I have NEVER been to a nail salon like this one. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back, recommend to everyone. The people are very nice and they offer so much. Massages, even for a fill, hot wax.... I love it. My nails came out amazing...left there smiling....

This is my second time going to this salon. The first experience was good. I came the first time for a clear gel manicure, and the woman took care of me. I came by recently for the second time for another clear gel manicure, this time I had the heavier set man. Hate my manicure this time around, it was rough (my cuticles hurt whenever i reach in my pocket or sanitize), my nails look rippled and wavy, and he didn’t even clean under my nails 🙄They’re always nice and the service is prompt don’t get me wrong, but I’m not feeling this manicure whatsoever. Unsure if I’ll be returning.

Love Nails is a solid three star based on their terrible service but they did a better job doing our mani/ pedis. First off, we made a reservation to do mommy and daughters mani/ pedis expecting the spa and relaxed experience. Well this place turned out to the the fast turnaround kinda of nail salon. We felt rushed the entire time and the two gentleman and design lady were simply unfriendly to all of us. Lastly, they felt the need to call out pricing for every up-charge service we added- seems like such a cheap way to operate your business. Id only recommend this place for those on the go not a spa by any means.

Went for a pedicure and they rushed through it so quickly I was in and out within 30 mins. Place was not busy. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. Won’t go back.

Way too overpriced. Not a great experience.

Paid $75 for a spa pedi w/ reg polish and a gel manicure. The process was far from relaxing since I believe the guy I had is inexperienced. The massage was a light tickle on my feet...while I could go on....my nails which are GEL chipped off the day after. Upon checking out the other guy under his breath kept saying tip..tip. And all I had was a $20 and felt uncomfortable to ask for change since it appeared no one took in the idea of the quality of the service. The utensils were previously used. Nail clippers. File. Cuticle. Too many errors. I would recommend trying them out and hopefully you’ll get a better person or going elsewhere.

I Have tried several salons in the area and this one is by far the best. It is large and very very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My nails are always done exactly the way I request. Never had 1 peel or lift like at other salons Ive tried. Their special pedis are amazing too. The cost is maybe 3/4$ more than other salons but they dont nickel and dime you and they take their time, its never a rushed job. They also include extra perks that other salons dont. Like a back massage as your nails dry. A paraffin wax dip with every nail service and a hand massage to complete it. Definitely worth checking out!!

Lovely place, I was treated like a queen from the time I got to the door which was held open for me, I was helped with my coat and was greeted with a smile. Had a pedicure which felt good and while my feet were drying had a neck and shoulder massage. I loved it! Will be back!

I was in desperate need of a pedicure so I called Love Nails based on positive Yelp reviews. Because the phone went to voice mail when I called, I figured everyone was busy. I Decided to take my chances and walked in without an appointment as Love Nails was less than a mile from me They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and were very apologetic that I would need to wait 20 minutes. It was definitely a mother-daughter day since school starts the next day! I dont live in Springfield but I visit regularly. I found love nails to be very clean and comfortable. They have individual massage chairs that work! Ive been to many salons in desperate need of a make-over. Both Hannah and Tim were very accommodating I explained that I am sensitive and please to not scrub too hard on my feet but, that I also like the foot bath water hot. No problem. My nails were filed correctly and Tom, gave me one of the best foot massages I have ever had! I dont usually get polish so I ask for my nails to be buffed. Oops! I forgot to ask. Oh well, next time!

I am not really use to get my nails done. I never liked it but now that I am a bit older I tried a few places. Love Nails is by far my Favorite and I have gone each month. They are kind and keep conversation. Will continue to get my mani and pedi there.

Lady/owner has too much arrogance ( attitude/ upset)I spend too much and tip well for attitudes and long faces will NOT be returning.

Honestly horrible I went a week ago to this salon and 2 of my nails have already broke off and one of them has a crack in it. they charged me way to much money and when i asked for acrylic tips which is usually 35 they didnt give me tips and charged me double that. they did too much unnecessary stuff like putting my hands in hot wax and a massage which is where they get you. if you go here make sure you specify what it is you want. because if not they will over charge you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

It wasn’t the worst nail experience I’ve ever had, but it felt a little rushed. It showed when less than a week after a gel manicure the polish is now separating and coming off of my nail. Really disappointed because I read lots of positive reviews before choosing to go here.

Was going to another local place, but prices were always different and service inconsistent. Went here to try it out with my daughter on a Sunday. They say down with each of us and discussed what we wanted, told us the cost before they started and were extremely professional. Have been back several times since, as has she, and the same every time. Shop is EXTREMELY clean, relaxing, we love everything about it.

This has been my go to nail place for the last 6 or 7 months and I love them!!! Such a relaxing atmosphere with amazing and friendly staff. Not to mention that it is absolutely spotless!

The guy who did my pedicure was very rude as if I didnt know what a pedicure was..so weird. Also he worked on multiple people at a time...all set. The shop is beautiful but not worth the rudeness.
