I was actually referred here and was so excited to come, especially since I drove 45 min just to do my nails here. The staff was nice and all, but the timing of appointments for the ladies next to me was a bit off. I’m not sure if they were just under staffed the day I went, but I know most of us needed to be in and out of our appointments.Also, I usually do cute pastel colors, so I decided to do OPI ballet slippers (it’s like a pastel pink) and I couldn’t wait to try it. After not even 24 hours, my nail polish turned orangey and I was super disappointed. I wish the quality of the nail polish was better, but maybe it could just have been the color I chose? I was not extremely happy with the price I paid and the quality of nails I did not get.

This is my go to nail salon and today Kim, performed a pedicure on my feet and it was a wonderful treatment! I have never had problems with all the toenails I get here. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

Michael is absolutely the best! I’ve been going to him for years. On the rare occasion I have went to someone else because I was out of town or something, I was very disappointed. No one else’s work compares to his. The prices are very reasonable. Michael is always willing to go along with my crazy ideas. I just got my Halloween nails tonight. He also does a great job with pedicures! If you want the best, most professional ask for Michael, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently got an acrylic set and literally within 48 hours three nails were cracked and the polish was already fading. The person doing my nails did not put on a thick enough layer or acrylic which resulted in my nails popping off within days of getting my nails done( I work at a computer so I was doing nothing crazy). I’m just overall disappointed because I know they can do better and acrylic should last a lot longer than what mine did.

My fiance has gone to this business for years and has always loved the experience. I love it too as they offer great pricing and many coupons that you can use an unlimited amount of times printed directly off their website. She even got me to go once and I have to say the family owned atmosphere and the amount of personal attention and care for details on each customer was impressive. 10/10 would Love Nails again!

Great service and friendly staff!

My no chip lasted a little more than a week. Two fell completely off and one started peeling away at the tip. On top of that they couldnt care less.

Horrible bumpy nails and toes. My niece could have done a better job.

I never take the time to do reviews but I’m so upset at the service I received here that I needed to. I went in and asked for my acrylics to be removed and just wanted to do a normal manicure with color. I’ve been doing fake nails the past few months and just want my nails to breathe for a change. The nail technician kept on pressuring me, trying to convince me to do up charge services such as a fill in or no chip and I declined as I just wanted a manicure for a change. The nail technician seemed upset by this. Point being my simple manicure looks horrible. A 5 year old could’ve done a better job than this. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just went there yesterday and got my girlfriend’s nails done and they look fantastic! Great experience there and would 100% recommend it.

Older lady did a horrible job taking off my no-chip polish. My nails are ruined. She didn’t take it off completely and wanted to start on the new color already. I had to ask her to cut my cuticles.

I just left this place due to lack of service. I entered and advised of the service i was seeking. Shortly thereafter,another woman entered and asked how long the wait would be and was advised 10 min....I had waited about 15 min by this time. The other woman was a regular and was growing impatient so she told them she would come back tomorrow. At that time,they told her not to leave and took me to the back to sit in the pedicure chair. I sat for another 5 minutes and upon walking up front to inquire when my service would start,learned theyd told her not to leave so they could start her service before mine. I wont be back and ill be filing a formal complaint.

Waited over 25 mins for them to open and still no one came. Not the first time I had to wait either, so unprofessional and waste of my time.

Have been goong here for 10+ years. They service is amazing and thier work is quality! I love this place there is no where better!

My girlfriend went here and the guy who did her nails was touching his feet and doing them and his feet were extremely dirty. When he did her nails the powder from his toe nails were all over her hands when he started on her. He was unsanitary and he was extremely rude towards her and yelling at her and telling her how to get her nails done. The way he acted towards her and he didnt even wash his hands after touching his own nasty feet is disgusting, he was rude and also rushed everything. My girlfriends fingers are infected now because the guy was unsanitary. Really nasty.

They are nice but the equipment they use is not that clean.... I keep going because is close by my house and I like it, but I will not recommend it 100% but give it a Try😉
