I got my nails done here for the first time Friday. I had a nail replaced (acrylic), it had fallen off. And a fill. I had my nails done prior from a different nail salon, that wasn’t my favorite. She did an amazing job! Very fast. Professional and clean. I had no issues. I will definitely continue to go back!

Loved everything about my experience here. Totally worth waiting a bit as they had a wedding party in there when we walked in. But all the ladies working were polite and I love my nails!!

By far the worst manicure Ive ever had -- and Ive been getting them for 40 years! I dont think she spent 10 minutes on my nails. The filing was ridiculous, she didnt fully clean my cuticles. Seriously, my 13-year-old niece could have done a better job. Not to mention theyre over priced. I came from California and didnt spend that much on my mani-pedi at the best salon in San Diego. Definitely wont be going back.

I have messed up thumb so havent been able to have my nails done in years. They figured out how to make a nail so I could get all of them done. They are wonderful and very busy. But are still polite to every customer. Im going again next week.

It was expensive, paid $124 for dip manicure and regular polish pedicure. I asked for my nails to be short and shaped square, the lady made them extremely short and didnt know how to square them so I had to have round. I told her what I wanted and she suggested something else because she thought it would look bad my way. I thought that was rude. I got dip my nails started peeling up after 3 or 4 days. I have calloused feet and she barely scrubbed them so that was disappointing. The toe design was super cute on the first toe, but ugly when they did the other. Then she added sparkles which I didnt ask for or want. I gave two stars because the one lady there was very friendly and they serve you wine while you get your service.

Amazing!! They made my acrylics look beautiful and the coffin shape was perfect! Super nice environment!I went to knock out nails before and they messed up my nails and layered on the polish way too thick. After my experience at knock out nails I went to xo nails to get a repolish and they completely saved the day!! They even shaped my nails better, Made my nails look perfect!

They did an amazing job!! So impressed, recommend it fully! They are all about making the client happy 💯

I got my nails done at knock out nails... and they were terrible!!! I went here to get them fixed and they did an amazing job! They even stayed an hour past closing time to do them. They turned out amazing.

I was at target and got the urge to get my nails done! Very convenient location! I got dip and they turned out great. My cuticles did bleed a little, but they were super overgrown so I expected that. Price is fair for the quality (very good) new favorite place! Staff is so nice

Great staff, good atmosphere, nice pedicure chairs, and they give you a shoulder massage! I get my nails dipped and they do a great job and are a little cheaper than the other nail salons in the area.

It took me much too long to find this place, but I am so happy I did. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the facility itself is always clean. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere. I was advised to try the dip and am so grateful to have taken that advise because my nails have never looked better. There are plenty of color choices and the process is pretty swift. I’ve had multiple people work in my nails, and each is as good as the other. This is my one and only go to salon.

The staff are friendly. They do a great job. I get the dip so it lasts a long time but I wish the had more color selection.

Absolutely love this place! They are so friendly and really care about the quality of the work theyre doing. Its super clean and each time Ive gone they have spa music playing so its very relaxing and peaceful! They do only accept cash tips, you also get a discount if you pay cash only! (I think 5%) You can tell the owner really cares about their clientele and the services they are providing. My pink/white ombré dip powder nails turned out BEAUTIFUL. 5 stars!!

Really enjoyable pedicure.

My friend and I came here for the first time today. All of the staff seemed super friendly and nail Tech -Chi- was awesome! Made sure I was happy with them every step of the way and made them look great! Not sure who did my friends nails but she wasnt super happy, some spots were bumpy and she cut her cuticles a few times. One thing I didnt love was trying to pick out my shellac color and they only had one very small selection of the ones in the book to look at.. everything else you were supposed to just look at the polish bottle which makes it more confusing and obviously they dont always turn out like that so its nice to see the color on the nail example. Overall I would recommend seeing Chi!! But maybe have a pic of the color you want so you can just show her the pic

Everyone is very friendly! If I show an example of what type of nails/design I want they will be upfront and honest if they can do it or not. 9/10 times they can do any though! You can also enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or beer with your service! I would 100% recommend getting dip powder done and dont miss out on the relaxing Nuskin spa pedicure!!!!

We are throughly pleased with this place. Very nice ladies did our nails. We could understand them, they were so nice and informative. We loved the nail, not thick, color was perfect and iadies were too. Will be coming back here from Pella. Great place

Very friendly staff, and really enjoyed the service, BUT I suffered very bad nail infections from this salon, and each manicure appointment were months apart. After each appointment within a day the skin around my nails would swell, itch and eventually ooze. It was hard to do simple tasks from the pain my nails caused. I hate to write this review because the staff really is friendly, but I wanted to share my experience as a tale of caution.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. My nails look great. And I got a free homemade egg roll! Cant beat that.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have been to in my 3 years of getting my nails done. I don’t usually write reviews but this one was necessary. Right as a sat down knew it was a mistake. Very rough handling my nails as if doing my nails was a nuisance for her. I left with a smudged too coat on about half my nails, 3 cut fingers, and my last nail didn’t even get a top coat... yeah I didn’t notice that till I got home. Ladies this is definitely not the salon you want to go to. Take your money and business elsewhere.

I’ve been looking for a good nail place since I moved here a year ago. I tried XO Nails and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. The best customer service and the best nails I’ve had in forever.

It was average. Got the spa pedicure, was $38. Everyone was nice but quality of service just OK. Probably would not return.

They only had three people working. They said the had time for us. So we waited 30 minutes which isn’t a big deal. But the lack of attention matters. They rushed through doing our manicures. I have the color from my accent nail on dripped on my other finger. It is small specks but it is the idea. In the middle of doing my manicure someone walked in needing their nail fixed. She left me to fix their nail. I didn’t get any lotion or hand massage. My friend’s daughter wanted a pedicure but they didn’t use any water or do any other than paint her toes. I have been there before and enjoyed it but this was horrible. It was not worth the $40 and tip. Extremely disappointed. I would’ve preferred for them to tell us that they didn’t have time and ask us to come back another day.

I’ve had a lot of issues and conflicts going from nail salon to nail salon to get specifically what I want with my day at the spa, but Luan has by far given me an experience past my expectations. Definitely a regular stop I will have to make on my days off.
