They did an amazing job installing my leveling kit. Nothing but quality from these guys. There is a nationwide back order on rear airbags right now. They were able to find me one thankfully and get it on very quickly. Highly recommend them for anything auto related!

I take my truck here to get all my extras put on. I usually work with Adam from Ztech and TJ from Big O Tires. I have always been happy with the end result. During my last visit I had the Decked drawer system and a Backflip bed cover installed. The owner is very professional and every time I am there knows me by name and knows my vehicle. Took my husbands truck in to have the windshield tinted. Not only did the tint have bubbles in it, but it was so poorly done I now have to pay more money to have it fixed. I was stupid enough to take my car in to have the windshield tinted and when I arrived they had no knowledge of my appointment that I had made a month prior. The owner will text you after your appointment but what’s the point if you don’t want to fix the issues you created? I will never recommend this business. I have found another local business that fixes all of z techs mistakes, and actually treats the customer with respect.

Took the 2021 in for nerf step, rhino lined, windows tinted, undercoat and returned for ceramic coating. PERFECT!!!! The truck was a mess as we just came back from a trip and was surprised to see they had cleaned it up inside to look new again. We didnt expect that, a nice surprise. The girl on the phone the first time seemed forgetful and too busy to be that helpful but Ben was amazing, very informative, knowledgeable and helpful, Go see Ben he is great and the work was great. Very satisfied. Will return for any future needs.

Last year I purchased the protection package that included the diamond protection, spray on Rhino lining and the under carriage protection for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I returned to have the annual touch up performed, but keep in mind this is my daily driver and I have 3 children that are in the truck constantly. Too my amazement I walked past my truck. I DIDNT EVEN RECOGNIZE MY OWN VEHICLE!!! The service performed went way beyond my expectations. To say I was happy is a total understatement. I wanted to give a Customer Review on my personal experience with Z Tech Audio + located in Terre Haute Indiana. We purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Highlander Platinum Edition and immediately took it to Z Tech Audio + to have it under coated, Rust protection and detailed with a Ceramic coating.And also had a extended range remote start installed. The results were all amazing and it also helped to protect our expensive investment.The Staff and the Professionals who were doing the work were all the absolute best of the best !Fast forward to January 2021...We had an accident involving a Deer with our Highlander. A local body shop repaired our vehicle, but in doing so, the Remote Start no longer worked. We immediately contactedZ Tech Audio + and as always, they told us to bring our vehicle in to have them figure out the issue.They were able to fix the issue with it, reprogrammed the remotes and did this all in a very short amount of time and we had it back the same day. Again, this all happened after owning our vehicle for over 2 years. Now most companies would have jumped at the opportunity to charge us a crazy price to fix our remote start or even try to sell us another one.NO.., they fixed everything and charged us absolutely nothing.Thats what you call service after the sale !!!!They also contacted us the very next day to make sure we were happy with their work. You just dont find many businesses like this anymore. I strongly suggest you contact Z Tech Audio + and check for yourself all the services they offer for your vehicle.. I really wanted to be pleased with this place. I took my 200 convertible in to have LED headlights installed, a new head unit with back up camera and new speakers. When I picked my car up after 2 days the wires snapped in the trunk when I went to lower the top. They did fix it right then and there. I went to use the head unit and the USB didn’t work. They needed to order a new part. When they installed the head unit they left a mess and glue residue. I cleaned it up the best I could, I still need to find a way to remove the glue residue. I took the car back in to have the usb fixed and had the windows tinted. The tint looks great. The head unit however doesn’t have half the functions my factory unit had. Had someone explained to me what I was getting vs what I had I would have bought a different unit. I lost XM radio, CD player, that was fine, navigation, and uploads. After driving my car at night I noticed that the headlights flickered on and off. I took it back in and they reset them. They told me they needed resisters. So they ordered them and I had to take the car back in to have it fixed. When I pick the car up I was charged extra for the resisters. I took me 5 trips to drop my car off to get the first jobs completely done. There was also damage to the trunk lid, they did fix it, the inside of the trunk was loose I fixed it. Again I really want to like this place but they just dropped the ball on this vehicle. They did tent the windows on my Jeep and they look fantastic. I’ll give credit where credit is due.Follow up:Now I have to drop another 2k to have Chrysler put the factory system and factory speakers back in. The sound quality of the aftermarket speakers are nothing compared to the factory supplied speakers.

