Living on the 15th floor, has great views of downtown and the water! The staff are nice and helpful. Have no inclination to move!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with The Wave staff. The view is beautiful, its conveniently located downtown but somehow also quiet (even on game days). Dylan, the concierge, is the absolute best. Highly recommend this property to anyone in Seattle.

What a great experience so far. Weve only been living here a short time now but we cant say enough good about this place!The overall feel and vibe is just great. From the staff, the neighbors, and local businesses, everything is on point!!

Wonderful people here and great building - fantastic views!

I gave a one star e before as I got very frustrated at first with no follow up after I paid holding fee and application fee. And, it is so hard to get a hold of staff to tell you what will happen next while you just 30 days to move in and they did not tell you when you will get the lease signed. After quite a number of calls to different staff I got one repllied and told me what will happne next. I think it is management who helped. I hope better experience after moving in and I never live in property of this management company. Will come back later for rating. Wish you all blessing to find the right property.

So we moved across the country from PA and spent a week in temp housing for my new job. We searched all over Seattle for the perfect pad. We fell in love with this place and for 2 years called it home until an opportunity to live on the lake opened up. Everything is great here, the community space is beautiful and those roof top views are hard to beat.Also inside The Wave is the best concierge that this city has in Dylan. He remembers everyones names and knows exactly which unit you live in! He is always in a positive mood and will brighten your day. If Dylan wasnt there we could always count on Assistant Property Manager Brittany Taylor to help us out and get whatever we needed sorted out.The maintenance team might be the thing we will miss the most, they have an actual TEAM and not one guy over worked trying to do it all. This crew always came the same day to address anything we asked of them. I would stay at a Pillar property any day of the week. We will miss the building, the community and the team there that single handedly made our cross country move as smooth as possible up to and including the day we moved out.

Lived here for 2.5 years and it was by far the best experience ive ever had at living in apartments. Top notch everything! I loved living here, i wish we can live here forever. Also shoutout to Dylan he is a rockstar and the best concierge ever. Ex 704 residents sends love

I’ve been working with Sammie the leasing manager, and she has just been phenomenal! We haven’t even moved in yet, and she has been super helpful and informative! We are moving from Michigan to Seattle and literally have no idea of what we are doing and she has helped with the entire process thus far! I truly appreciate great customer service and I’ve talked with a dozen of leasing agents downtown Seattle and Sammie has surpassed them all by far! I can’t wait to hopefully move in and continue to be impressed! Thanks Sammie!

Lived here for about 2.5 years. North side of tower, 21st floor.PERFECT LOCATION, amazing views, great concierge and amenities. I seriously cannot underscore how good the location is: walking distance from the LightRail and all of downtown, and a block from the train station.I absolutely adored living here, and Im frankly considering moving back in a few months.My only complaint is that occasionally, the elevators go out. Like, REALLY go out: in the 2.5 years I lived in the building, I would guess there were about two months total that at least one of the three elevators were out.

I stayed here for close to 2 years, and loved every bit of it! Only moved out because I was relocating to another city.1. Very well planned apartment with top of the grade appliances, flooring and bathroom.2. Floor to ceiling windows in apartments.3.Super friendly concierge and staff. Maintenance requests will be promptly responded to.4. Management will send out emails regularly, to keep residents informed about window cleaning / garage cleaning5. Management frequently holds resident councils, to get feedback from residents on what can be improved and takes concrete steps.6. Common areas are well maintained, great views from the terrace decks7. Plenty of community events organized around different holidays.8. Location, Location, Location: Right next to Century Link and Safeco fields. Also there is a major transit centre (International district) right next door, so you can get a bus or link rail to pretty much anywhere, including the airport. Uwajimaya, is a pretty huge grocery store here, which is also super convenient.9. Fairly decent lease renewal offers for residents.All in all, staying here was an amazing experience! Definitely one of the better apartments in Seattle.

Stinks of animal pee all around the entrance due to allowing pets to use the small dirt patches in front of building. Known around city as peepee place
