I really like the ambiance within the salon. However, I have gotten a gel manicure here twice and within days my nails already chip. I included a photo of the second gel manicure I got. I asked him to do a 3rd coat but he didn’t. Maybe a communication issue, it’s difficult to hear each other with masks on. 2 days later, the nails are chipping. During the manicure he got polish on my skin a couple times and decided to use the cuticle clipper to clip off the polish taking my skin with it so I have a couple of small cuts from that. And lastly, during the manicure, a speck of the wand got onto my thumb nail leaving a black spot and he didn’t redo the nail. I likely won’t be returning but I as I said I have given the salon 3 stars because it’s pretty on the inside and the staff kindly offers refreshments.

Nancy was wonderful. I love my nails (not the best pic). But the price was a little steep for how many cuts I got. Poor thing kept apologizing when one of my fingers wouldnt stop bleeding. But my nails look nice and they arent too think so Im happy with my first dip experience.

The people were so nice and the lady I had was sweet. I got my nails done for prom and I got dip with a short coffin, my nails are lumpy and all different shapes and I’m super upset about them because they are for prom...I went back and Ellie re-did them and they are amazing! They were so nice about everything and fixed me right up!

Holly and Mia did an exceptional job on the pedicures for my husband and I. Neither my husband nor I was happy with the girl that checked us in for our appointment. She was rude and abrasive. She has no idea about what courteous customer service is about. She was very unprofessional when we paid for our pedicures. I can’t say enough about how happy we were with Holly and Mia!! Great job ladies!!

Went in for a pedicure, I really enjoyed it. Sarah did a great job with the hot stone massage and my nails were painted nicely. The only thing that I did not care for was the massage chairs they were not comfortable and I could barely feel the back massage. Please upgrade your pedicure massage chairs.

I went here about a week ago for a fill (paid 20$ extra for gel) and pedicure about an hour and a half before they closed. My gel started chipping two days ago and are looking kinda rough. They did them at the same time so I was unable to really relax or enjoy either service if I would have known I would have just got the pedicure to relax and come back for nails later. They had one person doing my nails, another person did the top coat and another for the pedicure and were chatting amongst themselves the whole time. The prices are lower than my regular place so I might return maybe I just got an old polish?

I love Villa Nail Salon in Clearfork! Their service is impeccable and the staff is very friendly. They even donated a free pedicure to our fundraiser! I definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

Sad to leave 3 stars, but the more I thought about it, they deserve three stars. First of all, I freaking love my nails. However, I bled, they didnt tell me about all of the fees before or during or after getting my nails done. They charge for length, and getting gel on top of acrylic nails is $20. Who doesnt get gel on top of acrylic nails? Kind of facetious to say that a full set is $30. Its at least 50. They also charged me for the design, and the length. So it was $70. They are not some cardi b length nails it really doesnt make sense.

Have been going here for 4 years but a few months ago had a botched nail experience where I lost a nail and another got infected. Gave it a few months went back and after a manicure there was stuff all over and under my nails. When I asked them to fix it they claimed it was dry skin when it had actual dip color all over it. Absolute awful customer service.

I don’t get my nails done often so I decided to treat myself and visit this fancy nail salon. I called in advance and asked if they do “acrylic overlay” and I was told yes by the receptionist. During my visit my nail tech did not know how to do it. Instead she gave me a regular dip although I asked her multiple times to extend the nails by doing an acrylic overlay. She kept on telling me not to worry only to not do as requested. To make matters worse she dipped my fingers directly into the dip powder which is absolutely not sanitary! I trusted this nail salon would know what they were doing considering it’s considered a high end salon but I was disappointed. I will not be returning.

I was super impressed with Damon. My appointment was at 11:00. I arrived early and they seated me at 10:45. My dip was done beautifully. Damon asked me the thickness, length and extra details along the way to ensure they were exactly how I wanted them.

Anthony- plain polish basic pedi and May - full set acrylic dip nails with french design.I was gifted the mani-pedi so cant speak on the price.We washed hands before, everyone was wearing masks and gloves. They wiped down the chairs and kept people in separate areas. Still busy, but not packed. Try to get an appointment to be seen quicker.

The people in hear where so nice and sweet especially the workers may and chloe ( chloe was super nice and help me get me confidence while doing the procedure and was very patient with me and was fast and agile moved without skipping a beat but she also never gave off the im trying to rush vibes)(may was funny sweet and loved the tea we were telling her making her own hilarious comments and has a way with words making you feel like your in the safest place ever even when we came late) and the whole thing was super cheep the music was great and the place looked so fancy)

Hadn’t had a pedicure in so long. Great customer service also got my eyebrows waxed and I loved it. I usually get it threaded I just didn’t want to make another stop. Glad I got it done.