Very professional and very quick installation of my sub! Had some weird feedback through my system a few hours later after I left. I called and they got me in the second I arrived and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Definitely professionals doing this!

Took my brand new 2022 vehicle to ZTech for the ceramic coat/leather protection package.Issue 1: On return, it looked like a two year old shook an oil bottle inside with product splotches all over the seats and dash from sloppy work. The manager said “oh that just wipes out..” well for $800, I shouldn’t have to stand out there and detail my car after being “detailed.”Issue 2: My vehicle was returned with a large dent in the passenger door. Both the front office girl and the detail manager said they know that wasn’t there when I dropped it off, and the manager (Mark) offered to have their dent guy come out and fix it “as a courtesy.” Had to take a day off work to accommodate that schedule.Issue 3: Against better judgment, went ahead with having the window tint done by them because they offered a discount for having the ceramic coat done. On return, the entire dashboard, consoul seats were COVERED with whatever product they used. There was also a 1/4 inch of water sweat in my cup holder from someone’s drink. Product/pop something sticky was dripped down into my USB port, phone charger. Soap/product was left all over the vehicle from a “quick wash” when they were supposed to have detailed it to check for high spots in the coating. My husband went to ask the manager for a cloth to try to clean it all up and instead of having their detail guys come out and fix their sloppy work, he handed my husband the cloth to clean it himself and never once offered or apologized for the condition it was returned.Issue 4: Called to complain because I noticed what appeared to be lint between the tint and glass. Also complained about the condition my vehicle was returned to me along with the dent. Was essentially called a liar because “we reviewed camera feed and nothing dented your door while it was in our shop. We fixed that as a courtesy to you and it’s irrelevant at this point because it’s taken care of.” Had to drive my car in spending yet another day of wasted time to have them look at the lint and gouges left in the windshield tint and drivers side tint. Told me I would have to leave my vehicle up there yet another whole day to have it replaced.I would chalk my losses if this were an amateur side show shop down the road, but I paid good money (took in our truck the same time as well) for what is supposed to be a professional detail shop that specializes in what I paid for. Incredibly displeased with the product installations, condition my vehicle was returned not once, but twice, and the colossal amount of wasted time having to personally fix their sloppiness and mistakes.

I had the windows tinted on my truck last Summer. Z Tech was quick, thorough, and did a great job. They turned out as good as I was hoping they would.This week I had them put remote start on same truck. Again, quick, thorough, and the remote start works great, just like I was hoping it would.Employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with.Thanks Z Tech!

Way over priced! told me 400$ for window tint on my truck. and 900$ for a Sony bluetooth radio. this place is a joke I went to top line detailing they tinted all 6 windows and removed my old tint for 180$ and bought a 7 touchscreen radio(alpine) and the wiring harness and the dash kit off of Amazon for 437$ for everything. if u want to get ripped off and give away your money THIS IS THE PLACE.

My favorite part about z-tech is their honesty and customer service. I wasn’t satisfied with their service one time. But they were not hesitant to make it right and admit their mistake. It’s was fixed that week. It’s rare you find a business with quality products at fair price, friendly customer service, and admit when a mistake happens on their end., then go above and beyond to make it right. Took car in for a remote start, after I received it it had a small hiccup but they went out of their way to come pick my car up at work. They lent me a vehicle while they fixed it, then returned my vehicle promptly and it had no issues and has been fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service

The customer service is great. We told them what we would like to have done and they helped make it happen.Our truck did not have fog lights and it was very hard to see on blacktop with out the lines.They ordered the lights only to find out they were not going to work on our current bumper. So we had them order the bumper to fit. In the mean time we had gotten new head light inserts, with halo lights. They were happy to install all of it for us. Our truck looks amazing now and we can see wherever we go.We will go to Z Tech for all our auto upgrades.😀

