First of all, I created a yelp account just to rate this rental. I also have never taken the time to review a hotel or other stay. The place was amazing, great view, extremely reasonable price, quiet, clean, and the proximity to everything was awesome. I didnt once take a car ride my entire trip. The bed was more comfortable than mine at home, the furnishing are better than most hotels. Literally the best place Ive ever stayed away from home.

Loved the place! Everything about the place was perfect! The location, the room views, the cleanliness, and the modern and stylish place! Will book again on our next trip to Seattle :)

Lilly was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and was very prompt on answering any questions. Going above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Location of our rental was perfect and took a lot of stress off my family that was here for medical services. I would use Luxe Hubs every visit to Seattle from now on and anyone that is looking for a great rental experience should book with them!

Lilly and Mackenzie are great hosts! They respond to all of your questions or concerns in a very timely manner. Their apartment is incredible with an amazing view of the city and water. Will 100% for sure be back to stay here when we are in Seattle again.. Doesnt get any better than the experience that I had staying in their place!

Hands down, best place to stay in Seattle if you want to get the full experience. Check in was clear and easy, and communication with Mack and Lilly was great, they were quick to reply to any concerns or questions. The place is literally within walking distance of everything. Extremely nice personal apartment with amazing views, very clean and comfortable and has nice kitchen with a nice sized bathroom, looks and feels brand new. Best place to stay in Seattle!

Stayed with them in Seattle at the Arthouse last weekend for my birthday. Amazing hosts. Very quick to respond and checked in on my during my stay. Check in was super easy and they even made accommodations for a late check in. The apartment was very nice and the view was outstanding. Will definitely stay with them again!

We stayed at Premiere on Pine. Impeccably decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse apartment in the coolest modern building in downtown Seattle. Floor to ceiling windows with jaw-dropping views. So clean you could eat off the floor, the attention to detail down to the beautiful Orchids on the dining table, the super fast WiFi and the well stocked little extras like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, paper towels, bathroom amenities, kitchen amenities... where much appreciated. The quality of the towels and linens just complete the luxury experience. I travel often and this 8-day stay is at the top of my list. Easy booking, smooth self check-in, no drama, full access to the gym, the spectacular roof deck and all building amenities. The building staff and residents could not have been nicer. Mack is awesome; attentive, accommodating and just a nice guy... a pleasure. Its so refreshing to deal with professional and friendly people. I just wish they had apartments in other cities so I can book with them more often! Thanks guys! Our Seattle experience was even better than expected because of you!I Highly Recommend it!

I booked this apartment for my boss for a business trip and he was thoroughly impressed. Great location - walking distance to the Convention Centre, great views, spacious and modern penthouse style apartment. Lilly was very helpful, friendly and responses were quick. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at various properties of Luxe Hubs in Seattle for the last 2 years, it is one of the best airbnbs in the area. Lily and Mac are attentive and prompt in their response. The properties are nicely furnished, clean and full of amenities. You can not go wrong with any of the Luxe Hubs property. Highly recommended.

Lilly & Mckenzies place was sparking clean, and stylishly furnished, with a nice kitchen and washer & dryer. Its much more relaxing and comfortable than staying at a hotel. Its also a short walk away from Pike Place Market, which is always fun to visit. Thanks again!

Great location and accurate description of the apartment. The building has a wonderful view from the top roof. The kitchen has everything what you need if you want to stay in and cook. I will definitely stay there again in my next visit to Seattle.

This loft is located conveniently in core downtown Seattle, right next to the Paramount theatre. The loft is very spacious and has amazing amenities (full kitchen, coffee, TV with multiple streaming options). Do take advantage of the shared space on 40th floor if you have a chance, its got a gorgeous view of the city and has plenty of working spaces. Id love to stay here again next time in the city!

Luxe Hubs folks are really good hosts. Id love to stay with them again.

When we arrived and opened the door we were greeted by a rotten fish smell. The pillows smelled like they had never been washed. The refrigerator had dust on top of it. The stove had grease and something sticky on it. The microwave and dishwasher had finger prints and grease on them it. The skillet had built up burned goid in it. I had to wash the dishes before we used them because there was dried food on them. The TV WAS RIDICULOUS. THE ONLY thing you could watch was HILU, YOUTUBE and HBO that is if you wanted to pay for it. No local cable or news. Stay faraway from this place. Worst expernce ever.

Our stay was amazing! The place was exactly what was advertized. This place has the perfect location, close to everything that we wanted/needed. Lilly and Mackenzie were great hosts and quick with a response. We would definitely recomend this place to anyone and would visit again.

I highly recommend all the properties that Lilly & Mack manage - they are all very stylish, comfortable places to stay and Lilly and Mack are great hosts and have always been very responsive to any requests that I have made.

I have had the pleasure to work with Mack, Lilly, and the entire Luxe Hub group over the last year. I have stayed at a number of there properties throughout Seattle and each location has it own unique charm with outstanding views of the city. Its the little things that make Luxe Hubs properties go above and beyond expectations.... ( coffee pot and coffee grounds in each unit, clean towels and bedding, easy check in and check out process, easy to access WiFi, and the kitchens are always stocked with cooking utensils). Every property I have stayed in with Luxe Hub include gym access, roof top patio with views of the city, key fobs for the extra layer of safety, and a washer and dryer in the unit. What makes the company special is the time that Mack and Lilly take to personally reach out to you. If your ever in Seattle and need somewhere to stay and dont like hotels and there strict policies,  Luxe Hubs is by far the best option to take.

I was affiliated with Luxe Hubs through Airbnb and it was a terrible experience. They confirmed our booking, then as they provided the how you get into the apartment, they told us we needed to stay in a different location. We then received another message it would be 2 nights in a different location. They assured us that it would be comparable to what we booked, which proved to be untrue. Thankfully Airbnb refunded the full amount we paid, as the host tried to offer two other locations that were not what we booked. It was so much time, work and stress that we didn’t need on vacation. I hope they won’t continue to do this to future visitors.

The apartment itself is awesome, and it is located at the heart of seattle. However, the cleanness and maintenance of the apartment is a nightmare. Let me list few terrible things:1. The did not change the bedsheet and comforter which had someone elses hair on it and smelt bad, and I spent 3 hours on cleaning.2. Food pieces on Sofa3. Dirty Cookwares, they need to be scrubbed4. Broken Garbage disposal and dining table.If you have booked their property, make sure you inspect every inch of your bed to make sure it is not used by previous guests!
