I have lived here for a little over a year, I have seen managers and maintenance team come and go but recently the new maintenance guy Robert I think his name is has been attentive and very sweet! The new manager is very nice and sometimes he leaves a table full of snacks or healthy options for us. I will be resigning my lease when it expires if they keep up the great work.

Absolutely amazing property. Everything is beautifully maintained. The maintenance guy is so quick with responses . The new property manager is knowledgeable and really sweet and respectful. I love the goodies he leaves out in the office . It really shows their commitment to their job and property . Love it here

The property manager asked me to write a review. Not sure how I feel about that? I dont really know the manger. The maintenance man (Robert) has been awesome! I was injured on my job. Could barely walk! Robert carried my groceries to my apartment several times! Ive talked with other tenants, they told me Robert built shelves for them, and moved furniture when It was to heavy. If theres a maintenance problem Roberts on top of it! I will be signing another years lease!

I toured this apartment complex about a month ago. The property manager was very personable and wasnt pushy at all. While we did go with another complex we did enjoy our tour and his cheerfulness

Approved my application and let me know with 1 DAY of notice that it didnt go through after being approved two weeks prior. Made arrangements, gave up my apartment and spent money on move only to have it cancelled the day before move in. Now Im scrambling for a place to stay and out the money I put already put in because it was supposedly a done deal. One day of notice is completely unacceptable. Apparently the guy approved my paperwork before actually putting everything through (completely negligent). Offered me a smaller apartment at a higher price at a later move in date. Thats not making it right.

I wasnt going to write a review. But after reading other reviews, I agree! Theres never anyone in the office! I showed up twice after work. During the afternoon, and the office was close. I tried again today. I was there at 450 pm and returned at 510pm and 530pm the office was closed. I know things are different because of the pandemic. But how are people supposed to connect? This is unprofessional!

Apartment is small. My neighbors are very nice. I really miss the social interaction on the rooftop deck. (covid) the property is well maintained. The neighborhood is very shady and many drug addicted homeless. The property manager Benjamin was helpful at first. But later seemed to be irritated and bothered whenever I had a question or comment. Benjamin also never seems to be in the office. This property is close to my work, which makes all the difference. And there is a bus service that runs in front if the property. I guess you will need to weigh the pros and cons! Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

This place has plug in and sign up internet, coolest thing about this building. The building looks pretty nice but they skimped on the construction so no insulation for heat/cold or noise. its had 3 homicides (4 people shot) across the street 3 at a motel and 1 on the bus bench over night but murders just the same. Pay top dollar, be surrounded by crime and noise. I was traveling last summer when the building was sold and didnt have time to get a new place and move so was stuck there for 2 years. The last 12 months were difficult and covid just gave the building a ghost town feeling, lots of empty apartments and monthly utility costs skyrocketing. If you decide this is the place for you I would be sure to read the 77 page lease to the very end where all the extra charges are. The recycle rooms often look like the picture below, they used to empty daily sometimes lately an entire week.

I stopped buy the office 3 times this week, around 430pm and 5pm the office was closed. No lights on! I could see two people playing pool in the back room. I knocked on the window, and a very large man with glasses just looked at me! How do they do business here?

Im more of a house person, but given the proximity to Green Lake and that not unreasonable price, Crew is a rather solid choice. The rooftop access with an unhindered 360 view is a real treat. Our neighbors have been surprisingly friend: in part because we have a young dog. Dogs do wonders for breaking the Seattle Freeze. The apt. is small and the garage door has been frequently broken; I park on the street, where finding a spot hasnt been an issue, rather than spend a couple hundred a month for a covered spot. Those who work in the office have been warm and friendly. Its dog-friendly! This includes free doggy treats in the entry-lobby, and the opportunity to have 2 dogs, up to 75 pounds. Monthly rent for dogs is cheap. I miss being in a house, but for living in a large unit housing structure, Crew is a fairly solid choice!
