Best Halloween nails Ive ever seen. Sean really is a tallented artist. He did my Unicorn nails and my Halloween nails better than any Instagram or pinterest image Ive ever seen. I drive from Mesa to go to this nail salon. Im obsessed with the quality.😍5 Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love this salon because every time I come I feel important and appreciated. I know they are always pretty busy so I always make time to come and I never have any complaints because I know the wait is worth it. Everyone is very good at what they do. I had a pedicure today that was absolutely fantastic, unfortunately I did not get the womans name who did my pedicure but she took her time with me and made sure I felt completely relaxed. I have gone here about 5 times now and will definitely continue to go as this will be my set salon! Thank you everyone at Natural Touch!

I have been going here for quite a while now and constantly receive compliments regarding my nails. I liked the environment in the shop so much right from the beginning. They have a good time and so the customers have a good time.Yesterday Shawn went above and beyond helping me with a toenail issue at absolutely no extra cost.

They are very kind, the accommodate 2 ur needs, treat u like a friend, and very reasonable ! I came there as a customer last December and have been going there since ! I follow Sean everywhere he goes. Hes the only one who does my manicure. I lost him for a couple of months, he called me to tell me where he was at. That made me feel so good. Its an awesome nail salon and Ill never go anywhere else. Sean your the best !!

I called at 430pm to confirm the hours posted for today)sun were correct for 6pm. After several rings a man awnsered & said no we close 5pm but what you need I said a pedicure & I could be there in a few minutes but Before I could finish he cuts me off because apparently his Coworker said no but instead of relaying me that he just slams the phone down and hung up on me!? Ill never return and Ill gladly take my money elsewhere I suggest you do the same.

Great nail salon! Staff is friendly and accommodating. I work in surprise but live in Scottsdale - Ive tried other salons and natural touch is my favorite!

Natural Touch Nail & Spa salon is FANTASTIC! They are very reasonably priced and do amazing pedicures & nails!! You dont need an appointment but it helps. They also do waxing!!! This place is open 7 days a week!!! I highly recommend this salon, ask for Shawn or Jon 🤩🤩❤❤

Came in to get a gel manicure. Male employee cussing and swearing. Tried the cats eye gel it did not work after 2 hours of polish on and polish off they refused to paint my nails. Will never go again. Definitely do not recommend!

The tech did a fantastic job. My nails were super rough and full of hangnails and kinda sunburned from a few half days of hiking. She removed it all with no pain or bleeding. Did 3 coats of a light beige polish and fixed it when I screwed one nail up. Mani pedi (no gel or frills) was $31 and she took about an hour and checked her work multiple times. Im not from here but if I was I would definitely be back. Thanks so much!!!

I have gon in here before and they did a really bad job on my nails I didn’t get what I asked for. This last time I went which was a week ago I got what I asked for but not even a week later my pinky nail broke and all my nails started lifting within 1 WEEK!! and I paid $60 to have this done . It’s happened twice already that I’ve asked to go with Shaun and he’ll send me with someone else . Not acceptable! If he doesn’t wanna work why have a business?? Not going back to this place again.

Sent wifey to here cause of the 20% off advertisement. Called to verify 20% is still valid and lady on the phone mentioned yes and talk to the manager at the end of service. Upon the transaction i requested the manager and he said that wasnt his ad and was old(even though it was just posted on google and facebook) then proceeded to turn his back and walk way. Plus we requested SnS dip and she gave me acrylic... And a crooked nail that the tech insisted wasnt crooked.. French tip toes and acrylic powder for $81 😡😡😡 never recommending or going back....

I have been following Sean for about 6 years now. This is my first time seeing him at this salon and I am super pleased very clean the people are nice and my nails are great.

Wife says this is one of the best nail salons around Surprise area - and she has been to quite a few. I dont get my nails done very often but the when I do I like to know I will be taken care of. Prices were reasonable and it was OK to go in and get a pedicure even if youre a guy. Give this place a shot I am sure you will enjoy.

It was my first time in this place.... All sessions of my pedicure technician was talking non stop with his co-workers who didn’t have customers yet, watching soccer on TV and he didn’t even watch what he is doing with my feet. Hot stone massage was barely warm stone... No attention to the customer at all...Won’t be back to this place again.

Karen have me a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. AMAZING! She is fast and does a fantastic job. My manicures last 3 weeks! The pedicures even longer. The staff is very friendly and concerned for your comfort. The service is impeccable and the price is very reasonable! My very favorite nail salon!

