Trish at Ivy Nails has been doing my nails forever. Most of the time I just let her experiment with my nails and Ive never been disappointed.

I never write reviews, but this time I have to. I was a walk in today so I figured I would have to wait, however I did not expect over a hour wait for a pedicure especially when people left and no one new came in. My fault for not taking that as a red flag and leaving. Then the pedicure I received was less than impressive. We will not talk about the painting quality. I am sure a two year old could have done better job. I will say I did nothing fancy just one color no designs. Then I go to pay and he says $50.00.. I was speechless... Guess thats what I get for trying a new place. Wont make that mistake again.

I’m very upset with my service today. This was my second time going to Ivy nails. My first time was very pleasant and the lady who did my nails did really great. I went back to the same person and she did not do my nails correctly! I asked for coffin shaped and they are roundish square. I’m very picky about my nails because I spend a lot each time. When I told her I didn’t like the shape she blamed it on the white color polish. I think she is having a bad day but it doesn’t excuse the service She provided. My daughter got her nails done and the young lady did a great job! My pedicure was done very well. I paid $125 today and still Tipped for the service.

This was a horrible experience for me. I went to have my nails soaked off and a new acrylic set. I had previously called and made an appointment but when I got arrivee there was some confusion about what I was asking for. One of the girls eventually said she could not read her own hand writing. From there I had a soak off with a lady who had an attitude and then an older man did my nails. My nails are horrible. I had to tell him several times to not cut my skin...he was also filing my skin. I left with nails that are curved and look like eagles talons on one hand and that are long and stiletto shaped on the other. My nails are different lengths on each hand. He cut one nail extremely short so I opted to have the other ones cut to match because he could not explain how he was going to fix that one without taking it off. I did not trust his process. Id left with a horrible set of ugly, painful nails, cuts and shellac paint on my skin. I immediately tried to remove my nails myself and will have to go to another salon to have them re-done. I will never go here again. The worst nail salon I have ever been to.

Nails are stunning. my first time going and i was not dissatisfied. people are amazingly nice. salon has great relaxing decor and welcoming feeling.

She recommended pink and white. First time I had gotten them and they were beautiful. I didn’t even recognize my own hands! And they closed at 7 but stayed open for me till 8! I will go back. 5 stars.

I brought in a picture of a 1930s style I wanted to try and they did an awesome job. I had previously tried another place that didnt come close. Ivy nails did a much better job and cost less. :) I will definitely be going back.

Called on the phone today i was told I will not be able to be served because they are short staffed.. I told the lady im coming in from out of town tomorrow so i guess no walk ins .. I visit spfld all the time .. I ll take my money some where else ..

He butchered 2 of my cuticles and they bled and bled and bled. He put something on them and I kept asking what the ointment was that he was putting on. No answer. Nails were not even at all after filing. Will not be back as I never even heard were sorry about cutting you twice. Nothing. Not sure why I tipped, habit I guess.

I was there almost 3 weeks ago. An older man gave me a pedicure and shallac mani. The foot and leg massage was great but the Polish job was terrible. Especially the manicure. I did not pay attention while he was doing it. I even gave him a $10.00 tip not realizing how bad they were. I finally looked at them when I got home. On several on the fingernails he did not get the Polish on the sides! Will not go back.

Im a regular now. They are friendly. Your appointment starts when they say. Gina is best.

I came in with my daughter asked for a full set and a mani. There are 3 workers here. One on the phone, one working with someone else and the other in the back. The with some one else says to me I cant do your full set because I have appointments all day mind you there is only one person in here when we walked in, and She says that she is only one here that does full set. Then the one on the phone calls the girl from to back to do My daughters mani and then sits down and starts watching tv. She has been sitting there the whole time we have been here and no one else has walked to the door. I don’t it is good business to turn someone away especially when you have someone is supposed to be working and she is just sitting not doing anything when she works in a nail place. I will not be coming back.

I came here because of the good reviews thinking I was finally going to find a nail salon that does a decent job at a decent price. I orginally called them to try and get a price on a mani, pedi with fake gel nails and they couldnt give me a price, literally just told me to come in and they could help me. I got a mani, pedi. Pedicure was done first so of course I picked out my color, massages were nice but the toenails are crooked and very jagged, I literally had to help the girl filing my nails, and they still came out terrible. One of my big toe nails were cut way shorter than the other. and the paint job is not good at all, you can still see-thru the paint and see texture of my toenail thru the paint.. after that I had a man do my fake nails, Im used to getting gel, so I asked for that preferably and he then asked me what color I wanted. Ive been telling them that I just wanted the same color on both my toes and nail before I even came in, but he convinced me that if I got the color on my toes on my fake nails it would only chip so I went with the closest color out of the range of gels that matched my toes. I also asked for my nails to be coffin shaped, which he made very clear to me that it is an extra charge for certain shapes, my nails are no where near that shape.. I paid about 80$ for crooked nails, fingers and toes, uneven color, and I dont know how to even go about getting my money back, oh and also, the tip on my right thumb nail is also completely jagged, I dont see how you dont notice that and will let someone walk out of your shop like that.