He was prepared to compensate me, but I had already made arrangements with another company to complete the work. I think this says a lot about his rectitude, and I thanked him for it. Im removing the original one star rating.ORIGINAL POST:I made an appointment for window tinting and the soonest they could get me in was in a month. I waited a month, and when I showed up to my 10:30 appointment they unapologetically told me that they dont do appointments and only tint windows in the order they come in. They wanted my car for the entire day, and even told me that car appointments spill over to the next day.Bad Attitude Becca works the counter, and visibly shows you that she hates her job. She ignored my question about when they remodeled the lobby (it looks really nice in there now), and instead asked youre dropping your car off? You know we need it all day right? No, I have an appointment at 1030 and tinting 2 windows shouldnt take 7 hours. Thats when she told me that they dont do appointments and have cars to finish from the previous day and that Marc should have told me that when I called a month ago. I guess Marc didnt know that you were going to overbook the day of my appointment, and then change the store procedure to appointments dont matter anymore.After leaving a comment on their Facebook page the manager Jason asked me to call him. He was very polite and wanted to, in his words, make things right. He went on about how long it takes to tint a back window to a Camaro. I dont own a Camaro, and this should not impact me in any way, but there I was listening to him talk about how tinting is an art form and how long other cars take. Well, Jason, if they take that long then dont schedule other cars at the same time. Obviously Ztech employees need to take a course in time management. Jason told me that he would check with his installer to see if he had time to tint my two front windows and then call me back around 2pm. 2pm came and went, and then they closed at 5... no word from Jason.My frustration with Ztech isnt the month wait. I can patiently wait my turn. I mean, they can only do what they can do, right? But when my turn comes, I expect service. Being brushed off because they made a mistake and then lied to multiple times is disrespectful!...and Becca, you are entitled to a bad attitude, but you may want to rethink your choice to be in the customer service industry.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Found chip in my windshield Friday afternoon and with cold weather bearing down needed it fixed fast. Called Frankie and the gang at Z Tech and they got me in next morning. Awesome service and wonderful spacious waiting area!

Their installation prices are steep. They brag about certified techs on their website, not part time highschool kids trying to make a buck. The website also says same day installs but they couldnt accommodate until a week out. BestBuy does free installation on anything over $99, which is basically any radio but they didnt have the dash mount kit. So I did what any girl would do and ordered everything on Amazon Prime, got it in 2 daysand did it myself. Easier than I thought. The showroom was nice and the staff was helpful but I decided to save money and have it done sooner.

I was very pleased with how well the process went in putting in my remote start. The service rep was very helpful and very courteous and made sure all questions were answered. I highly recommend to go Z Tech Audio they did a outstanding job .

A remote car starter was placed on my car as a Christmas gift from my daughter. I was very happy to get right in to be placed. It took most of the day. I did have to return the car to have the enhanced distance applied, because of where I park at work the distance was too far for the original one. Pleased with their performance.I do have a concern. None of the employees within the showroom were wearing masks. I was and so were most of the other customers. A plastic cover was on my steering wheel.

Made an appointment for some stuff to be done to my car..salesperson didnt really explain anything to me about the products,just gave prices and hurried up and booked an appointment. After calling back to figure it all out,they were much higher for less of the products then a different place. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Couldnt tell you how good of a job they do,but from the salesperson attitude and worthlessness towards his lack of knowledge, Id say it to probably isnt that great.

Contacted via Facebook messenger, was told to drop my truck off at 8:30.Came at 8:30, walked into a clean, spacious and modern shop with floor designation for social distancing.Employee was super helpful, told me he wasnt sure how long itd take but to expect a call around 3 or 4pm. At 4pm, I decided to call and check for approximate pickup time, and they said itd be done by 5:30.Showed up at 5:30 and truck was finished. Checkout was a breeze and the same employee was helpful again.Bed liner is beautifully done, and I would absolutely recommend Z Tech for Rhino lining your vehicle.

I got a remote start installed in my Mitsubishi Outlander a week or two ago! They did it all in one day, and it works great so far! They also reached out afterwards to make sure I was happy, which is incredibly helpful.SO glad I went here for my remote start on my new car!!!

I have had our new car in there for an interior clean. $150 because we included an outside clean up also. The car has been in there twice as they thought they could do a better job on the main strain we were worried about. That stain looks pretty good but the windshield is horrible. The first time you could see in the middle where they did not touch it. I took it back made my complaint and wasted the time and had to get the car to them. This time the windshield is so smeary that this morning she sent me a video of the filthy windshield as compared to the side glass. Needless to say we won’t be back and will let everyone I know of the issues we had.

Got my car detailed and tinted here. Full disclosure I only get my tires from their attached sister company, as I get EXCELLENT service and pricing. But to be honest I will be recommending against their detailing service. Interior trim was not wiped down and to be honest... it was just the worst detail job I’ve ever gotten on the interior, seems like they forgot to do it besides shampooing the floorboards. The detail on the wheels was well done though. I also wasn’t happy with them trying to upcharge me for my lifetime tint warranty after telling me it was included. So tint job was nice, their tire department is superb. But might as well throw your $140 out the window if you are going to get your car detailed here.

