Terrell is great. He really k ows pool chemistry and what to use to get your pool beautiful unlike most who just brush, throw some chemicals in and more tabs then dash.

This team is very knowledgeable and provide good better best options whenever I need something. They help make decisions easy and explain which is VERY rare for this industry. I enjoy being able to trust my pool techs. No complaints, glad I found this company!

Integrity Pool Care is great. We have our winter home in Scottsdale and when we come home, our pool and jacuzzi are always serviced and clean. We switched to Terrell after paying way to much with another company. He is super reliable and has responded quickly every time weve needed extra cleaning, fixes, etc.!

They did a great job rebuilding my spa and intalling a 400k btu propane heater. They even helped me troubleshoot some items over the phone and came back to help fix the pump (issues that were not any fault of theirs). Overall, they were great, in good contacy with me, and were pros at installing the heater and rebuilding the spa. Would recommend highly and use again.

Terrible company. They estimated $80 to do the plumbing on the filter. I provided them with pictures per their request and even sent them old and new model numbers. I removed the old filter and put the new one in place and installed everything except the 2 pipes and they cancelled the job 2 hours after they were supposed to show up because it was too much work! Absolute joke of a business.
