The people that work here are very kind and careful with your nails they do an amazing job every time, anytime my friends go to get their nails done I recommend VIP.

I hate my nails. Theyre so thick that it looks like puddy on my nail beds. I asked for them to be filed down and they were still so thick. They also did nothing for my cuticles. It was just a just get them out of here kind of service. Youd think if youre paying $180 for 2 full sets and pedicures youd leave satisfied. My daughters manicure was 10 times better, but she spent her entire appointment directing the nail technician...Im giving it 2 stars because the pedicures werent bad, just dont let them touch your hands. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

The guy that did my nails was so sweet and he did so amazing with my nails. They turned out so much better than I wouldve expected anywhere else♥️♥️♥️♥️

It would have been nice if the nail technician would have known English so that I could have talked and explained to her what I wanted done.

Had an eyebrow wax and gel manicure. The woman who did both was extremely patient, listened to what i wanted and really took her time to make sure it was done right. I will definitely be going back again and requesting her.

Favorite place to get my nails done!

This is the ONLY place I can go that doesnt burn me with the grinder. Also, they LISTEN to the way I want it done, unlike other places. Received a free Christmas gift at checkout, which was nice.

It was ok. I didn’t like having my nails soaked off in a bowl. Much prefer cotton ball and foil. My main problem was I was rushed when I was the only one there also I brought my two daughters. They wanted rainbow nails and a guy told them no one color so she cried and picked one color. Then called my daughter a cry baby several times. I wasn’t sure if he was trying to joke or be funny but I didn’t like it... the nails came out pretty but I thought 50 dollars was high for plain color dipped nails. I usually go to Bridget at Heritage salon but was inpatient and wanted to get them done right away. My mistake.

I love how Jenny does my nails. Ive done a full set with her twice and loved them both times. She is also really good at nail art.

I have been here several time and bad experience every time but decided to give them one more chance. Went in sat in the chair 30 mins before they filled tube w/ water, which was ice cold the girl filling the water kept checking the temp but cont. filling it anyways. So finally when the tech came over I asked for warm water because the water was ICE cold. they drained it and had a problem with the water heater. finally got warm water. Paid for a bigger package to get the callus remover since covid, he wasnt going to use it, i asked him why he wasnt using it and he finally did but barely put pressure on it which trashed my heels, the manager/owner came over and had to fix my heels, after my toes were already painted and gripped at the kid that did my feet the entire time he was scrubbing my feet. went to pay and nothing he charged me full price, very disappointing. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Definitely won’t be back. I went for dip nails and emerged 2 hours later. I’ve had my nails dipped regularly at other salons over the last 3 years so I’m pretty familiar with what to expect. To remove the dip already on my nails, my technician poured a bowl of acetone and had me soak my nails off for an HOUR. AN HOUR. Traditionally, at every other nail salon I’ve ever been to, my nails are wrapped in cotton and foil and the soak off takes about 20 minutes, at the most. I found this odd and uncomfortable, as my nails became very sticky and kept sticking to the plastic lining the bowl. Definitely a gross feeling and it never ever takes an hour for a powder soak off. Nobody checked on me during this time, I finally took it upon myself to start removing the melted off powder when I realized nobody else was going to. I was also asked to move chairs/stations 4 times by various technicians during my service. I was already annoyed the soak off was taking so long and now I was being moved around the salon time and time again. In the end, my nails came out looking good and I am happy with the color I chose, but I won’t be back due to how long it took, the lack of customer service, and from being bounced around the salon. I came for a relaxing nail service and did not receive that.

I decided to give them a try and had a gel manicure done. They lasted 2 days before they started peeling off. I’ve been getting this for years and they’ve always lasted at least 2 weeks. The entire time she was rushed which resulted in a poor quality manicure. The techs are nice but I get better results with a dollar nail polish.

When they first opened they were great! Since then they have became very mediocre! There are a few ladies here that do a great job when not being rushed! Otherwise they are always rude in a rush and the language barrier causes a whole separate issue! The wait times even with an appointment are ridiculous! My biggest problem is that when you don’t come spending enormous amounts of money you are treated poorly/differently! I brought my business here because they used to be good, I will now take my business elsewhere! Not everyone can afford $200 dollars twice a month, my $35/$45 should matter just as much!

I loved my experience here! My nails and toes look great the set me right away and brought me a water! My nails look great Im so happy!!!

Both of the times I have ATTEMPTED to get my nails done at VIP, I was sat in the chair to wait and watched 5+ people walked in without an appointment and be sat before me. There was absolutely no customer service. No apologies. After sitting for an hour and a half the first time, and forty-five minutes the second time, I walked out. I have never had such awful service.

10/10 disappointed, will not return. Do not take appointments if you are not going to honor them!They do great work (why Im giving 3 stars) - IF you have time to wait. I do not, so I made an appointment for which I arrived 5 minutes early and signed in appropriately as an appointment. Then I sat and watched walk ins get seated ahead of me. I was finally seated 20 minutes after arriving. I sat for another 15 minutes in a pedi chair (not filled, no supplies stocked) waiting. No one was available. When I walked out, 35 minutes (that I didnt have to spare) after arriving, the only reason my departure was acknowledged is because I stopped and crossed my name off the sign in sheet.

Everyone is very friendly. They talk to you when you want a conversation but also know when youre there just for me time. Ive always had an excellent experience, definitely my favorite place to go and relax.

Called and asked how much a manicure would be. And the owner answered and he was extremely rude. Told me $15 i said okay thank you and he goesok bye in a very rude tone .Wont be going there to get my nails done thats for sure...

Im new to this town and decided to get my nails done here but not again it was $50 for a short set of black acrylic nails I thought that was a bit expensive just for short single color acrylic

The lack of professionalism was baffling. After being seated, women that came in after me were served before me. What took the cake was once I was seated their nail tech burned me with a grinder. I did not get an apology nor discount. Definetly won t be back for a sub par performance. Additionally, the prices were too high for the quality.

Too expensive for me an I had an issue with one of my fingernails after my one and only visit. The place I usually go was closed for vacation.

I went here after asking several of people where they go. They sat me down and after waiting for fifteen minutes, a lady came in and was immediately serviced. I left without a word. They get it, I am sure.

VIP Nail Salin has been by go to nail salon for 5 years and like any service industry business it goes through different employees, however, John the Owner is ALWAYS willing to make it all right with you, just call him.
