I went there for a peaceful manicure and peducure. THE GUY NAMED TIN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HE WAS ABUSIVE AND INSULTING. When I was trying to pick a color for my pedicure, he tried to tell me what color to use and when I shyed away from it, he yelled LET ME DO MY JOB!!. Then, when he was giving me a manicure, he would yank my hand if I wasnt holding it the way he wanted me to hold it while he was putting gel on my nails THEN!!!!HE STARTED INSULTING THE SHAPE OF MY NAIL BED!!!!! WHAT A WEIRDO!!! I COULDNT RUN OUT OF THAT SALON FAST ENOUGH...I ALMOST FORGOT MY CREDIT CARD!!!!

Nail tech Tony slayed my nails!!!I told him my wedding was in a couple days and needed them to be perfect, perfect they were.

This is a full set there is no way my nails are not lasting for longer than two weeks. The nail tech was very rough and I believe he was rushing and now my nails are broken $110 later. Y’all should be ashamed. Not to mention my friend who was with me had the gel completely peel after 1 day. Terrible service and I would not recommend unless you like wasting money.

I made an appointment today for a French full set and left pretty disappointed. The young man who did my nails had very little attention to detail and I had to fix my nails when I got home. My cuticles were left a mess. Dried acrylic was caked under multiple nails. A few of them were uneven at the tips, even though I asked for them to be refiled. He was pretty rough with my hands.Overall I was not impressed but it wasnt horrible.I probably wont be back.

Tami did an excellent job on my mani and pedi today and Sam was excellent with my daughters acrylics. We highly recommend Turbo Nails!

I have been going here for many years. They have the biggest selection of both gel and dip colors. The pedicure chairs are new and have really nice massage settings. I only go here for my nails and highly recommend Ben. The staff is so kind and always happy to offer me a water or soda. Very clean and well managed.

Literally the worst place to get your nails done in Minnetonka. Left really disappointed. They won’t do your nails how you want them and when you speak up ask them to do it how you would like (like not making your blue ombré nails PINK for example) they do it anyways. And then when you point it out they won’t fix it. Also the toe gel polish change is the the same as a full pedicure+polish which is ridiculous.

This place is amazing! Such friendly staff, very calming environment, many options, and very cleanly. The lady I had was very helpful in giving advice to me based on my nail problems. She gave me options, and guided me to the best one. No secret agenda. They really know a lot about nails and shaping, etc. I was completely at peace with the lady I had and didn’t doubt her work or detailing (as I have some in the past). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My daughter, husband and I went for pedicures today. Weve been going for years. They have reopened with top level safety standards. They have splash guards between chairs and between you and the employee. They have you sign in and wait outside to eliminate too many people. They have you sanitize before entering and exiting. And you see the fresh utensils each time. Everyone is in masks of course and they are as friendly and courteous as always. Of course the services are great too.

I have been coming here for years! This place is clean, reasonable and the staff is great. I come in with pictures on my phone and they always make it happen. They are also always reasonably priced. They have nice up to date equipment and it’s very relaxing in the spa. I would highly recommend them!

If your looking for somewhere that’s quick straightforward and does a good job I’d recommend seeing Sam! I got a full set with gel polish... I work in the hair industry so my hands are rough. My one request was “natural looking” nails that you can’t really tell they’re not real and I couldn’t be happier! And it was only $45 and I was able to stop in quick after work on a Saturday when I made an appointment only 30 min in advance.

Turbo nails is the place to go! I see Kevin on a regular basis! My mom introduced me to this place (she sees Kevin or Ben) and I am hooked. The staff is nice and welcoming! I always seem to have a good time. I had my first ombre full set today by Kevin! I absolutely love them!! 💅❤️💅❤️(Side note: there were reviews about wait time and feeling rushed. I have never felt rushed! I had to wait maybe ten minutes before when I did a walk in appointment. Which is normalfor a lot of businesses. If you cant wait ten minutes, I would suggest making an appointment.)

Got a pedicure here and this is literally the day after. Worst pedicure I have ever had will not be going back. The lady who did my pedicure and my friends also made inappropriate comments a out the look of our feet.

I’ve been there for a pedicure, gel manicure, and acrylics. I love going here the service is great and the acrylics I just got done are amazing as well as what my friend got. The only thing that was an issue for me is that I just generally have shaky hands and I got told to stay still, but it must be stressful since they get a lot of customers. I’ll definitely going back many more times and I’m really enjoying my nails right now!

