I had a very bad experience for their customer service. I, visited Garden Apartment and looking for renting 2 bed room rent then what happen is when I tried to go in the leasing office the door was locked and I thought that I’m in a wrong direction. After a second a femal receptionist opened the door and she asked me what I want and let he know that am looking for renting 2 rooms and what she told me 1920 dollar. She is telling me th price while am at the door. No customer services. Disrespecting clients. Very bad experience.

I am so blessed to have been approved to live here. The application went smooth and she immediately called me back minutes after I informed her I was done. Its been so nice and quiet. Other than thin walls like any other apartments with neighbors shananigams. I love it. The minute I entered to tour the place I fell in love with my draw dropped and claimed it into existence. A bit more, but well worth it all. Love the wall colors. Especially it being less than ten minutes from my job. Staffs are amazing and curious. They make you feel welcome. I think I found my home til I am able to purchase one. Big jump from staying in the South end of Seattle to Des Moines. Good to be back on the West side! 🥰

Nene and Irie are so supportive and look out for the tenants. Maintenance is on point. Just a great place to live.

I have lived here for the past year and a half and have had a great time. The staff is friendly and respond quickly to any issues you have. The apartment was nice and affordable. Never had issues with neighbors or noise complaints. The only reason I am leaving is because i bought a house otherwise i would still be here.

Ive lived here for almost 8 years. While weve had a couple bad managers the new manager is awesome! Maintenance is incredible. Never have to wait to have things fixed. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. Definitely awesome place to live!

We have new managers here and they are amazing. So much has improved here. I can not say how happy I am livin here.

Everyone in the office is awesome and so are the apartments. They’re a little older, but we haven’t had any issues with anything breaking or not working. Maintenance is great as well

You get what you pay for! They complex itself is kept up pretty well. There can be drama, but its easy to not get involved. I feel relatively safe inside my apartment with my thin walls. There are plenty of friendly, long term residents to meet. There area is um questionable and I would recommend checking it out. At this point they accept large dogs. Overall, the complex is okay. I will not renew my lease or live here again. They have a 4 months minimum lease if you want to give it a try.

I discovered this community via Google Maps, after driving by other apartment complexes in the area which, after just seeing them from the road, I decided against. Before returning to my temporary, interim motel room, I thought Id check again to find out if there were other apartments available soon in the White Center/Burien area. Garden Pointe Apartments happened to be just a few blocks from where I stopped to conduct my inquiry on Google Maps. I was immediately impressed with its well-maintained appearance, so I drove through its community. Because it was a Sunday, I called the office on Monday.I began here with pleasant telephone conversations with one of the managers named Theresa and scheduled an appointment for my fiance and I to view the available apartments on Tuesday. When my fiance and I arrived, we were proficiently assisted by Community Manager Heidi Schultz, who answered all of our questions, then one of the friendly maintenance engineers, Jerome, gave us tours of available apartments of all three floor plans. We were so impressed, we decided right then and there which apartment we wanted. Heidi interviewed us in such a personable way that we felt immediately welcome, along with a sense of wonderful rapport.I returned our applications to Heidi right before the office closed on Wednesday. She asked if we could return Thursday morning, to meet with Theresa and herself. I explained that my fiance would be unable to attend, but I would be there. I expected wed all be reviewing our applications and addressing any further questions and/or interview topics. To my most pleasant surprise, because it happened so expediently, I was informed that our applications had been approved.I very happily took residence in my apartment six days later. (My fiance will be joining me on Thanksgiving.) Since then, Ive met another friendly, helpful maintenance engineer named Daniel. All of the staff Ive met to-date at Garden Pointe Apartments seem to sincerely enjoy their professional positions of employment here, by always exuding great attitudes, complemented by smiles. The other residents Ive met so far have all been nice, too. Ive also befriended a wonderful bunch of children, who enjoy stopping to see my two cats or visit with me when they see us.Although this is only my third week of residency, Im looking forward to my future year(s) in my beautiful home here, which is centrally located, and where everythings well-maintained and beautifully landscaped, and where I know I am safe.

Worst ever, I moved in 4 days now. The apartment is flea infested and I was told I would be given a paid parking space and have not cant park near your own apartment then I have handicap parking and the space by my apartment, the neighborhood took down the sign so I couldnt park there and he take both spaces with no sticker. Lord I wish I wouldnt have sign the lease, they wouldnt show me the unit at all I had paid $400 before seeing the unit, then the stuff arent very smart. Took 1 to print if lease cause she didnt no how to but the print cartige in. So at 90degree how was that walk through. Im so unhappy I live white center hate these apartments. Only day 4

I love living here every where has drama but its choice if you want to be part of the low life who have nothing better but to gather and talk about gossip or dont let them get to you and better your life ..I chose the later ...THANKS GP FOR A PEACEFUL PLACE TO LIVE

I mean I guess its fine here, drama happens now and then, but otherwise everything is fine.

Its okay but there is a lot of people partying at 12 am and car alarms going of with nothing near the cars. The pool is dirty but pretty big, and the gym is small and needs more equipment

The carpet in the hallway looks disgusting. When I moved there I asked them about it and they told me they will change it within a month but never did. The pool is small and doesnt look as clean and nice as the picture on the website. You can barely find the staffs in person or over the phone.
