It was a terrible experience I dont recommend this place the owner and her staff are rude to customers the girl that did my nails for the first time talked about a customer that came in and I dont know her or the customer plus Jasmine the owner talked to the same customer rudely then told her to go home the lady that did my pedicure had a nasty attitude so I chose not to talk to her I just got my pedicure and I didnt give a tip to anyone because there attitudes were rude and nasty. NEVER WILL I RETURN. And it explains why Tony left Jasmine and started his new nail salons in the Holyoke Mall and hes dating a better looking woman and she has a beautiful personality and spirit

Everytime I come I dont have an appt and they take me right in. The pedicures always last me a while and they always do a great job with making my toe nails clean and pretty. Manicures are always great and they always help me out with picking a color that would go with the season and my suggestions.

The owner Jasmine is extremely rude. I went to have my nail repaired one day after it was done and Jasmine was sooo rude. Their gel polish typically lasts two to three days max. Before the stripping and peeling starts. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. There are far better places in Springfield.

Decided to go for a pedicure since I was gifted a gift card. The older technician filed my nails down too much within the week three of my toenails broke off!! First and last time doing business with them.

Loved it. It didnt hurt at all. Usually when I get my nails done it burns my nail bed. I recommend this nail place.

I dont get my nails done there, but I do get my eyebrows cleaned up. Customer Service is OK, they are usually busy, which is a good thing. However; with increased customer, comes a BETTER more excellent way to serve. IJS!!

Guy who did my nails was friendly, but they look AWFUL!! For one, I went in with nails that were more square with rounded edges - he didnt even ask if I wanted the shape changed, but he made them pointy and extremely uneven. Second, they are sloppy with polish all over the place. I truly could have done better myself! Now I have to wait for them to grow back out to get the shape I HAD when I walked in. TERRIBLE JOB

So the owner and his wife ran me off from this place a few years ago they come off as know it alls when their employees do way better jobs than them......but since returning back to town I tried them out again everything was goin great for about 3 months excellent pedicures and the best nails as of lately....until today when the owner and his wife was there.....they are bad for their own business!!! I wont go back this time!

My full set didn’t even last a week, and the owner gave me an issue when I wanted two nails fixed 3 days after, they are dirty as hell no towel clean table nothing. Will not be back. I have no problem spending my money at another salon to get better quality nails!

My daughter and I went today for the first and last time.. we came in with pictures of what we wanted and left not even close. Nail shape was very pointed and uneven in shape. They said they could do the picture and mine was a very simple french with red tips. Communication was awful. Place smelled very bad of chemical and there was nail dust everywhere! The guy I had stored his brushes in a cut lighter fluid container.. had I seen that before he glued the tips on I would have walked out before he started! They didnt seem to understand what we were asking for at all.. ended up paying them 70.00 Leaving and going to another salon to have them fixed and spending another 50.. I would love a refund but I doubt that will happen. I went online ans filed a complaint with the Attoeney General.

The guy I went to wasn’t understanding what I wanted, but he was nice and did them again. I literally just got my toes done today and they were gel, within the hour the nail polish had came off from me just laying down. My nails are pretty in design but I’ve been to way better nail salons with way better prices and quality ⚠️

It was clean and organized. We were greeted at the door. We were in a chair within 10 min. Nails came out very nice. We will definitely go back. It was definitely a step up from the last place we went to, where we waited 3 hours and ended up walking out.

I asked for a regular pedicure and I received a half behind Job. I got two acrylic toes. My feet itself looked exactly the same the next day and one acrylic toe broke in half and the other was lifting ONE DAY LATER.

Very bad experience, yesterday December 14 at 5:30pm I gave a pedicure to my mother for her birthday. They ask if I wanted the regular one what I say yes because I didnt want gel. When my mother finished drying the polish I look at her and touch her feet and they were horrible, full of hard skin. I stay at the counter for about 10 minutes to pay and everyone ignores me until a girl decides to charge me. I tell her that I am going to pay but that I want her to touch my moms feet. She tells me that was what you asked for a regular pedicure and I tell her but the heel is full of hard skin and she tells me that is the regular pedicure. The girl tells me that next time I make sure to ask what is the difference from a regular pedicure to the other one they offer. In a very rude and unprofessional way. I told her never but never i gone to a place where they asked for a pedicure and left his feet worse than they had arrived. So bad experience that I dont come back and I wont recommend them.

Just got a refill here and I love how my nails came out. Prices are great as well.

To start, the nail polish was sloppy. I Went in the Tuesday before Christmas and that night I had nail polish peeling off of 4 nails, went in the next day (Christmas Eve) to get them fixed and I had to wait half hour but ended up leaving without them fixing my nails because I had to go to work. The day after Christmas (Thursday) a nail of mine came off unexpectedly. The staff was very polite but he didnt do a good job on my nails. I dont think I will go there again.

Worst nail place ever

Definitely not coming back. Use to be my favorite place to go. Now there very rude place is super dirty and gel polish was clipping only after 5 hours of having. Came back to get fixed and the guy wasnt happy about fixing the messed up job he did! Plus we had to wait 35 min to fix after waiting hours that same day.

Do not let the guy (who is supposedly the owner) be the one to do your nails! He totally botched a French manicure. If I moved or spoke he slapped my hand with the nail file. So rude!! The air blower thing he kept using made ripples throughout the nails. Pictures dont show how horrible they were!I had to go back to have them fixed and it was almost an issue. Tried charging again!! Soooo many other places, skip this place!

Iam so upset !!! Literally got a gel polish done and they started lifting that same day ! Not a happy customer at all .. I def will be going back in the morning !!

They do the best manicures here I give them that but I recently spent $48 on a fill and I had to get two nails fixed within two to four days of getting them done, a third nail broke a day later after I got the second fixed for free and I just got mad and spent a whole $65 elsewhere ripping off the set.