They are the best! I have been going here for over a year and will continue to see them. The one time I didnt like my nails, they told me to come back that week (I couldnt stay on the same day as I had another apt to get to) and they would redo for me-And they followed through at no charge. I have been going to this salon for several years and have always received great service. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff are professional and friendly. The equipment is kept very clean and up to date. Special care is taken to meet client needs and specific requests.

Nice place but shockingly inconsistent. Ive had a few gel manicures and pedicures at this place with different technicians every time. Some are terrific, and others are sloppy and are obviously in too much of a hurry. All gel manicures Ive had (a lot) usually take between 50-60 minutes with removal, shaping, new gel, etc. The one I had today with Nina was 30. When it was done it looked like my 3rd grade attempt at a manicure using my non-dominant hand. Some nails were crooked and I had gel color on half of my fingers. At that point it was too late to fix anything. Be careful who you see here. I will go back because it is convenient and some technicians do a beautiful job. But be careful, and take note of the ones that are sloppy (Nina!).

I keep coming back because of the excellent customer service and the professionalism and friendliness they provide! The salon is beautiful and is in a great location! I have been going to Turbo Nails in Ridgedale for years and Ive never had better customer service or nail service. Ive always seen Ben and he always does an exceptional job on my nails. I constantly get asked who does my nails, where I get them done, and people are amazed at how little I have to pay to get such great service.

I have never had them rush service so much! They didn’t bring my drink I asked for and were done in 20 min, they hardly let me pick a color and told me no to getting a heart. You can see from the pictures that they didn’t even get close to the cuticles so it looks like my nails are already grown out a week. Will not return to use the rest of my gift card

Went there for a manicure and the whole thing was a simple and nice process. But the seating was cramped inside the store and also (this is a half good half bad thing) I wasnt up sold anything.I probably wont go back there for the next manicure.

This was the worst customer service, and nail experience I have ever had. I called before I traveled 20 minutes away from my home, to confirm an offer that they have online stating, we will take any in town competitors coupon. When I arrived they did not take it! I was very specific about how I wanted my nails done, and after he did one nail the way I wanted, he rushed through the rest of my nails. He Didnt speak to me the rest of the time to ask if I was satisfied with the work he was doing, and clearly had an attitude about performing the service. My nails were too thick, and crooked. I asked him very politely to fix them and all I got in return was his attitude. I paid full price not even the price from the coupon that I should have been given because of their mistake. I will never again spend my hard earned money at an establishment with such a blatant disregard for their customers time. #spendyourmoneywhereitwillbeappreciated

I had a pedicure for the first time in months, my aunt brought me here because it is her favorite nail salon. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the pedicure was done very professionally and it was relaxing as well. There werent any sharp nips, or aggressive nail trimming.

My nail tech basically dialed it in -- actually looked pained to even be working.

I have been coming here for approximately three years, their prices are reasonable and their service is superior. Ben is especially great, like a nail magicians, and they can get you in almost any time.

Never have I ever had a technician burn/rip off part of skin while waxing my eyebrow. They gave me a full refund but that doesn’t justify the amount of pain my skin under my eyebrow is in right now. Hopefully they won’t let that old lady do waxing anymore.

OMG! I am not originally From Minnesota so when I moved here I had to kiss a few frogs before I found this place. I see Ben exclusively for my nails his technique and experience allow me to do any number of Instagram photos I show him. As for pedicures anyone of the ladies will amaze you. I always go for the luxury pedicure and its the BEST! I have visited well over 50 salons in my day ranging from spas to run of the mill shops and this is truly the BEST. Theytake there time and for a moment you feel like luxury. And the best part I am not flat broke when I leave!

My nail polish is chipping off after 2 days! I went in for a fill and she tells me she has to charge extra because my nails are long! Thats never happened before! In any other nail shop. She didnt even take her time with my nail polish u can see through the polish. Just terrible! Never again

Ive been coming to turbo nails for a few years. They have always done a fantastic job. I get acrylics and they are able to reproduce the pictures I show them off instagram perfectly. Pedicures are great, and have an ipad for every chair! Great prices and service.

Went into this salon for a walkin pedicure. I was very impressed by the service provided, the gentleman helping me was very polite and professional. I told him, I would return for my nails. Tried to go back the following week for a fill and the woman at the door asked me to leave and come back in 20min because of two ladies who just sat down for pedis. Why have a waiting area if you dont want me to wait in it? I would think, with so many other options in the area, you wouldnt ask a patron to leave, unless their patronage wasnt wanted. So now I feel as if I wasnt welcomed, which is a shame because I told a few people of how great the first experience was. Unfortunately the customer service is a little inconsistent.

