Brought my 2014 Accord for an issue that my local mechanic found that was covered under Honda extended warranty. Was told by Castle Honda that it was not and the car needed a $3800 repair. I contacted Honda corporate and they suggested I bring it to another Honda Dealers service dept. I did exactly that and the repair was 100% covered. SMH
Had a horrible service today. They recommended so many fixes but wouldn’t let me talk to mechanic. Service manager is not the person worked on my car.Finally hold of the mechanic and he couldn’t pin pin point exact problem but told me it’s good starting point. What is that mean? Mean while they stacked up my bills. Be aware of the castle Honda service managers. They are out to get your pockets! Seriously.
Was really hoping to leave a good review as it felt like they were taking care of me, but at the end of the day, Mazen and Adrian were really just concerned about selling my wife and I a severely dangerous car and getting us out of their store to pocket our cash. The deal not only felt sleazy, but when I brought these issues to their concern (such as how multiple shops I had to take the car to later (as the CEL battery and brake lights came on within the first day) said we were very lucky the battery didn’t explode) they told me they still do not take returns and did the care minimum to help fix the issues.Further, I paid $250 to get a piece of the vehicle fixed, and they never fixed that glass portion, and still have my money even though they told me they’d refund it a week ago! Terrible…I already filed a better business bureau complaint but please, if you’re looking for used cars, avoid this sleazy dealership by all means.

*READ IF YOU JUST BOUGHT A NEW CAR FROM HERE*Since I bought a new car here, they gave me 2 free oil changes. I called in the morning 8/3 to see if I had to schedule an appointment and if I still had a free oil change, they said yes and yes. So I drove an hour to get the oil change but when it was time to get my keys they said it’d be $53. I told them i specifically called to make sure it was free before I made the drive over here. I asked Rafael to bring his manager over but he was too scared to. After 15 mins of back and forth he finally gave me 50%. What a joke. Unfortunately Honda hires Scammers.
If you get a recall notice from Honda and own a Civic don’t take it here. The recall notice says it will take 90 minutes but not here. It took 5 hours and I got my car back and they screwed up the fuel system. They had the car another whole day before they found out what they did. They have no checks and balances for service and an “oh well” attitude.Run don’t walk run.

I came here March 2020 to use my maintenance package one more time before it ended and my car was not serviced. I asked for a full inspection. They only did an oil change. They did not check my ac, tires, brakes like I asked which is included in the full inspection. To further insult me they DELETED my visit from their records when I called to make a complaint. My visit only has a date does not have any records of what was done to the car. When I went in person to speak to the service manager he LIED and said I was never here. He showed me that my visit only had a date and kept aruging I was never here. I have never experienced such dishonest business practices in my whole life. I had issues with everything which COULD HAVE BEEN COVERED FOR FREE WITH THE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE I PAID A LOT FOR. I am going to report this to the owner, Corporate Honda, and BBB and demand an investigation and to check ccc tv for proof that I did drop off my car.
Will flat out lie about the price then make your make you pay double once the service is done ! Will not be coming back
Mazen will do and say anything to sell a vehicle. Him and the other sales associates will go so far as to hide defects in the vehicles that they sell. When my girlfriend bought a car from them we discovered many hidden issues. So far they have not been at all helpful and have even been avoiding us.

Very rude went to view a car and the sales man didnt let me warm up the car before the test drive Every time I call here its the same woman who answers the phone shes very rude and cuts me off before I can answer her questions and she answeres the phone sounding very irritated with her job ...she transferred me to the service department 2x to make a appointment i was on old both times for 15min each and the service people never answered but what they did do was pick up the phone and didnt say anything and put me right back hold like I didnt notice .....honestly fast and easy place to get a car but they dont have the best interest for their customers and have rude customer service

