Another instance today of trash being left in the bottom of the container. Multiple instances of this past few months. I normally dont have that much trash, so the truck guys just reach down and pick the couple bags out with their hands instead of hooking up the container and dumping it. And if something is too close to the bottom, they just leave it. Have been a long-time customer, now looking to switch to another service. As long as the service was good, it was okay to absolutely not be able to contact them. They will not answer the phone or return messages. I have tried to complain a few times last few weeks about missed pickups, trash left in container, etc. Not sure if anyone is getting the messages, or cares. I have been a customer for over five years, but will soon switch to Boomerang based on serious problems with consistency of service, together with the absolute refusal of the management of this place to make anyone available to listen to or help resolve issues. Hate to see this business go downhill like this.

They have always been good to me. When I get behind on my bill they never say much about it. I do pay a late fee as I should. When I have a lot of garbage and I put my can out and theirs too for pickup they dump both with no complaints. They are good people with good customer service. Thankyou Danny for all you do for us.

I think they’re great! Payment is easy and affordable. They always come and they come early. They also pick up pretty much whatever we put out there. Even if our van is full and we put a box or a small can put with more trash they take it all! No issues! And they’re friendly as can be.

They consistently deliver great service to me and my two neighbors. The once or twice (in about 3 years!) I have had an issue (e.g., lid left open), the owner has been nothing less than prompt, courteous, and professional. To give a one star rating because they don’t work on Fridays is arrogant, unhelpful, and undeserved.

We just paid for the service a month ago and they have only taken my trash once! now there is a raccoon and bug problem. i havent gotten any notifications about if my payment didnt go through. no communication and no trash pick up!!!! ridiculous

I’ve been with them for several months now! They pick up on time every time! Their prices are comparable to the competition, but their pick up is always on time! Highly, highly recommended!

Super nice people! Easy set up when Mr. Murray called me back. Truck had an issue today at the house next door so mine got skipped. The driver came back personally to hand pick up my trash and make sure he took care of me and i didnt even have to call. Everyone has a bad day but it says a lot when you still try to do right. We have been customers for years and have always had dependable service. They take great care of us!

If you dont want all the trash in the can to go then choose these dimwitted guys.not once but several times this happens and i called the office and that unprofessional person that took my complaint suggested i talk to the workers cause hes not out there. This what takes the cake i use the grocery store bags to put my trash in and then throw them in the can and they still leaves bags not loose garbage for me to bring back the house and hope next week will be better. Who got that kind of time so i drop them.

I don’t know if it’s a good service or not, but god forbid you need to set things up on a Friday, I’ll go with someone else. They’re not just closed.... they turn off the answering machine! The hell?

Is there any other way to make a payment other than calling or leaving a check on the trash can? Do they have a payment drop off at the their business or a website? Its hard to make a payment with the answering machine turned off.

I’ve have never had a problem with trash service until this company took over. This company has not picked up my trash for THREE Tuesdays in a row. I now have 3 weeks of garbage sitting at my house with no way to take it. The second week they were supposed to pick it up they didn’t because they said there was a car in the way. There was no car in the way. DO NOT USE these people for your trash! I have fully learned my lesson!! I would really appreciate a referral for someone who can pick up my trash until I get Waste Management to bring me a can.

Great service, never had any trouble. If there is a problem they will correct it immediately.

We have been with this company for atleast 3 years and I’ve never had 1 complaint! They have always picked up our trash on time, other than 1 day delay on weeks with holidays.

I used them for years with no issues until New Years this year...I put my trash out Monday night as always and they did not pick it up Tuesday. I thought maybe they did not come because it was New Years Eve but on Thurs, Jan 2, it was still there. When I called they first denied that the trash was out (it definitely was) and then said maybe it wasnt close enough to the road (it was 6 feet from the road). Instead of just admitting they made a mistake, they blamed their mistake on me. I fired them and have a new service.

Will never ever work with them again. He is old and petty and doesnt know how to run a business
