We have used Swimright pool service and repair to service and repair our poosl for about 6 years and the response time and services are outstanding, the management is always there and willing to help. We have used many pool service companies in the past but non comes even close to the services provided by swimright, we receive our weekly readings via email or texts as soon as the technician reads and maintain the pool. What an outstanding process.

I recently had a problem with my pool. I mistakenly called Swimright Pool Service & Repair ( I was trying to call someone else) and Seth had a serviceman come to my house the next day. I wasnt around when the serviceman looked over my equipment so I still had questions. Seth came to my home in N Scottsdale the next day. Problems solved. They will be my pool service folks from now on. I was very appreciative and impressed.Thanks Seth.

Hired them to clean our pool tiles, acid wash/ drain pool and install 6 umbrella sleeves, they subcontracted to another company to have our pool tiles cleaned, sent a guy to drain the pool, then to acid wash, start to finish in less than 35 mins (pool size 20x40) seems very quick to me, and after he’s done, I still find green algae around lights and floor cleaners.. and on floor/walls.. they did a couple of umbrella sleeves, then abandoned our job, never finished even though we were paid in full. While we were waiting for them to finish their job, we had pool service with them, on top of monthly fees of $150, we were charged another $130 roughly for chemical on a regular basis.. almost $300 a month for weekly service seems unreasonable to me? I tried to get it resolve with Seth for weeks, but he didn’t response until I filed a credit card dispute then he left me a nasty voicemail.

We have been using swimright for more than 5 years. Seth and company have been very reliable. Our pool is kept pristine, without our needing to follow up. They always come on the scheduled day. Tile repair was excellent. All of their personnel are very professional.

I change my recommendation from Highly Recommended to recommended. He is very busy and repairs can take time to get completed. Nice guy, just a little too busy.

Swimright has provided us years of excellent and timely services as needed and requested. Moreover, Swimright has the broad technical expertise to handled all our complex pool, spa and related equipment needs, not just providing the cleaning of the pool/spa and their filters. Swimright is simply the best pool service we have had in over 40 years of pool ownership.

I would highly recommend Swim Right Pools ( Seth & Crew ) to anybody who has pools/spas..I find that Seth will explain in Plain English how your pool works and what needs to be done to keep it pristine. Having 2 pools under my thumb keeps me busy, Seth has always been there with any problems or questions I have...even on the weekends. Our designated pool manager always shows up each week and is very reliable and friendly. We have had lazy companies take care of our pool in the past, but that is not what you get with Swimright. They are beyond respectful and when it comes to recommendations on pool care, we trust them. We are so lucky to have found them and will never change!

If I could give this company 6 stars I would! I own three homes with pools and spas in Scottsdale and have always struggled with inconsistent Pool service. After years of frustration with other Pool companies I stumbled on to Swimright. The owner is Awesome and very hands on and he does not use “used” or cheap aftermarket parts and then try to charge for new parts. Seth, (the owner), actually goes to the property and follows the repairs all the way through from start to finish. Like a great businessman he offers a quality product for a great value!!! And a huge bonus, he has a great crew working for him from electricians, to plumbers, to Pool resurfacing companies, you name it! One stop shopping, or should I say Swimming? Highly recommended by me!

Worst company I have dealt with. Used kids to do the work with no training. Ruined my filter and pool. When called Seth he never even answered my calls. Switched to a professional company now and no more problems.

I had used Seth for a while to clean my pool. He hires kids and does not train them. Three times my pool was damaged by a kid he hired. Finally the new kid changed my valves to build pressure which cracked my filter. Never cleaned my spa or salt system. The backwash hose was cracked and not useable for some time which means he never backwashed. When I contacted Seth he told me how great he is doing and what do you expect from these new kids. Seth should learn while business is good you should also make sure you service your other customers before you loose them all.

READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANYOver a year ago, I hired SwimRight for monthly pool service. I also paid for a new filter and acid wash. Within a couple months, I noticed my pool looked dirty. When I swam,, the dust/dirt on the bottom, even the day it was cleaned would make it so you couldnt see the drain at the bottom. Not sure why I didnt say anything then, but figured they would make it right. . . maybe I was expecting too much. (Have had pool service for over 25 years, only 2 different companies in all that time ).With a work schedule change in January, I was home on service days. When paying attention, I would see the technician arrive and, the time from when he got out of his truck to the time he drove away --- Without Exception-- was less than 10 minutes. I was so surprised the first few times that I started watching the clock. Average service time: 4 to 7 minutes.I contacted the Seth, the owner, a few months ago and expressed my concerns. He said he would look into it. Never heard back, but that was OK, I just wanted my pool serviced correctly.Last week, the night before my regular service, I taped a note to the power box, requesting the pool be vacuumed (pool has Never been vacuumed in over 1 year). The next morning, I get an email notification that my pool was serviced and the time. Seriously!? The box was never opened, and filter was never turned on. My pool had Not been serviced - (I had also been home). I now realize I am being falsely billed.I decide to just cancel the service. I dont want a company I cant trust - I have no way of knowing how many times this has happened in the past - my bad for continuing the service when I first reported concerns. I sent a text to the owner asking to cancel services, sent pics clearly showing my pool had not been cleaned and said, no hard feelings but this was not the service I expected.Later that day, I got a call from Seth - Angry at me, saying I never authorized repair on some parts! I had authorized the repairs, they were minor expenses - I tried to tell him this, but he argued with me, talking over me. I said lets agree to disagree on this point, - my big concern is the false billing. All of a sudden the line went dead. He called back and said he had been in a bad zone. I said no problem, we could talk later.Honestly, I was caught off guard. I thought he would want to know that he had an employee who was not doing what he was billing. I was not upset with Seth; I actually thought he would say something like, hey, thanks for letting me know, let me check it out, thats not OK, maybe there was a mix-up, etc.Six days later and no return call. . . . Seth had said he would check the GPS (not sure what that would show except that the vehicle had been there - no proof of service).I have never written a review before - mistakes happen, etc., but this was disturbing. The degree of anger/hostility I received from the owner was not only unprofessional but concerning. That the owner showed no concern with the fact that one of his staff was falsely billing services makes me question the ethical practices of this company.Hope others proceed with caution.

In the end, very disappointing. After continuing unresolved issues and an inflated repair quote, Seth actually hung up the phone on me, a long time customer. If you want some attitude with some argument, this guy is for you.