I like the atmosphere and the location is close to home. Also, it closes late so I can make it after work driving in from Dallas. My Nail Tech is Leann. Ive been going to Leann for over 5 years at various locations and shes the absolute best. I will follow her wherever as long as she continues to bless my nails. My daughter took us here for a pedicure today. I read the reviews beforehand and I wasnt too sure what to expect. Im happy to say that we were pleasantly surprised. When we got there the place was packed. We asked the expected wait time and were told 5-10 mins. It did go a bit over that time, but I saw that the guy at the front desk ALSO noticed we were still waiting and was looking around for someone to help us. As soon as someone was available they came to start our pedicure. With the amount of people that were there, it was nice to know that we didnt get lost in the crowd. Mia did my nails, and she was so nice! The massage didnt disappoint and was for a good amount of time. She made sure I liked my nail color and did a great job on my nails! The place is clean and well decorated. You get an upscale experience for a really good price! This will be my go to place from now on!

Came in and have never been spoken to in the matter that I was today. Walked in with 2 other women (Thats I didn’t know) and I was the only one told that I wouldn’t want to wait because it’s a 2 hour wait. Is it because I was in scrubs?! So sad.

The staff we had today was extremely rude. The manicurist was rough and had a terrible attitude. There are many wonderful nail salons in Fort Worth that treat you much better! I would not recommend them at all.

I rarely get manicures and pedicures, but, when I do I usually go to a certain salon near my house. I had received a gift card for this salon so I used it for my daughter and me to have a special girls day. With this being in a very high-end part of town, I assumed it would have high-end service. Boy was I wrong!When we were put in the chairs they started my water for my pedicure; however, they took quite some time before they started the water for my daughters chair. It was to the point that I almost thought they had forgotten about her. Then came the pedicures. I could barely even tell that my legs and feet were getting massaged. Im used to getting at least a 45 -60 minute pedicure at my normal salon and feeling so relaxed from the massaging of my feet. They hardly left the hot towels on long enough to cool before they were taken off. My daughter, who is 12, felt the same way. I was very disappointed with what I received from this salon. It felt as if the ladies were rushing so that they could get us out of our chairs quickly and on to the manicure tables.Now on to the manicures. They were quick and I paid for the more expensive one since I had the gift card to supplement some of the expense. I thought she was just getting started on massaging my hands and arms and then all of a sudden she was getting my nails ready to be painted! I can massage my own hands better than what they did for me.Dont get me started on the polishing of my nails! Even my daughter made comments that they looked awful and that I could do a better job on my own. I ended up taking the polish off that evening and redoing them myself.I was pretty much forced to hand over my credit card before services were finished so that the manager could run the card. I noticed the tech made a comment to the manager when I put $0 for the tip since I was paying them in cash. Very disrespectful!We were only there for about an hour and a half for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. Im usually at my normal salon for a minimum of 2 hours and thats only for the pedicure!I will definitely NOT be returning to this salon. They are more concerned with getting people in and out like cattle than to offer stellar service.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Because this place deserves exactly that! I called this morning and specially made an appointment for today at 4:15pm for a dip mani and pedi. Drove ALL the way over there to find out that decided to close for the day! Seriously?!? Why not call the folks that made an appointment to let us know you decided to close for the day?? You guys personally asked for my phone number and I know for a fact you have it on file! Some people have special occasions to get ready for. This is just reckless and inconsiderate behavior. Never again going here, and I advise all you other patrons to consider this advice!!!!

This was my first time having a pedicure ( was a fellas day out ) I was hesitant at first, but these ladies were amazing

I feel like the experience at this salon was an absolute waste of time and money. I came in for a full set. It was a very calm time of day but for some reason Ben was rushing to get me out of his chair. He was putting the glue on 3-4 nails at a time which resulted in the glue drying before he even got to stick the nail on. I had to come back the next day after getting my nails done to get a nail fixed that had broken off while I was just sitting there doing nothing. The guy who fixed my broken nail cut me pretty severely with the nail file and the nail he fixed was a completely different shape than the rest of my nails. Anyway, it hasn’t even been a week since I got my nails done and several of my nails have broken off. Ben was sloppy and careless with my nails. I expected the service to be phenomenal considering the nice part of town this salon is in but it was the exact opposite. You won’t get treated with care and respect if you’re not toting around your big LV bag and Tori Burch sandals.

I came in under a recommendation from a member at my job with my daughter and sis. I honestly cant remember who serviced me and my daughter but they did a great job!! My sister had Thomas who conversed with us all he made us feel so comfortable was hilarious and did a great job to top it off. You can tell he loves his family as he mentioned his wife and daughter plenty of times =D. Its so awkward to me when someone does my nails and will hardly interact with me unless its about my nails. The more talking the better =D I will be back

I’ve been coming to get gel pedicures here since they opened and every time I come back I think it will be better. It’s not! The people that work here don’t know what they’re doing and it takes them forever to finish up. Every time I come I get someone new that I have to teach how to do there job!! Ridiculous I’m done! I do not recommend this place at all.

My mom and I decided to give this place a last chance. We typically go to one near central market but tried this place a couple times before.Definitely did not get what I paid for. The girls there are rough with a drill too. Bouncing all over the place and burning skin and nails.Got the more expensive manicure and both of our massage times were a MAYBE 5 min unpleasant experience.You are just paying for the location. Not quality or experience. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Came here today for the first time. I moved to the area about 3 years ago and have gone through so many nail shops in look for one that had a technician as detailed as possible. Well I FOUND IT!!! I am so satisfied with the results. Tony did a fantastic job on my hands and feet. I have definitely found my new nail shop!!!

