for eyebrow waxes for years. I am military and got stationed overseas, everytime I am in town I still go to them. Well worth the extra few minutes. Ive recommended them to everyone I know and even they love them!

Just had my first pedicure ever. It was a nice experience.

Went in there for a mani pedi which I ended up begging charged more then the paper stated. But I paid anyways. After leaving for 20 mins I came back inside to visit with the group I came with, a worker came up to me and told me they charged me wrong that I still had more money to pay. After arguing, I paid them their money and left. Wont be back. Bad service if you ask me.

The service is exceptional and the new pedicures are luxurious and so relaxing.

Excellent pedicure experience

I decided to try this place when my shop was too busy to get me in, oh man was that a mistake. My nails were awful. They were crooked and didnt lay flat. The guy didnt do the gel properly so my nails were lifting, and the polish was coming off first day I had them done. I also got an infection under one that started a day later. Worst nail place ever!!!!
