Really professional great place to get your nails done they always do an amazing job. I do want to give a special shout out to Kim she rocks the nail art she does an amazing job and shes always top quality I really appreciate her. Shes always really quick and does nails spot on, shes always so busy though its really hard to catch her but I completely understand who wouldnt want their nails done by her youre amazing. All the other techs are great too!!.

I have been there 2 times now... really thinking it maybe my new permanent spot! Both times I got the Hot stone Pedicure.... AMAZING! The secound time I went I was super pleased that David was there to do my nails agian and of course they turned out great agian!!. He also took his time and didnt rush my pedicure either!

Paid for a pedicure that included a hot towel treatment and callus removal. Literally wiped my feet with the hot towel, also missed the dead skin around my toes. I asked him to fix the skin and he tried but couldn’t do much bc he already painted my nails. The guy seemed very rushed to get to the next client. I will not be returning.

My daughter and I got our nails done. My tech was so nice and did a fantastic job. Prices are great and I will go back.

My daughter and I had an appointment at 5:30. They had us sit down at a station then 10 minutes later asked me to move so she could paint 2 kids nails and play around as we still we’re waiting. Finally as we were getting ready to leave after waiting 40 minutes they started. They didn’t like the fact that I wanted acrylic nails and not the more expensive dipped ones. Kept arguing with me. After all was done my nails were too wide and thick! I couldn’t stand it any longer so after a week I refilled them and painted myself. They were all rude and only seemed to care about getting as much money out of you as possible. Neither of us will be going back !! Would not recommend!!

Nails were great. Went to remove the acrylic and found out they use the ILLEGAL type of acrylic. Similar to dental acrylic. $60 for filling acrylic to destroy my nails! Will be reporting to state board!

Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great and relaxing but the manicure was a nightmare. The guy even laughed at me when I told him that my nails were chipping as soon as he said he was done. My nails are uneven and the nail design is uneven and almost see through when it was supposed to be tips. Never coming back here again and have to find a new place to fix my nails before my prom tomorrow.

My sister an I took my 81 yrs old Dad to get a pedicure on his birthday with us, the workers were all great, we loved it.

I really liked the color of my nails... after they finally grabbed the right one the guy that did them was EXTREMELY rough when it came to using the electric file he made almost all of my fingers bleed and hurt. The nails had a ton of small air bubbles in the but I still liked the way they looked. Also nit very sanitary after I got done he called another girl over before cleaning off the tools or desk

I started going to Royal Nails after i went to a nail salon and the messed up my nails bad!!!! So I went to Royal Nails showed one of the ladys what happened and she said no problem they could fix it i shower them a picture of the nails that I wanted and they were able to put the ones I wanted on there really amazing today I went back and got them filled and they still look amazing. I will continue to go to Royal Nails there very nice and amazing with nails.....😍😍

I was referred here by a client of mine at Mia Bellas Salon, her nails were done beautifully. So I decided to try this place out. I wish I could attach a picture of my nails for yall... Super pleased. Lee is the tech I saw, Kathy finished them off with the cat eyes gel polish. I love my nails 😍❤️

They did not use sterile or new tools.. A lady that worked there even used a brush that was later used on my toes. Also my nail polish is already comimg off after 4 days and paid 15$ extra for gel. And barely touched my calassed feet. I will never go there again.

I made an appointment, but I’m not sure what for. They don’t actually go by appointment times at all. They get you in when they can as a walk in. Once I actually got to sit down for my nails I asked for ombré and dipped nails. They even advertised the exact ombré nails I asked for, on their manikin. She failed miserably. The dip was terrible; very lumpy, not smooth, the top portion of my nails broke off immediately because she didn’t actually use any product on the upper half, only on my nail beds. And my “ombré” nails ended up just being pink. I do not recommend at all.

Pedicure felt a little rushed but still better/longer than glitz nail spa. I love my nails but she did tell me I chose purple when I didn’t . I chose pink. So make sure you are very clear . 🙄 luckily they are cute so it’s not a big deal this time. However they need to remember it’s about what the CUSTOMER WANTS. I don’t appreciate being asked why I didn’t choose gel either because it’s not your business.

My friend took me here because they have pre-made coffin tips, so the shape always turns out right which is important to me. We had an appointment for when they opened, but most of the staff arrived late and the tech I was sat with apparently couldn’t do long nails, even though my appointment was for a full set, so my friend’s tech took over and was working on 3 clients at once. They didn’t use the pre-made tips, but the shape was still really nice! I did have to point out a couple of rough edges, but the tech was really nice about fixing them. I opted for regular polish and I was surprised when the tech tried to pass off only using one coat. It was very blotchy and I could see light right through my black nails. I asked her to do another coat and she started to protest and tell me I should have gotten gel, but went ahead and did it. The most frustrating part for me was that within 2 days of getting my set, 2 of my tips broke clean off and one of my nails lifted completely off. I’m glad I was able to fix them myself with nail glue, because I’m not sure if they would have fixed them for free. My friend was charged extra for her set because hers were “bigger” but we got almost identical manicures.

Good work my nails look great first look but when you look longer theyre uneven and one have a small chip looking area and a clear spot in the white. *update a week later one nail already fell off so I went back they filled them and redid the one that fell off then they unevenly coated the nails with gel and so now they look terrible worst than they looked before and I hate this salon. I hope they go out of business.

