I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had high hopes because my friends came here and their manicures came out incredible, so I went today. I showed the tech a photo of the nail art I wanted, which she attempted, and it ended up coming out very messy and not like the photo whatsoever. The gel polish on my nails is chunky and thick; it is raised on the sides because of how thick it is. When the polish was curing, I felt a burning, stinging feeling on my nails, which I have never experienced while getting gel before. The polish was too thick and will only damage my nails when I get this taken off soon. Also, my friend that came with me had a few dip with tips left on her nails, and instead of foil wrapping, soaking, and filing it down to get them off, the tech just popped them off using another nail tip. Extremely unprofessional and damaging to your nails. Very disappointed with my service here and will not be coming back again. Do not recommend.

I usually go to this location for my manicure and pedicures. I usually have a great experience. I recommended this location to a relative that was looking for a nail salon. For SNS, I’m charged around $35 to $40. My relative, that visited this location for the first time, was charged $70 for a service that’s typically around $35 or $40. They also provided my daughter with a manicure that wasn’t up to standard. Several people thought my daughter’s nails were press on. It is VERY concerning that someone was charged almost twice as much for a service that’s typically $40.

This place is absolutely amazing. I won’t go anywhere else. Sandy or Lily always do my nails and I am always extremely satisfied. Customer service is amazing. #Lilydidthese

Loved it at first. Last couple of visits, the pedicure was not very good. Within 2 days I was having to work on my feet myself.

I went there to get my nails done for prom. All I wanted was plain white on toenails and fingernails nothing to special. My toes were done pretty good but my finger nails were a different story. This woman was stepped on my feet under the table and would jerk my hand moving my whole body. On top of this treatment my nails looked horrible they were so thick and wavy. Once I told her they I didn’t like them she got even more rough practically pulling my out of my chair to file them back down. I left having paid $75 for sloppy nails and 2 hours of my time wasted. Please don’t go hear save your money and the trouble go somewhere else.

I’m very disappointed. Can’t remember the woman’s name I had. She did my nails crooked. I mentioned it to her she did not fix kept telling me it’s the way my fingers are…. Which is not true. I’ve got my nails done plenty of times at other places before and my nails were never crooked and if there was something wrong the people always fixed it. I asked the woman sitting next to me for confirmation if it was crooked she giggle and said of course it is doesn’t line up with my finger. I wasn’t going to comment or leave a review but today will only mark a week since I’ve had my nails done and 3 has already fallen off. I don’t work with my hands much so there no reason they should have fallen off after 1 week. I would not recommend at all. Poor quality and service. Also they don’t take their time. I was taken at 5pm on a Sunday which is a hour before they closed. I felt like it was all rushed.

It was my first time going there but I think I am going to continue. They do a great job and fast.

Just not worth the money or time spent. Few things I recommend to work on would be attention to detail and communication skills.

Made an appt 3 and a half hours before and when i walked in they looked at me like they weren’t going to have time. I showed a picture of the nails i wanted didn’t seem like it would be hard and they look nothing like the picture. when telling the lady the colors i wanted she got mad like i was asking for too much and then while doing my nails she’s squeezing my fingers and moving them in directions that they don’t obviously go. I usually don’t go here and my nail lady was booked but i have now learned my lesson. don’t cheat on your nail lady’s guys it’ll be bad.

The people are always kind and happy to see you and they do a beautiful job.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over two years now. I have to drive 30 minutes and pass countless other salons in order to get to this one. This is by far the most efficient nail salon I have ever been to. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes before being attended to. Ricki is one of the owners of the salon and is always very friendly and does an awesome job!!! I will continue to make this my number 1 nail spot in Burlington!