I called Monday morning at 9:05 to see if both my friend and I could get pedicures no problem made an appointment for 11:30 and we got in at 11:45. My experience was the best and for my girlfriend too. They worked as a team and we all laughed and had a good time. I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately a lot has changed. Prices are still good, but staff is not trained to be gentle or to do simple nail designs. For just a soak and one color coat its fine.

Really liked this place! The staff took their time, did not rush. Came in with my daughters 10yr and 9yr and they made them feel so special great sense of humor. Absolutely loved the young girl who worked on my daughter! All of the staff are very nice. Definitely recommend and will come back! Would have gave them a 5 but lady who worked on my pedicure did not know how to do nail design which is my biggest thing to do😐

I LOVED this nail salon absolutely! I got a great French gel manicure and now it looks awesome. My nail beds and nails are in bad shape always and the technician did a great work cleaning them and shaping them. The salon is professional, clean, beautifully decorated, and playing enjoyable music. THANKS

It was good! BUT, it said 10 minute massage for my pedicure, and I timed it because it started getting busy, and I only got 4 minutes. I hate when I get rushed thru because they dont have the people to handle clientele that walk in

The first time I went here was with a friend and had a great time. I loved the attention to detail the manicurist took while cutting my cuticles since Im pretty particular about neat cuticles. I get tons of compliments on my nails. Couldnt be more pleased:)

Mostly pretty good. Sometimes I feel like they are doing a quicker job than others. You dont always get the same great foot massage. Its under new owners now. And I dont think its as good as it was. Always feels like they are rushing.

Shawn and his staff are respectful, polite and peasant. Shawn and Jenny listened to our wishes and followed them exactly. They are knowlegeable, kind and thorough. One member of our family received a manicure and pedicure for for their first time and was very pleased with the sevices. My Mani/Pedi felt relaxing. I went to Nancy (for pedicure)... When I tell you they did phenomenal, they really did. They tended to me in the most courteous way.. Not to mention, their work is amazing.

The lady was very ruff and it took them 2 hours to do a pedicure. Not because they were doing a good job. I had to wait forever for the lady to get done doing someone elses nails before they she could paint my toes because the guy didnt know how to paint toe nails.

Great Salon. I get my nails done every 2 weeks to perfection and get a relaxing 10 minute massage while theyre at it. They are very professional, courteous, clean, and work very hard to make sure you are happy with their services. Great polish selection -- Im going back for a pedicure today. Last time I was there, we laughed a lot. A great place to pamper yourself - I highly recommend it.

I have been getting pedicures and fills at this shop for a few years. About 2 years ago the shop was taken over by new management and the improvements are many. The staff is all very experienced and the manager makes sure everyone is satisfied with the service. They offer a large array of services including waxing and eyelash extensions. They have an extensive selection of polishes. The best part is the cleanliness of the shop especially the pedicure bowls. They use disposable liners in the bowls to assure cleanliness and the prices are still reasonable. No appt. necessary and they are in a convenient location

So I finally decided to head to surprise for my eyebrows since i have been disappointed so many times. I was hesitant walking in but I just decide whatever lets see. As soon as I got in i sat down maybe 2 seconds and Simon from Georgia came up to me i loved his personality and his great customer service and his confidence in his work. I had an instant connection with Simon he was easy to engage in conversation. I am super happy with my visit and I am officially a loyal customer and so are my girls we will be in there next week for my daughters.

Excellent service. Just went there with my 4 year old and her technician was nice and patient with her. My technician Vincent was also wonderful. When my little one stepped on my big toe as we left and smeered the polish, he and another technician fixed it right away, no charge. Highly recommend this salon.

During my pedicure the lady somehow cute deep into the side of my toe. Days later my toe is swollen and sore. Will definitely not return.

0 worst place I ever experienced. Lady was so rushed and aggressive she stabbed me under my toe. She also left my 7 year old daughter waiting 2 hours took 3 other adults instead (where the money is). She even went as far as yelling at me for not wanting to wait anymore! Another woman yelled at my mom cause she didnt do the job all the way. I have to say after getting my nails done for 20 years this by far 2as the worst customer service.... I will NEVER come back!!!

Just moved to surprise from Chicago and found this place. Great find! My friend and I got mani-pedis and she dads acrylic nails with french tips. Both of us were very happy! There are a lot of people working here so you really dont have to wait. I would highly recommend! Oh, and the prices are really good. How many Patty was $31.

