Called with a some questions about my old Caretaker system. System is over 30 years old so needless to say, I had a ton of questions. Spoke to Brittney and she was amazing. She answered all 854 questions that I had. And the few that she didnt know off the top of her head, she was able to quickly find out. I was very impressed. So much so that while I had no intention of buying any replacement parts today, I was legitimately so impressed with the service, that I decided to pull the trigger and made a decent size purchase. What I really liked was how I thought I was going to need several additional items and Brittney was able to confirm that those additional items were not necessary. AZ Pool Supplies steps up again!This is a follow up to my post a few weeks ago. As things would be, I ordered the wrong top for my filtration system and AZ Pool Supplies yet again stepped up and saved the day!!! Not only did they take back the top, I was able to exchange it for the proper one and there was no extra charge. Their customer service is top notch!!!Fantastic company!My pool filtration system hasnt been running since 7/17/2021 and I contacted Az Pool Supplies in dire need of a top for my pool filter, mine had cracked. And of course, its not covered by my Home Warranty company, but thats another story. I spoke with Ashley and she let me know that they had it in stock and could have it for me by Monday 8/2/2021, that call ended at 10:07am. I received a call from Az Pool Supplies less than two hours later, 11:54am to be exact, letting me know they already had the tank top at their location and I could come pick it up whenever.Az Pool Supplies far and away surpassed my customer service expectations! They not only treated me with respect and understanding, Im a Veteran and they offer a 10% discount to Veterans. You will not find a better company to work with for your pool needs.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS “COMPANY” PERIOD. They will NOT ship your items. They will NOT answer your phone calls, nor return your messages. They will NOT return your emails. There is NOT 1 thing that they have done except run my credit card and NOT refund it! If it says “in stock” don’t believe it. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. Unfortunately due to their lack of honesty in this process I cancelled my order 3/8. Placed late in the day 3/1, I waited until 3/3 to call and confirm the status. I was promised shipping from NJ on 3/4. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. They closed Saturday, but no one returned my message. This morning I called again and their answering service took a message. No one called me back. I called again at 3pm and once again got an answering service. Their website says the order is still awaiting shipment, 5 days after the promised date.They claim it is the Texas freeze which is causing them delays. Fine, just be honest that you cant get the job done. Dont mislead customers in what appears to be an effort to keep a sale.

AZ Pool Supplies really came through for me! I’m contracting out my pool build myself and was completely lost to say the least. Jaime had me send her my pool plans and a list of what I’m looking for when it comes to equipment. (I didn’t want something I’d have to manually mess with daily and I wanted the ability to control the pool features from my phone). The pool industry is crazy right now, so I figured it’d be another battle to get things done. Jaime put together a list of equipment for me over the next few days and then reviewed each item with me via phone call. She was super knowledgeable and offered me options if I felt something was to expensive. Ultimately I took her recommendations and she was able to have all items delivered to my house over the next week. The service at AZ Pool Supplies has been better than any other portion of my pool build so far. I can’t thank Jaime and her team enough, she really put my mind at ease with her professionalism!

Order shipped after 2 weeks, was missing parts, 2 weeks later I’ve received 1 email saying they will look into it. I think it’s 1 person doing this part time out of their garage. Simply needed 2 pool skimmer baskets and a month later I still cant use them.

Great customer service and knowledgeable with reasonable prices. Will definitely go back even being 35 miles away from home.

Does anyone that lives locally know if company is still in business? I ordered a part 3/13/01. I have never received the part. They wont answer the phone or return emails. I have called dozens of times. Horrible company.

I manage several pools and this store was my go-to place for parts and supplies but they apparently do not wish to do business anymore. I placed an online order (since you cannot shop in store due to COVID) and noted I would pick-up when it was ready. They ask you to give 24 hours and all my items showed in stock. Today was the 14 day point and I have heard nothing. My numerous phone calls and emails have been unanswered so I cancelled the order so Amazon will deliver my items faster and for free. Its a shame, I like to support local but I cant maintain my pools with such poor reliability. Save yourself the trouble, skip this store.

Placed an order for gears for my pool cleaner. Parts came quickly but one was wrong. Cant seem to get anyone to resolve my issue. The answering message says they are short staffed and are having a hard time responding. Disappointed with the customer service.

I understand the large demand right now due to the winter storm in Texas. I simply want an update as to status of my order. They have had my money for weeks. I have been told three times that the parts were all in stock, and I have been given different expected shipping dates. They are no longer returning phone calls or email messages. I will update my review if anyone from the company would HONESTLY return an email or a phone call to inform me on the status of my order.

Very slow shipping and non-existent customer service. I ordered a supposedly in-stock item on April 29 and my order was finally cancelled on May 8 because they apparently dont have the item to ship. They do not answer voicemails and appear as though they do not care about you or your order. I will not ever order from them again. There are many online pool supply companies, I would avoid this one at all costs.