Welp, I hate to leave a bad review because Bella Vida used to be my fav nail salon in B town. Well not anymore- my last two appointments here really turned me off.First- it really does NOT matter you make an appointment or not because they take walk-in. and because of that, your time is not considered important if they have someone before you. Last time I was there, I made an appt for two people and even though we got there 10-15 mins prior to our appointment time, we ended up waiting for about 40 minutes. Whats the point of calling ahead and making an appointment if you are going to make us wait? My time is valuable just like everybody elses and thats why I made an appointment but oh well.Second, I just got home from my appointment and their price has gone up like CRAZY and people who work there are NOT clear with the price. COVID def affected local businesses and it is very understandable if they had to make some price changes. However, that does not mean that you can rip me off. I believe their pre-COVID gel pedicure price was between 25-30. Well now, its $45 for gel pedicure. I think thats kinda high for Burlington.Anyhooooo, what makes me so upset is- they are not clear with their price. when I came here last time, I did feel like they were kinda all over the place when I asked about the price, etc. Well today, they made it very clear. Sandy who works there(and I see her ALL THE TIME), she decided to charge me $55 instead of $45 for my service today. I asked her at least 2-3 times if this was the right price for the regular gel pedi. she kept telling me that its always been $55(and I know for a fact that it wasnt $55 before COVID).Well after I left the shop, I couldnt stop feeling iffy about this and I called the salon. Ricky, the salon owner, picked up the phone and told me that gel pedicure is $45(Again, still expensive). I told her that Sandy charged me $55 for regular Gel pedicure and Ricky said sandy told her that I got Deluxe lol. well i did not. Ricky asked me to come back so that they could pay me back for the difference. Ricky did pay me back but i had to drive all the way back and now I am going to have trust issue with people there. so yeah, I will never come back for not too great service and shady employee here. Def not recommended!!

First time getting my nails done here and they’re amazing!! Everyone was so nice and my tech did a great job. Probably one of the best sets I’ve gotten, definitely come here if you’re looking for a place to get your nails done!

After a last minute cancellation by my manicurist, I had no other options, but to find a nail salon that accepted walk-ins before I left for a business trip the following day.This was by far the WORST manicure I have ever experienced. As you can see from the photo (taken 4 days after), I had scabs from where my cuticles were cut. The entire process was painful. This place is a NO GO for sure!

Always love visiting. They take great care of my whole family. They know us when we come in and they try to serve us as fast as possible. Even when we walk in late 😳

I love this place! After going to several different places to my acrylic nails, I noticed that there was no consistency with how my nails would be done.I have been seeing for several visits, and her work is consistent at all of my visits. listened to what exactly I wanted, and sworked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the results.I tried them out for getting my eyebrows waxed for the first time in my entire life. did a fabulous job and made my eyebrows look fantastic!I have had a good experience every time I have visited. I would recommend going to them first before trying someone else.

We walked in and they told us to sit down so we did and we had to wait about 20 minutes before someone came over. Then I specifically asked for one of my nails to be faded and then another time but she ignored me😠. I do NOT recommend going here to get you’re nails done.

The first time I went, I had an excellent experience. The second time I went the lady seemed to rush through, was very rough, and went my nails were done they were not even and there were globs on some of them. I had gone for a fill in and she charged me full price for a set. I took my mom later that day aTo get pedicures. I had no problem with my peppermint one, however my mom said the lady cut her foot and she ended up with a bad infection in her one foot. She got the lavender one. I dont want to go back after that experience.

I went in and chose my color and only sat for like 10 minutes and then the woman started on my nails and asked what shape i wanted and I said coffin and she asks forward or square and then I said forward and at the end they just ended up looking like stiletto and they are all different shapes and lengths and sizes, they just look terrible and I will never come back. I paid $30 to get an ugly terrible manicure.

I was not satisfied with my visit here. I got an SNS set that was lumpy and my nails were not the same shape or length!Although I wasnt satisfied with my visit, I would like to say that the staff was very friendly and they had a really good selection of colors to choose from. The color selection was very organized too.I mightve just caught one of the technicians on a bad day.

I came in with my girlfriend to get her nails taken off and i thought it would maybe take 10-15 min. Not over an hour. The employees went over her and didn’t think of her as someone who needed immediate help. Will not come back.
