Just renewed our lease for another year because we love living here so much. The staff here is the best Ive had and as a real estate broker thats one of my highest compliments. The neighbors are lovely and the rooms are well sealed from the weather and neighbors.

This place is great! I only moved in recently but the experience so far couldnt have been better. Extremely accommodating during the viewings as well as during the move in process with anything from wifi installation, booking elevators etc, the staff is very helpful at all times! I like the fact that its a little smaller apartment complex vs the massive ones in town. The only downside are the amenities, which arent many but lets be honest, you probably wouldnt use them anyway. That said, the moment you walk in the front door you step into a pretty awesome lounge with an amazing smell. In addition, the units are great, spacious and with plenty of light. I can highly recommend

We’ve lived here for six months now and absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Residents are quiet and kind. Not a ton of amenities like a gym but the roof top patio is wonderful and the views from the apartments are great. Also all the best restaurants and bars are on this street.

Im a fan of Dunn Motors. Its got a nice classic clean feel and the building is well maintained. The staff is friendly and they work hard. Parking is really expensive on site so I got a spot in a different building. I think there might be buildings with a slightly better value but for my first building in Seattle I cant complain.

I think the other people might be reviewing the places next to us. I have had a great experience living here for the last 6 months. It is not loud for me and Kelly (apartment manager) is super nice to me and everyone else I see her talk to. Not really sure what the others are talking about.

This is an amazing building. The building manager is always available to help and answer questions even late at night. Location is great and the building is super dog friendly.

This is an awesome, safe, modern, and friendly building in one of the best locations on Cap Hill (for proximity to local bars/restaurants, downtown, South Lake Union/Amazon). I highly recommend to all.

Super, super rude people in the office. Incredibly terse and unprofessional. There are WAY too many buildings in Seattle for this staff to act that way.

Building resident for 15 months, terrible amenities and sound-proofing.