I got a shellac manicure and it lasted 3 and a half weeks without any chipping! That’s the longest I’ve ever had a manicure without chipping. Definitely worth the price for the quality you get.

Ive been coming here well over a year and normally have a wonderful experience. Today my nails had a milky white tint, the shape was horrible, the dip was too thick and some nails were still lumpy. Normally I never complain, but today I was so disappointed that I said something to the girls checking out. They basically said sorry and that I could come in another time to change the color. Still having to pay full price. No discount. No offer to make things right after I come in every 2-3 for over a year. Very disappointing service.

Every time I’ve been it gets progressively worse. I honestly didn’t think a “high end” salon would be this bad. They’re very nice, but they can’t shape and when She kept getting the shape wrong she got frustrated and sent someone obviously in training over to finish up. The shape was fine, only the process took near 2 hours to complete. She missed steps and had to restart. They’re uneven, bumpy, they have particles beneath the top coat and I’m missing color at the top. When I went up to pay for my nails, she didn’t offer any type of compensation for next time. I wouldn’t have accepted anyway, but it’s the principle. If you mess something up and can’t fix it normally a company would try to right their wrong.

Friendly staff. The tech (unfortunately I forgot her name) did a phenomenal job and me feel relaxed. Definitely recommend.

First time coming here and it was mediocre. I got dip nails and it was the worst set I have gotten. But I did go back for them to fix it and they did which is a plus. My pedicure was done very lazy and my feet dont even feel soft. Definitely overpriced for what they offer.

I would give a zero if I could .I paid for 2-45.00 pedicures for a total of 90.00 and my daughter paid a cash tip. Today Im going through my bank account and see where they chatchamy card 130.00 .when I called to ask about it they cant find my receipt. Then the manager gets in the phone and says I added the tip to my receipt. When I told her I most certainly did not she then said she needed to find my receipt. So how was she saying I added it to the receipt without looking at it? Horrible horrible customer service

This was my first time at this salon, i been getting nails done in fort worth since 2015 but I have not had such a horrible experience where I have to do something about it. When i walk in the lady who never smiled or said hello to me and my two kids asked me what i was there for and after taking our info she said i will be 15 mins wait.. i said ok this was 2:55pm. Around 3:20pm a guy comes and takes me to my table i had to tell him i am getting manicure and pedicure. Then he puts me in chair. My 3 year old daughter with me wanted to just get her nail painted. They just did my hand no one even started my pedicure nor some one came and did my 3 year old daughter hands. As i am getting my nails done i see there were atleast 15 other ladies walked in and other people were doing there nails and me and my daughter were being ignored. My 3 year old daughter waited so patiently hoping to get her nails done. after one hour i got frustrated and ask for manager and she first ignored me then she said i am walk in thats why i have to wait and all the other 15 ladies walked in are all had appointments which is really hard to believe. when i ask for owner she said she is the owner which i am still little bit not sure. She is very unprofessional and if she is really the owner of that business she does not know how to run. if you are not welling to accommodate the walk ins please put a sign on your door walk ins will not be accepted. me and my daughter been going to nail salon for almost one year at the university park village mall and every single time they treat my daughter like she is one of the most important customer for them and give her the best treatment she deserves. This place made my 3 year old cry and made her leave the salon with out getting her nails done. i highly recommend that if you care for good customer service that you do not go to this Villa Nail salon in Clearfork mall the so called owner of the salon is rude and she thinks she is better then everyone else. There are better customer service nail salon then this Villa Nail Salon.

My first visit getting a pedicure and dip nails. I ask for just a reg. pedicure $30 and wanted same girl to do my nails. She rushed through that pedicure (Tess) and was done in less than 20 minutes. I’ve been getting pedicures for years and this was by far my worst ever! I did tell the girl checking me out that I would only pay half of pedicure price. I don’t usually do this but really bothers me for the poor quality of customer service in these places!

I just had an exceptional customer service moment with this salon, and Id like to share it with you! I was in 10 days ago, for my first time to get both a mani and pedi. First of all the pedicure was -by far- the best one I have ever had. My nail techs attention to detail was impeccable! My little piggies look amazing! My manicure was equally amazing, but just yesterday, I had a little snafu with one nail. The polish lifted on just one corner and was about to peel completely off. I remembered the advertised guarantee and figured Id stop in and inquire. I was happy to hear that they really stood by this guarantee! I was quickly seated and my nail repaired! I was happy before this little snafu - and now I am elated! Excellent workmanship - Excellent customer service! Ill be going back often!

This place is supposed to be above & beyond... I did not get that here. The only reason they are getting 2 starts is bc the little massages that come with the mani/pedi were really good. Other that that, they do not know how to paint your nails or toes. They looked fine when we left. But the next day they were terrible. Chipped and you can see the layers were not even. Pictures to come. So for the $106.00 we paid for two...it was not worth it. We went on a Saturday (May 26th)Dear owner, I appreciate your response. This was a memorial day weekend. We could not come back the next day & no time since we were heading out of town.
