Love love love this place! Everyone is so friendly. Pam is absolutely hands down amazing! She is great with my kids, always makes them feel comfortable and we have NEVER disliked anything she has done to our hair! I went and got it cut very short and she did an awesome job. I will never go to anyone else. I actually followed her to this place from her previous salon, even though it is out of my way because we love her so much!

I love my hairstylist Pamela since day one that I met her she has always treated me as family.... I love her she is always honest in her opinion with my hair and she hasn’t been wrong yet... I love her and the staff is great... I recommend Pamela go see she is the best she takes her time with you and she cares I’ve never met a hairstylist like her before I will never go anywhere else she is stuck with me..... I adore her and she really knows her stuff when it comes to hair she did my extensions, the compliments I’ve gotten... besides the people that know me the outsiders can’t tell and that means a lot people telling me I love your hair who doesn’t like being told that!!!! Don’t go here. I was new in the area at the time and needed a new hair place. On Yelp, the reviews were pretty good so I trusted it. When I called and made an appointment, I asked Pam, who would be cutting my hair if she knew how to style my hair with layers. She said she did so I felt reassured that she knew how to style hair. Mind you, my hair was past my waist and I hadn’t cut it for over a year. Once done with my hair, I was so disappointed. The layers looked choppy, my hair was above the bra line (I didn’t ask for a haircut), and I was overcharged. After the first time, I stopped going for a little. I decided to give her a second chance and this time I only asked for hair coloring and styling. The hair color was all over my forehead and ears and she did not blow dry or style my hair. A professional stylist would have done her best to keep the hair color away from my face or at least clean it off. She left me looking like a wet dog AND overcharged me. When I gave her a tip I thought was appropriate for her work she got sort of upset and had an attitude. Very unprofessional in many ways and I would not recommend anyone going here.-From Julia Orozco (my mom)

Miss Pam makes every client feel like family. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and absolutely amazing at what she does. Her attention to detail, love for her clients and awesome personality is exactly why we love her. We have found our forever “hair lady!”

I was looking around for a place to get my hair cut, styled and dyed, when I found hot desert hair I was pleasantly greeted and all my questions got answered, Pam was the stylist who saw me, she is an awesome person and did an excellent job, she gave me exactly what I asked for, the salon had a good energy about it and all the women there are friendly and have a good grasp on what they are doing, they all seem to genuinely love what they do which is refreshing, I have had bad experiences with many other salons and barbers, but this one was one of the most straight forward and enjoyable times, I recommend hot desert hair and I recommend seeing Pam for any new guests.

I was referred here to Pam by one of her avid supporters, Jennifer, because of her coloring expertise. Jennifer had gorgeous red hair that I commented on.So I made an appointment with Pam. The gals in the shop are all so welcoming and friendly. Pam took plenty of time and lots of info re what I wanted. Shes great, courteous and kind. I loved my hair and next appointment well be coloring with some purple. Also I have mani and pedi appts. Wonderfully full service place.

I went in for a hair cut. I asked the lady to cut my hair down to my shoulders and she ended up cutting it to my chin. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. I was beyond upset. The lady then told me that if I started crying she was going to kick me out. Very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend ever going here

The ladies that work here are amazing and really do wow hair. Id name names but all are worth it.

Didnt cut hair how I wanted Impatient didnt do color correct

My Wife had called and said i needed a highlight maybe low light weave done on my hair or at least on my roots. I talked to a woman who had been there a long time she said and told me to come down at noon. When i got there she passed me off to someone else and told the new person who was going to do my hair that it was going to take to long and she didnt want to stay that long. She also told the new person just to get some bleach and paint it on my roots. So when the girl came out she literally just started to paint my roots and i said wait arent you going to use foil? She said oh is that what you wanted and i said yes i have my hair weaved so its not all one color. She tried to wipe it off and then proceeded to start weaving my hair and they she started panicking because my hair will lighten pretty fast and she was not fast enough at weaving. Needless to say she should not have been doing hair on someone who has a lot of hair and she tried several different things trying to fix where she had painted it on like a low light just on that area. Another girl ended up taking over since another client had come in who spoke Spanish and the girl do my hair spoke Spanish, and she seemed to know more what she was doing and we did a deep conditioner on my hair that was now over processed. My hair ended up half done and not done well since the first girl started by painting it on. I was there for 4 hours. When i got home i saw that the 1st girl had got bleach down my back and on the collar of my shirt. In all of my years i have never had that happen. New girls should not take on more than they can handle. Not happy and will not go back even though they all seemed nice.

Love Joanne, she is an incredible hair stylist, my hair always looks great since I started going there a year ago. They always have lots of goodies and coffee tea and water, just in case youre on the Run! I have been all over the globe, had haircuts in New York, Los Angeles, London & Paris and Joanne is definitely the best stylist Ive ever had cut my hair. If you want to see her you need to schedule at least a month in advance as shes always always busy, believe me its worth the wait.

My husband and I went in there for the first time, they looked us up and down, even sighed outloud as we came inside the door, no customers were even in the shop, they were sitting around gossiping. Very rude and made us feel like trash. My husband and I left appalled.

I sure hope this place opens after Doug Duceys order today. I soooo need a cut and color.I Love Love Love the way Jo-Anne cuts and colors my hair!

Love the way Ashley takes care of me and my hair! My hair was really bad by the time I was able to see her and she did a wonderful job! Shes fantastic💕💕Love the way Melissa takes care of my nails too! They even lasted 6 weeks while I was in the hospital, they didnt look the best by the time I saw her but they didnt break or peel off. Love it!

The stylists went out of their way to ignore my existence, lol, they wouldnt even look at me. I felt like I was back in highschool for a few minutes. Horrible first impression. The only good thing was there was the chocolate at the front desk. Here, eat some free candy while we ignore you.

Wouldnt recommend a salon a manager does not back up their stypists especially when they are willing to give their share back to the customer...its very disappointing when a salon should be 100% guarantee.