Deceitful and unhelpful service team. Read every single thing they print out in detail or you can end up with a major charge. Youre better off going to Elgin, IL Honda for any service needs.We called multiple times over a month asking about a part being delivered. They failed to look up nearby dealers which had the part in stock and could have easily fixed the problem of broken A/C for a month in Chicago heat.Now we are stuck relocating homes via a 15 hour drive with zero A/C to a very hot state.Another time we went in for a basic oil change. Verbally this is all we agreed on. The older man at the service desk was small-talking to me while I signed the paper describing the work to be done that day. Little did I know that he added a transmission fluid change to that paper (in tiny font) which costed an extra $250. The transmission fluid change was totally unnecessary at that time. It just barely made the mileage at which it *could* be recommended. He snuck it in to get the extra commission Im sure
Terrible experience unprofessional. They lie easily without thinking.I had a appointment for oil change and waiting for 2 hours.I ask for my car and they are saying theyre doing from another building so I went to to the next building to check if they are finish.When I was walking to the next building I saw the guy driving my car into the garage try to do the job. I was so angry because I thought it was finnish. So I asked them what happened and he said so busy and ask me for 10 minutes to the oil change. Dont used the head for decoration. People who lie I just cant trust...

I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey For the First Time I have been driving Toyota siennas for over 10 years. Experience I had at this dealership was not positive. Very unprofessional. From my experience with this dealership I definitely will not be purchasing another Honda. I will definitely be going back to Toyota Brenneman their dealership and service is much much better.
When I was at the waiting area theres some customers not wearing mask and after they service my SUV I found some dents in front part of the hood.
Even though you book the service online, there was nobody who bothered to note down the schedule time and before the concerned person came to help, there were taking 4/5 other walk-ins, who came in after me.... One of the service kiosk person got offended when I asked him why theyre letting the other persons who came after me inside while I was waiting outside...Just for a B1 service on the civic,I had to wait for some 3 hours (8:50 AM to 11:50 AM).....WiFi was ridiculously slow during the waiting times....Never coming again here!!
It is completely unprofessional how this service center has the political logo of, “Keep America Great”. Many people going to repair their cars do not want the constant reminder of the political state our country is in. A work place like this should be catering to the people and not their political affiliation. Is there a number or email I can contact to file a report?
Usually auto services at dealerships cost much higher. However, my personal experience at Castle Honda, with Hammad Asghar, was great offering discounts and best options. If you disagree with the offer or suggestion, you can simply reject and just get what you want in first place.
I was here yesterday with my 19.99 oil change coupon that came in the mail. So I contribute to Google reviews and while I was waiting I started reading some about Castle. (yes, I didnt check the reviews before coming). Almost all the negative reviews are true, every person was being up-sold or told they needed major items. I was not going to write a review because I could not verify what was wrong with their cars. But I decided to write one after it was my turn to check out. I was told my timing belt was old and ready to break, I needed spark plugs, and valve adjustment and they would give me a good price and have financing. Now I had all those things done at another reputable Honda deanship up north, so I inquired, did they visually inspect the belt, plugs, valve etc the service person said yes and that it was very important I got them done right away. When I then told her it was done in Libertyville, she said that cant be possible or perhaps it needed it again. That when I decided I would never come back even with the low coupons used to drag people in.
Our car was making a loud rumbling noise and our rear wiper blade was broken (so we thought). The service guys were so nice. Literally in and out in 5 minutes. Two very easy fixes. We couldnt be happier with the customer service we receive from Castle Honda
The salesman Carlos was a really big help! I highly Recommend him! He even went out of his way to help me get an extra set of keys from the Original owner that traded in he slightly used car. Saving me money. Also gave me a fair price. The other staff members where really helpful. Definitely coming back. I’m about 50 miles away from this dealer.

Masks are apparently not mandatory in this location. There is a service desk guy, with a pompadour hairstyle that wears a sneeze guard in lieu of a mask. He is dealing and working with clients face to face for extended periods of time. This is not acceptable and shows what the management values, and it is NOT the safety of its employees and customers.

I come here regularly to change oil.The price is comparable to any regular shop since synthetic costs a lot. Free coffee and clean waiting room. Also they give you free advice on the condition of the car.

Servicing was quick, but they couldnt find the problem I brought it in for. I was promised a shuttle service, no driver and I ended up missing some work and waiting out the servicing. So overall experience includes paying high servicing fee, not getting my biggest concern addressed and missing some work due to unkept promise.
Service staff are good and upfront. Slow delivery and work speed for a oil change with appointment, but granted it was a holiday.
Service writers acted like I was invisible. Then they didnt even want to look at my car and was told to come back next week. First and last time I come here smh.
Not sure my air/cabin filters looked like they were dragged through the mud with only 16k miles on the car. I think they got me.