What kind of business takes your online order, confirms it, but never ships it, doesnt answer their phone, doesnt return emails or web site inquiries, refuses to communicate and gives you no indication one way or another to even process the order? This has been the worst online experience ever. Avoid these people at all costs.

I received insufficient support leading to the wrong part being sent to me. For more than a week I tried to get support to return the part and then get the correct part and in both cases I could not even get more than, Somebody will call you back, which of course they would not get back with me.I am - sorry that I ever did business with this company. Id strongly suggest finding another company to do business with. If they ever do the right thing, Ill update my review.

Either something horrible has happen to a one man company, They are a scam! Or just a really horrible company. Ordered pool equipment on 3-1-21. Emailed to check in on statues two weeks after ordering. Still shows they haven’t shipped it. They won’t respond to emails, calls or messages left. Now it’s been nearly a month and still nothing!! They take your money and that’s it!!!

I wish I could give a local company a better review. Their website is severely lacking in descriptions - so I called to confirm what I wanted to order was a diving board and base. They put me on hold multiple times, then they hung up on me and despite the fact they had gotten my name and number, no one called me back. I guess they dont need the business.

I placed order on March 1st, and found out order was still pending fulfillment on March 8th. I called and emailed to find out some item was missing and therefore not ready to ship. I changed my order to another part that is available, and thinking I should be receiving my order soon this time. Now, it is March 19th, the order is still pending fulfillment. I called and emailed, but no response. I googled and only found out about others having the same experience with this company. This company definitely have issues, lack of communication, not returning phone call and email, and not delivering orders. I hope this is not a scam to steal. I am tire of waiting. Will buy parts else where, what a waste of time, and delays my repair!

Very shady. I placed an order online for a quantity of 3 of an item that they listed on their website as in stock. They went ahead and charged my paypal account for roughly $89. About a week later I emailed sales to ask why it wasnt yet shipped. Days later, no reply. I called them. Lady says the items are on backorder. Checked their website and it still says the item is in stock. I canceled the order via a phone call and notified them their website still says in stock. Received an email saying the order was canceled and my refund had been processed. 10 days a later I checked my Paypal account. No refund. I tried to call them. No answer. I filed a case with Paypal. AZ Pool supplies quickly refunded my money after Paypal got involved.Listing items as in stock when they are not. Immediately charging without shipping first. Then only refunding money after a complaint is filed. How many people never check to see if their money was refunded.As of today, their website stills says in stock for the item. Good luck dealing with them and their practices.

The fact that their web site is so awful (broken links, no way to find store locations) was a huge red flag before I even looked at the horrendous reviews here.

They seem to have left town. I placed the order for 2 pumps prior to easter,and Im yet to hear from these people. you call and all you get is the answering machine. No one calls you back or return an e-mail. Very disappointed experience. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Placed order 2/23/21. Paid $17 for expedited 3 day shipping. Order processed 2/26/21. Emailed Cust. Srvc on 3/4/21 - to date no response. Called Cust. Srvc 3/08/21 to request expedited shipping refund. My info was taken and was told I would receive a follow up to my call. As of 3/17/21, no follow up.Three days to process an expedited order? 10 days to receive?Im a repeat customer and I know this company is better than this.

I looked all around the world for pool nozzles to replace some that was missing, many listed the item without having any on stock! But AZ did and had them delivered across the Atlantic in less than a week. Many thanks!

We found AZ pool supplies online as they were selling a set of spa steps which I was going to use for my semi inground pool. We ordered the steps and was informed after an extended wait time that the manufacturer was delayed due to the pandemic (like ourselves, the manufacturer is also located in New York and we were hit hard early this year when covid emerged and ruined many lives) and our item would not be available until September. We accepted that because we figured it was worth the wait to get what we wanted. Fast forward to November..after further delays...we get the steps but they are different. The manufacturer decided to discontinue what we ordered and substitute something we were not happy with. It took us over a month to get a return authorization and another week or so to drive it to fed ex out of our way due to the adverse weather. The manufacturer received their product yesterday but we are now informed it will be another 2 weeks worth of business days before my money is returned to me. We realize most of this is manufacturer issues but the little that AZ needed to do they did not. Overall, we are very unsatisfied with this experience...something that even receiving our full refund will not change.

I still cant figure out if theyre trying to scam me, or are just incompetent regarding refunds.First and foremost, everyone I spoke with was professional, although unhelpful with resolving my issue. No personal grievances with the staff.My experience, however, is poor.I ordered a part for my parents pool. The original part casted around $700. They shipped a similar part, but not the one purchased. The part they shipped is cheaper, and lower quality. They never told us the part would be cheaper (we checked and discovered this) and they didnt refund the difference.As a result of receiving the incorrect part, I filed a dispute with my credit provider. Since the dispute was going to take a while, and the company agreed to refund me for my purchase, I withdrew the dispute.I returned the original part to the company, but never received a refund to my credit card. Now Ive had to re-open the dispute.Its been over a month and Ive been out $700 as a result during a pandemic.Fortunately, this Im not in a dire situation. However if youre ordering from here to fix your pool, and are tight to pay bills due to recent circumstances, Id advise you to look elsewhere.

