Disappointed in this company. After the flawless reviews and my initial meeting with Rex, I had expected the same five-star service that everyone else seems to have experienced. However after payment was made I experienced poor follow up and communication that left me feeling I needed to warn others that they may not get the 5-star service that may be expected from previous customer reviews. Ive waited to write this in hopes that he would redeem himself with no luck.

Saguaro pool repair was recommended to me by close friends...my pool pump was completely broken, of course this happens right at the beginning of pool season ! i thought i was going to be placed on a week or 2 wait list. it was the direct opposite, REX called me back immediately and i sent him a pic of my broken pump. he came less than 48 hours later with the new replacement pump and all was fixed within 2 hours with a full explanation of service provided .great work at a fair and acceptable price, i couldnt ask for better than that.thanks guys.

He was at my house within 2 hours, assessed the problem, and was back the next day with a new pool heater to install for us. He also checked all other equipment to make sure it was working properly. My fountain feature stopped working. I was worried the motor was ruined. I called Sahuaro Repair and Rex found that the pump was not installed properly and it was buried in sludge. He removed the motor and drained the pond. Cleaned the motor and power washed the boulders and pond. The fountain has never run better or been more beautiful. Thanks for showing up so quickly and making my fountain beautiful again.I highly recommend Sahuaro pool repair. 10⭐️
