Went to this salon for acrylic fill with Gel Polish. The workers were nice, and my nails look good however I was cut a few times and my finger bled. I paid $90 dollars between my nails and my sisters. My finger is now infected so Im unsure how sanitary it was. My sister also had gel nails put on and her cuticle was cut bad. Went back and requested refund, and only got 50% back. I appreciate the 50% refund but will not be returning due to my infected finger.

I chose this salon based on reviews and I got a gel set done, and my experience was fine at first until he picked up the nail drill. on the first finger he drilled, he went right into my skin. Not even the cuticle...like past the cuticle. It obviously hurt and he kept trying to shape my thumb nail as it was bleeding. after that I was nervous for every single nail. He nicked several other cuticles with the drill and the cuts are not as bad but that doesnt make my experience any better of course.My sister got hers done as well and has several cuts on her fingers. one of them is now infected. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I came here for a gel fill. I was looking for a nail salon to give me a gel fill that looked smooth and was not thick. I had some inconsistencies at my previous nail salon and I literally will obsess over the smallest dip or blemish in my nails. I was absolutely blown away with the skill Trudy has. She gave me a wonderful fill, made my nails smoother, narrower, and reshaped them for me. She is truly magical with the gel and her brush. She is kind, and has amazing customer service! I couldn’t be happier, and I am am bringing my daughter back with me next time. Thank you Trudy!!

Today was my first time going to V nails. I had a full set done by Anna. She was very friendly and professional. My nails came out beautiful. I will be going back to see Anna for my next service. Honestly, all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. First nail salon I have EVER felt comfortable in! No complaints here.

I went in for the first time today to get a basic set of acrylic nails with black polish. I left with bleeding cuticles, no polish on my nails, and thick gloopy nails. I must have come in the wrong day because prior reviews do not match my experience.After spending two hours in the nail chair, before a hand of polish was even applied, the lady I had was going to let me leave with thick, gloopy, “stuck to my skin” nails. I expressed to her that the nails looked thick and misshapen. (My nails were literally forming gloopy drips at my nail tip)I felt very uncomfortable that she had a full conversation about my concern across the room in a language I did not understand. When her colleague came over to “fix” my nails, she aggressively filed my nails and caused my cuticles to bleed on three separate fingers. She then blamed me for having “thin skin” that caused the bleeding.After all of this frustration I was still charged the full price and didn’t even leave with a color on my nails. Will not be coming back here for sure!

I was a bit worried that there was absolutely no other customers on a Thursday afternoon. I got even more worried when i told them i wanted a pedicure and soak off and a new lay over done and they looked confused. But the lady who did my pedicure did a good job. I was disappointed that i wasnt asked which pedicure i wanted but she still did a excellent job hence the 3 stars. My nails were soaked off as asked but for a lay over my nails are thick, bulky and wide. Also Ive been getting my nails done for years i kno what i like and how i want them. I would rather not explain why i dont want gel or polish!! Can i jus get what i asked for!

Clean and the staff is nice but my gel nails came out kind of bulbous and misshapen. Probably won’t come back for gel nails but open to trying something else.

Very, professional, kind, and genuine! You can tell that customer service comes first here. My wife was worried at first, she normally went to the shop across the street. Though the tech she normally went to was great, her availability was minimal and it was very frustrating for my wife. I think they just gained a new client.
