Brought a few cars here and their work is alright for price. One of the cars was a 90s Honda that they would not work on again after already doing the whole car previously which makes no sense. Definitely recommend not this shop.

These guys have done windows on multiple cars for me over the years and have always been amazing from start to finish. 100% recommend. Quality and customer service are both top notch. There was a scheduling snafu with me picking up my car this time (my fault, not theirs) and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate me getting my car back.

Tint job great however customer service sucks not sure if they just lack social skills I have no clue.

Update July 2020:Brought my new Forester in to get 5 windows done. These guys did an excellent job, as usual. Shout out to Pete for helping me come to a decision on shade % !!!Professional, speedy, friendly. These guys take their craft seriously, but dont mistake that for unpleasantness. I hung out for just over an hour today while I had my car done (5 windows). Staff was courteous and helpful. This wasnt my first car brought here and it most certainly wont be my last. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and the installed window tint was phenomenal on my 2016 Hyundai and it’s been 6 months now and still looks brand new and no bubbles or anything of that sort.

Used to be my go-to window tint shop. However now they seem to want to charge twice as much. Found most other shops in Everett area had more reasonable prices. Not sure what happened here but I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Best window tinting Ive gotten, did the 2 front windows on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Absolutely flawless work with perfect trimming. Will never take my cars to another place again, also had it back to me in under 30 minutes.

Review may change as I have a couple blemishes on one of my rear windows. Assuming they fix it I say I really like this place. The rest of my windows look awesome and the price was wonderful. Hope to get back in in a week or two to see about getting the one window fixed.

Eight years ago I got Ice Tech on my brand new Ford. Eight years of parking outside (no garage) and there is not a wrinkle, bubble, or defect to be seen.

I agree with other review. Definitely need to work on their customer service skills.Not too happy when the price increase was $65 for the exact same job on a different truck two weeks later.They do a good job and I have had 4 different vehicles tinted by them but will probably be looking for a different window tint place next time.

First time customer 5 years ago. That car needed a repair on one of the window tints and they handled it fine. Just took my new carb back to them, same problem, one window needed repair, they handled it but without apology work consideration for my schedule. The owner and installer has his friends working the counter to keep customers from talking to him. He doesnt like people he doesnt like questions and would never apologize for inconveniencing customers or problems with his work. Take it or leave it should be on their sign. Great place if you only care about price and dont mind being treated poorly no matter how you treat them.

So I have taken all three of my cars here and the service is definitely on point and the staff are pretty awesome! Two of the cars were done about 2 yrs ago and the tint on both are still in perfect condition! I recently took my 2010 TL there and got the same service and a quality tint job. These guys work fast and do a really good job and had it done in know time at all! I didnt have any bubbles or scratches on any windows. Why pay $300 for car tint ( Accutint Bellevue ) when you can get the same quality for a cheaper price. One thing I wish they did have is more tint shades, I got 20% all the way around and really wanted 15% but its no biggie...Car looks great!!

Ice Tech specializes in automobile tint. I called around and received 4 different quotes ranging from $150 to $299. Ice Tech did the job for $150+tax, so around $165. My car is an MB 09 C300. Overall, they did an excellent job at a fair price in around 1hr. I will be taking our 2nd car in soon.

Made an appointment for Friday morning at 10am. When I showed up around 9:40 to check in for my appointment the guy at the desk told me my appointment was actually at 9am. I said, “I wouldn’t have made an appointment for 9am due to the fact I have to drop my kids off at school in Snohomish @ 8:40. I wouldn’t have been able to make it on time.” He argued and said “it was 9, I know because I made the appointment.” I then said, “well I know what the time was and it was 10” and I will not be going back. It would have been easy for him to say, I’m sorry I wrote you down for the wrong time and I would have said no worries I’ll come back another day. But argue with a customer, who clearly was certain they had made an appointment at 10am. Written in my calendar is 10am, people make mistakes but today it wasn’t me. Terrible customer service.

I called in and made an appointment to get my car windows tinted. When I went to the shop they told me that theyre busy and they cant do it today and asked me to come the next day.