Decided to stop in and have my nails done at turbo nails in ridgedale. My nails look horrible, the polish is uneven, over my cuticle on some nails, not very clean. To be honest its looks like I did them myself. Im so disappointed in the quality of my gel manicure. I didnt tip the lady because my nails looked horrible, and I usually tip. There are better ways to spend your hArd earned money, dont waste your time with this place.

Nice setting, poor service. I went here a few days ago as a walk-in just to get my acrylic nails removed. The woman who helped me was very rushed, like she was really busy, but there were only 2 other clients in the store, and 4 total employees. She went so fast when removing the nails, that she cut them too short, so much that two are below the nail bed and painful. She talked me into a manicure, but claimed that she couldnt open the bottle of polish that I picked out (I didnt even see her try to open it), and she pulled out a new light purple color, which was not anywhere close to the color I wanted. Also the entire time I was in there, the 3 employees were chatting on and on in their language, completely ignoring me and the other 2 clients.

I have been getting pedicures from this salon for a long time; maybe 6 - 8 years; 4 - 6 a year plus when my daughters come home, we all come in together. On Sunday I stopped in for one. After waiting about 5 minutes, the service person asked me what color i wanted and I showed her the color I had chosen from the gel selection; shimmery coral. She left to get the polish. 10 minutes later she returned. I asked to see the color since the bottle was black. What she had was maroon. I again showed her the color I wanted. She left again and returned 10 minutes later to tell me they didnt have that color but that she could create the color by blending two other colors. I said, Fine. lets just get this going. By this time I had been in the chair for 25 minutes and the pedicure had not even started. She came back with two bottles. I didnt check them. I should have. She gave me the pedicure and then began to apply the polish. The first coat was sort of a pale mauve. I thought, Well, thats kind of strange but maybe she has a plan. Before I could really stop her she applied the second coat. Fuchsia glitter. I told her that was not what I had in mind. At this point she left and sent another service provider over to fix the mistake. By this time I had been in the chair for one hour. I told her I wasnt sure I had time for her to remove the pale mauve and fuchsia glitter polish and redo it with the right color. She assured me it would only take 7 minutes. 10 minutes later she said,Well this might take longer than 7 minutes. No kidding! I said, Look, I have to be someplace in an hour and I still have to change my clothes, make some food and drive to the party so how about if I come back tomorrow or Tuesday and you can finish the pedicure. I got up to leave and the manager insisted I pay for half of the service. I explained about coming back tomorrow when I had more time. He insisted I pay half. His explanation? How do I know you will come back? I explained to him that I was a regular customer but that didnt seem to make any difference to him. I paid. He gave me a gift certificate for $20 which I thought was a gesture of good will to make amends for the ridiculous experience I had just had. I was mistaken.I returned on Tuesday but they were too busy to take me. I tried to talk with the proprietor about why I was unhappy both with the time I had to wait and the way he had treated me on Sunday. He patted my hand and asked me if I wanted some water or something. I realize there is probably a cultural issue here, but patting my hand? Really?Two days later I returned and had the rest of the pedicure. I paid with the gift certificate plus a 20% tip for the woman who had provided the service. Mr hand-patter said, No you have to pay the other half. I declined and left.Again, I know that there are probably cultural misunderstandings here but the biggest misunderstanding is that a local business person should not treat a good customer of long standing so poorly.Need I tell you I wont be going back? I will definitely tell my friends and neighbors to avoid this establishment.

This place is extremely busy all the time I have gone there. I personally have not been pleased with this place. Everytime I have gone there, 3x now. I have had very sore cuticles and finger tips. I am going to find a new place to go.

Went in with my girlfriend to get her some simple acrylics. I dont even know a crap about this stuff and I could even tell they were God awful. They were uneven, poorly painted, and werent even on her nail all the way. Plus u could hardly understand them and when they didnt understand ur request they just went with something else anyway. Its called turbo nails cause u get ur nails done cheap, quick, and get what u pay for, and thats nails that ull wish u could just chop off. Yikes

Lie to you about prices and then charge you more than they tell you by at least $10 each time. Make you wait extremely long and do not do a good job. Also, very difficult to understand what they are saying.

Yesterday I walked into Turno nails salon as soon and I came in a man told me to hurry up and I kept telling him I wasnt ready and I was choosing my color, he was not polite and didnt apologize for his rudeness and attitude towards me and seemed like he didnt have time, I loved this salon shop but after what happen Im not going back ever again.