Ordered a part and nothing received for the 2nd week. Tried to call but no answer or call back for a week. All i can say is this is a SCAM, do not use!

Im not sure if I got good service (recovery from a problem) or ripped off?! I took a cleaner in for repair, got a price, and was told I could pick it up the next morning. I called around noon the next day to find it hadnt been repaired and no information was communicated to the guy there that day. I explained the situation and asked if I could pick it up in an hour and was told no, he was busy doing other things. So, I told him not to repair it, I would pick it up in a few minutes and have it fixed another time. 15 minutes later, I get there and hes taken it apart and is fixing it! I appreciated the effort but I had a plane to catch and now I have to wait longer! When he finished, I was told the price was way more than the estimate. So, I said no, the estimate was $x. Magically, the lady re-rang the purchase and it came back at $10 higher so I just paid and left. I have no idea if the prices were being made up or if the estimate was wrong. Anyway, I likely wont go back but my pool cleaner is working great.

Terrible experience with online purchase. They dont answer their sales phone or various emails I have sent for an update on my order. I received a call last Thursday apparently the Item I order has been discontinued. The person I spoke to promised to call me the next day, but here we are today and no response. I have purchsed many things online and this is by far the worst experience I had. Non existing customer service.

I needed a brush and had mentioned it was for a small spa like tub with a finish that I didnt want to scratch and I ended up getting one with a mixture of stainless steel bristles.Maybe it was my fault, I should have double checked the box, but I trusted the gentleman that worked there.Regardless they were nice and helpful and I wish them well. Also check out SWIS by Google. They are giving small family owned businesses a chance.

I had a problem with an out-of-warranty part, they helped me get the problem fixed. I had questions about my equipment, they were eager to find answers. I needed a part that is very hard to find, they had it in stock. I was very impressed with the entire AZ Pool Supplies team. Its a long drive but this is now my pool supply store.

These guys have the best selection in the area, and have good repair kits for underfloor cleaning systems, particularly if you have to fix your main valve. Staff is very helpful.

With a sale pending on my house I had the buyers laundry list, and one of the items was to make the lcd screen on the pool heater readable. I had bought some parts on line, while the parts I received were correct except one, which was correct but I need the newer version of the circuit board for it to be the absolute correct part. So, I needed to get the newer board or find the older version which included the lcd permanently attached or the newer board with a replaceable lcd (the newer one was less expensive). So, now I was faced with having to order parts again, but I really rather find the part locally. I called around and everyone was about the same - at this point I was thinking what are the ordering the part from the same online company. But I got a call back from Katrina and she said theyd have the part the next day. (Id already order the part online for less money and earliest I could get it was 03/04/2019 - 03/07/2019.) I choose to cancel the online and go with AZ POOL SUPPLIES; and pay a slightly higher price (IT WAS WORTH THE FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO GET IT LOCALLY) and I GOT IT THE NEXT DAY..............SUPER AND THEN IT WAS DONE! I REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR TIMELY EFFORT TO GET THE PART FOR ME THE NEXT DAY.THEY HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER AND ILL REFER PEOPLE EVERY CHANCE I GET!

Reference # 113723. I purchased a bottom lid to a Smart Pool robotic pool cleaner. Came in. I installed it. Used the cleaner twice. One of the component parts came off and the connecting spring was lost in the pool. Called the company on 6/29/2017 since the item was essentially new. They refused to assist only to refer me to Smart Pool for further inquiries. They would not even stand behind the product they sold two weeks earlier. Sorry customer service. Do not do business with them!! Should have paid more and ordered from Amazon where I at least know they will provide customer service. Dont be suckered in by low prices.UPDATE!!! Initially left ONE STAR. BUT I HAVE UPDATED MY REVIEW. So I Left the Google review and the same day I received an email from the owner of the business. He apologized and said that the issue should have never happened and this is not the way they do business. Shipped out replacement parts to fix the unit the same day. Maybe a staff meeting once in a while would help set the tone of the owners vision of the company to lower level employees. Glad to see they stepped up on this issue. Thanks

Great service and the best prices. I needed a part for my Zodiac pool cleaner and per my usual routine I searched online and found the best price (poolvacparts dot com) - when I was halfway through the checkout process I saw a pick up in store (az only) shipping option - sure enough, they were just a few minutes away. I called to make sure they had the part in stock and the person answering the phone was very helpful making sure everything was on hand. When I stopped in, I was promptly greeted, taken right to the parts I needed, and even given tips on ways I could maximize the life of my cleaners geared parts. The online pricing happened to be a couple dollars cheaper for one of the parts and they matched it without question. Top shelf service and the lowest prices locally OR online! Ill definitely be back should I need parts again.

Saved me from a $400 dollar popup repair I was able to handle myself for $40. Some of the staff can be a little uneducated at times, but if they say they dont have what you need they probably do.

My prior experiences with them were great in every aspect. It seem like now they have loss there momentum in service with customers.