I usually don’t go here but a friend recommended this place to me so I thought I’d try it out. So I made an appointment for me & my sister because you know, coronavirus. When we arrived we waited over an hr to be helped, they was overly busy. I didn’t mind waiting it was more of the fact that I made an appointment in a days advance.. the lady who did my nails, I could tell she was trying to rush because she kept dipping her brush upside down serval times and my nails were a mess. At checkout she literally threw my change at me & walked off. I was nice the entire time & didn’t make a scene or say anything about how bad my nails looked. I just took my L. lol. Horrible customer service, I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment anywhere ever! I won’t be going back here.

Best experience Ive had at a nail salon yet. Ive never had a nail tech who was so detail oriented and gentle, my set is so strait and smooth. I cant wait to go back and get something new with my first fill. You pay for excellence, I paid $45 for this French fade set done with powder and that was very reasonable for me. I would recommend coming to Royal Nails for special occasions or anytime you want to treat yourself.😊

Me and my friend went yesterday for our fills acrylic with gel polish i usually dont complain about prices but this place is a joke the acrylic fill was $25 the gel polish was $15 then the top coat was $5 extra i also learned yesterday that if they dont like you they charge you extra the girl sitting next to me wanted medium long nails they charged her $5 extra for the length then $5 for standard polish the place is clean but i dont recommend this place they just make there prices up honestly not to mention she didnt do my shape right so im off to another salon today to get them fixed

Had been there several times at first it was good work then it got to where I felt like I was put on an assembly line and the work was horrible my nails didnt last they separated, chipped, came completely off so I gave my nails a 6 month rest went 2 weeks ago and the overlays were done in less than half hour and there already separated, broken and chipped half way off . I went to talk to the Tech that did my nails and she said it was because my nails were to long but my nails have been much longer in the past when I had them done in the past, seems as if GREEDINESS has entered the salon. Will never go back

Well if anyone knows anything your nailtech is more family and knows more about your family than your own family does. These folks make feel like for real family. Fun fact they do great nails as well.

Got a pedicure and gel manicure. My toes look absolutely amazing, my nails on the other hand are the complete opposite. They look horrible. The sides of them don’t even have polish on them. She tried fixing them by filing them AFTER doing them which messed them up even more. I didn’t have time to sit and get them redone after being there for 2 hours.

I use to come here all the time- at least once to sometimes twice a month. I hadnt been in a long time. My mom and I went yesterday. My finger and one of my toes were cut, my mom had cuts on her fingers as well.. we noticed a few hours later that our big toes were so sore! And the pain got so much worse! Woke up this morning and our toes are infected! Will never go back here.

I wasnt going to write a review, but my husband loved my nails so much that he asked me to write a review.To start off we went there for my wedding party to get their nails done. We had made 7 appointments. I was so happy that we were all able to get in at the same time...except they had other people that walked in and were out before we were all out.Our nails were perfect though. All of us were super happy with how they turned out. They did white tips with I do on my left ring finger with full white on that finger. It was absolutely gorgeous. They also gave us a discount for having a large group. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because there was way too many people in and out before our party was over, which is why we made so many appointments

I made the mistake of getting my acrylics done elsewhere. Never again. Royal nails is my spot for life!

Friendly, but my full set of nails were super thick and didnt LOOK natural. Also had one fall off the first week, I went in and they did redo it at no charge, but it looked even worse than the first time I had them done. Probably because they were rushing to fit me in to fix my nail. Not worth the money.

They do decent work. The pricing is a little high especially for gel fills. But they are really quick about getting you started.

Friendly service, terribly pushy and I had to argue to get correct coats of color for hombre and they are so clumsy! They kepk getting stuck in my hair, it is terrible. I have had this style done numerous times and never had such a horrible job done on my nails.

First time my nails were beautiful and perfect. Second time different person and not as good. The sides of my nails dont have paint. One nail edge looks bad and now Im getting like little bubbles popping up with shellac. Less than two weeks my nail polish is peeling off and other nail chipped where it wasnt filer down. =( The first rime it lasted forever, like over a month.

Went here for a an acrillic set... Ended up getting schilliac set... Terrible job overpriced I put a $2.00 tip on the bill and checked my account and they charged my account $8.00 extra dollars. Of course they are closed on Sundays so Im calling first thing in the morning to get it settled and we will see how it goes... Not worth it.. also if you do try it please pay cash if you dont want to have money missing from your account.

Goodbye Royal Nails, you have rushed me thru for the last time. Ive been coming to you twice a month for more then 6 month getting acrilic nails, fills, and pedicures leaving each and everyone of you a $15.00 to $20.00 tip each time.No, I wasnt charged for the broken nail replacement but youve left me with a nasty mess on the under side of it and making me feel squeezed in when I was there before your next walk in. Ive told you many many times Im colored blind but you still made me look thur the colors today to find a match for the color you used ( BTW, Im told it doesnt! )This was one of the owners who replaced my broken acrilic today, made me change seats so he could sit another walk in in his chair, he put no base coat on cuz I was at Lilys station and she was using it to do a manicure at the same time the woman was getting a pedicure.Lemme give you some advice, no one likes to be rushed out so fast that their feet dont get soaked long enough to soften their calluses, I know I hated having both hands and feet done at the same time. It takes the relaxation out of the pedicures.Tiffany, Lily, and Kathy have done a great job when Ive been put with them but Kathy, ya might wanna talk to your husband about taking care of the customer thats infront of him like you do.I will be going to Nu Nails from now on. Im sure they will appreciate my business.

I came here for a fill, it took over thirty minutes for me to be seated when I called ahead, the service was rushed and my nails ended up crooked and poorly painted. I will not be coming back.

I called just before 7:oo and they stayed open late for me. It didnt take as long as i thought it would and my nails look great. i will definately go back.