Compared to my experience at Fade to Black in Crown Point for tints, I regret coming here.

Service was excellent. Had an 830 appt. For a bed cover install. Done by 9. Very happy with the quality of the new bed cover.

I went to Z-Tech to look around for car stereo equipment and to gain some knowledge. I did not plan on buying anything or doing business with them at this point. A sales representative approached me to assist me and due to our conversations I presumed he was a manager. I told him I just wanted some information because I planned on installing this myself, however I asked, if I purchase equipment through here, can I assist in the install of this equipment? I was told yes numerous times so I proceeded with purchasing some equipment due to the fact I would be able to assist. The day of the install arrives a different employee steps in and does not allow me to watch or assist. I decided to allow this install to proceed if and only if I get a detailed drawing of the layout and wiring configuration they chose. However, I received a generic layout from the internet that was not what, or how they installed mine. I also purchased a couple items that were told to be one price, however looking at the receipt the prices were actually higher than I was told. Then the day of the install, I am told I have to purchase even more things. Not only that, but we discussed a scope of work, they told what I needed, they actually couldnt do it the way the scope was discussed, and then they didnt tell me this until well into the install so I couldnt change my mind on how to go about this project and ensure it was done the way we scoped it. When the install was completed, I had to ask for numerous items (floor mat, extra wire, spare amp, and other parts that werent able to be used) back because they didnt give them to me or place them in my vehicle. I was told 2-3 hours, it ended up being 8. So basically, I wasted 8 hours of my day since I couldnt assist, I had a service done differently than scoped, received generic/incorrect drawings, then had to ask for my own belongings back.

Bought truck new in 2004 and dealership had bed Rino Lined. Was in need of some warranty rework but couldnt fine the requisite paperwork. Z Tech worked with me and dealership and have agreed to do the work. Thanks to thier effort, I plan to have them tent my automobile windows.

The woman behind the counter was rude and clearly hates her job and dealing with the public. The tech on the other hand worked very hard to satisfy the issue we had with the work and spoke to us as customers like he not only cared but would like to see us do more business here. I dont know what that counter womans problem was but she ought to have left it at home or kept her sour attitude in the back some where. We wont be back unless theres another issue with the work already done, again.

To say I was disappointed with my experience was an understatement. I was referred to Z tech from the dealership in which I just bought my car for a repair on my sound system. An appointment was made two weeks in advance. I live in Indianapolis and had to make a special trip specifically for this appointment. When I showed up, they had no record of my appointment but assured me they would, “find a way to fit it in between their other customers”. The day went by without any contact and finally shortly before they closed, I called in to see if I could pick up my vehicle before they closed for the weekend. It was clear that they forgot to tell me that it had been ready for quite some time. Not only did they assure me that there was “no way to fix my problem”, they could not provide me with a reasonable explanation of what was wrong in the first place. In fact, they assured me that all of these vehicles “come with this same problem brand new”. In speaking to the dealership that referred me to Z tech, I was told that the Z tech manager (over the phone) blamed me for the problem with the sound system and that if I, “didn’t blare so much head-banging music all the time that [I] wouldn’t have this problem”, which could not have been further from the truth. When I confronted the manager about what he said behind my back, he got flustered and denied the entire conversation. This is not the first time I have given them business but it is definitely the last time I will.

If youre wanting an excellent detail for your vehicle, ZTech is NOT the place. The quality of work was very poor and had ZERO follow-up and/or concern when I expressed my disappointment. Marc was quick to collect my payment of $160+ but, no concern at all for my extreme disappointment. When a porter came out to wipe down the vehicle, he was quick to point the blame elsewhere. Where was the manager on duty? Great question. Youre facility is great but it will not bring me back. Quality of your work and customer service has clearly been forgotten. Overly disappointed.

The store is pretty small and most of the business here is install and service for anti rust treatments etc..People were friendly and truck Done on time.

Both times I have gone into this place the service was great!

I never write reviews but have to for this place because they were terrible. Went in for new speakers and got my car back and the new speakers were worse than before. They could not explain the issue without these technical terms. Didnt even seem like they knew what was going on.They didnt show concern throughout the 3 hour long wait period when they had 2 customers in the store at the time. Please avoid.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and exceptional sales expertise. The sales staff have knowledge and experience in what they sale and the installers are the best around plus quick and thorough.

I like Z Tech for there auto detailing shop they do a wonderful job their staff is great theyre courteous check them out and theyre reasonably priced