The salon is very nice and very clean. I had a wonderful pedicure and my feet were a rough mess when I went in. The woman who performed my pedicure was quiet and very efficient - and she massaged my legs and feet and it was very relaxing! I did not have to wait either - thank you!!!

Have been to this salon for SNS manis done. Loved the interaction from everyone I came in contact with. So enthusiasm Ive never met. He took great care of me at whole of process. In addition, the tools are new and clean. Not to mention, I will be back. The music is calming.

Ive been going here for months, and you cant beat the price and selection. Nancy is the tech that always does my nails and I have never had a bad experience. I had avoided gel in the past because it always chipped quickly whenever I tried it, but when Nancy does it my nails stay perfect for weeks.

The workers are lazy you give them a design and they don’t want to do it or it’s too hard. I’ve been coming here for years and I will no longer. I suggest a better salon with workers that are friendly and not rude and annoyed by you being there like this salon is.

I had a great experience here. Didnt have an appointment but only had to wait about 10 min. Great mani/pedi, great service, prices were good. My only complaint is I wish they arranged their polish by color.

I usually do not leave bad reviews but this place is a joke. I got my nails done on Wednesday it took the lady 2 hours to do a full set, nothing special just a basic nail and color. My nails are really thin and 2 of them have broke in half already.

I took my granddaughter for her first mani-pedi ever. They made it such an amazing experience for her that I had to give it 5 stars. And they put little flowers on her nails and toes. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!

I went here for the first time last weekend and Moca did an amazing job on my toes and fingers. I have been looking for someone to take time and special care of my feet. I have really thick toenails and she actually filed them down and shaped them the way I have been wanting it done and I didnt even have to ask her. Ive been coming here for years now but have noticed quite a change. Most techs seem preoccupied, rush through my services, and dont listen to what Im wanting. Today was the last day Ill be going there. My tech was so busy trying to watch the soccer game that as he used the electric grinding tool it went so fast that it burned my nail bed and my finger. He was less than pleasant on top of it. And to see the techs sitting in the pedi chairs on their phones or watching tv isnt very professional. I used to love coming here but its time to find somewhere different.

I got a gel manicure and its so sloppy looking. It doesnt go all the way to the edges or the bottom. Looks like Ive had my mani for a week already

Got my nails done and the next day a nail fell off. I went it to get it fixed and they didnt help me for like 10 minutes and 3 people were just standing around.Update- My nail was fixed they were so rude. Also 3 days after getting my full set another nail broke on half. Out of nowhere. So no I wouldnt recommend for a full set.2nd update. Another nail fell off. Will not be rrturning. It has not even been a week.

Although I believe the tech tried to do good work, my pedicure experience was not so great. The manicurist was just plain rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

I used to love this place until my nail tech left. I tried a new person and hated how he did my nails plus he charged too much for the same service I use to get with Ty. I might continue to for pedicures with Nancy but not for my nail service.

Went there yesterday..mani pedi. I made an appointment so i wasnt gonna be rushed. My polish looks horriable on my nails amd toes.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK. I have been coming here for over a year and have never had any issues, my nails looked great and they were always willing to do any creative design I would ask them (nothing difficult other than hearts and lines). All of a sudden the past few times they’ve had me bounce from nail tech to nail tech up to 3 different people in ONE visit. Figured because they were busy it wasn’t a big deal. Today apparently it was. The nail tech I had was helpful, but she can’t draw any designs whatsoever and she told me that herself- okay no problem they’ve always helped each other before. But nope- not today. She asked two other techs WHO DIDNT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS to draw one simple freakin heart and did they bother? NO. She asked them three times and finally she told me they didn’t want to help me because I was “picky”. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?!?!? First of all- ITS THEIR FREAKIN JOB! Second of all, I have ALWAYS been nice to all of them! And last I checked, I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER! I pay extra money for any design for ONE LOUSY NAIL! UGH! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible service Ive got 2 times the first time one of the ladies pretty much kicked me out told me my nails were dry && when I got to the house they were smeared. I went back && one of the guys was sweet enough to fix them && then I was drying them && it was almost 7pm && she kicked me out again cause I was the last one there it was horrible && I went back today to fix a nail I broke && they told me to come back tomorrow rude as hell I will never go back there && if I could rate this a 0 I would I dont recommend!!!
