I love the Olive Tower studios, they are so spacious with the amount of closet space and built-ins and so affordable. I have an amazing view of the city and the building is near grocery, night life, 24 hour fitness and Pike Place Market all within 5 minutes of the building. There is a bit of noise due to the construction happening across the street from the building; but it usually is not too bothersome when I get home from work (evenings).

Been trying to get any one for a month to call me or respond in a timely manner. They keep posting ads for apartments but I can’t get one active conversation for any of the bellyweather apartments and I have been trying to reach any one for a month.

I love this building because the location and the management has been amazing

Needs some work. I have visited several times. I have heard many words and seen the need for improvement. I dont live here and would be pretty stressed out if I did.

The worst management I have ever spoke with. There is no intention to resolve or assist any matters.Save your time and energy from this person.

Its central between capital hill and down town. Light rail and bus lines are only a few blocks away. The olive tower has secured entry elevators laundry room, and on staff manager.
