Great secure spot to store your stuff. Staff makes it easy because they are attentive and always looking out for any troublemakers. Everytime Ive come in to drop off or take things out I get a friendly hello, how are you today? And when I leave they say goodbye. They walk the facility constantly. They are supper affordable too!

Ralph helped out tremendously just after closing hours due to the pandemic. I was moving my apartment and was short on time to get the final load to the storage unit. I had sent Ralph a text message stating my case and he had helped me in a time of need. Great service! reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family.

Saw an online ad. Called them and they said they would honor the internet price. When I got there the price went WAY up. Really rude manager. I see they have a lot of auctions too, people with trucks lined up. If you miss a payment your stuff is gone. Id give them zero if I could. JUST DONT GO THERE.

Thank you CT Storage for making my moving experience stress free! The employee (an actual person) was very friendly & informative when I called. I search online for everything & I appreciated their photos, liked their location, & will enjoy their amenities. Their prices were good, and there was no hidden fees; they explained everything to me. When I went down there, the site was clean, people polite, & it felt secure. They gave us extended access for the long, long moving day we had, with no problems. They also rent U-Haul, I havent used that yet, but now know where to go. I also got some furniture covers, which were a very good price. I will happily refer my friends & family here should the need for storage arise! Thanks again CT Storage!

Have been using them for over a year now. Downsized from a 10x10 to a 5x10 and had great customer service. They are very accommodating as well as friendly over the phone. And their auto pay is so convenient since I always forget when my bill is due. Very satisfied customer.

False advertising. I drove 40 miles one way to get a unit at the Corona facility. They would not honor the prices listed on their own web site. The prices were much higher for a 10X10 unit. They dont honor their own discounts and then they charge extra fees on top of that. I didnt measure their sample units but they sure looked smaller than they were supposed to be.I have to say the facility was clean and looked secure, so, if you are really desperate and willing to be overcharged.....they will be happy to take your money for a six month contract.Left the facility with a real bad taste in my mouth. Take a look at the reviews, all are two years old, would you think that they are phony reviews? Well now you have a current review, much different huh?I then went to another unrelated storage facility on Green River, in Corona. Let me tell ya, Cajalco Temescal Storage people should go there and get some lessons on how to treat customers, also, honesty in advertising.The competitors prices were fair, the discounts were real, the facility was nice, the counter people were friendly, and I left feeling like a customer should....happy.

The only reason they told me was because I came for it. Ive lost 15,000 dollars.When I went about 3 weeks ago,they said it was stollen a week before. The person working told me who took it. Which leads me to believe it was an inside job. I was to afraid to go and confirm this story.On top of all that, they were still billing me!! I called this morning and they took off this month and last months payment.I fo not believe that that will make up for all I have lost. Im so hurt and upset.

We love this RV storage facility! The staff is amazing and always extremely helpful and responsive (Thanks Ralph for all you do!). Did we mention they have a great place to dump, wash down the RV, fill up with water and air, AND they have an awesome ice machine at our disposal?! Have rented several times from ct storage, the facility is very clean and secure, i have always reserved a unit from online and when i get down there, no problems. This is coming from a man who has made a career in the service industry. I am quick to complain and write a bad/terrible review when I feel I had been wronged. There is an old saying in my industry,Please a customer and they might tell a friend. Piss off a customer, and they will tell the world. Well I took time out of my busy day, to let the world know about Richard and the staff there at Cajalco Temescal storage and RV Center.They have been nothing short of great. I mean that. I look up the term Customer Service periodically, just to see if Webster had put my picture next to those words yet. I have given up on my picture, and have submitted a picture of the staff there at Cajalco Temescal Storage and RV Center. They are far superior in the customer service than any storage facility I have ever deal with. My wife and I have been a customer of Cajalco Temescal Canyon Storage sence April of 2018. We store our classic cars there. Today we had an ocassion to visit the facility. As soon as we arrived a very serious situation occurred. We desperately needed the attention of the management in order to solve the problem. We went to the office where we were greeted by Natalie. Natalie aloud us to frantically explain to her what happening. Natalie was so very professional. She aloud us time to come down. Then she said that she was going to call someone that could help. Within Twenty (20) min. the Maintainance Manager Arthur Martinez was there. He explained what happened and how we were going to resolve the problem. I go here for purchasing boxes because they are close to my home and very friendly staff. I have recommended them to friends for storage rental and they have always been satisfied with their rental. About 6 weeks ago we had a horrible house fire on Cajalco Rd which resulted in a total loss of our home. We went down to Temescal storage to purchase boxes to pack up any items that were left in the garage and for some donations that were coming in. The staff and owners were compassionate and caring. They gave us the boxes we needed to complete our task. I will continue to recommended them for box purchases, storage and I would also recommend them if you need uhaul services. I have had my RV here at Cajalco Temescal Storage for over 3 years. I recently need a 10 x 10 storage unit and they were very helpful. Even loaned me a moving truck free. And since I was a rv client they even discounted the storage unit for me. They are very accomidating and always very helpful. I have sent others to them and they are very happy. I highly recommend them to anyone.

WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN. This place has charged my card numerous times. Valerie is just NOT HELPFULL AT ALL and has no customer service experience at all. She will not get up her seat to help at all. She has turned me down more than twice because I show up 10-15 minutes after 4pm. She says im late and she would not help me at all after the facility closes at 6pm? Dont understand. Anyways I want to thank ARTHUR MARTINEZ for providing me with great customer service and always going out of his way to help me and other customers. Too bad he is not there all the time to help.

I rented a uhaul had to pick it up from here, about 3 weeks ago, the men working there were absolutely so nice, I was having such a bad morning already, and my daughter locked my keys in the car as I was getting the uhaul,, let me tell you not knowing these men, they made me and my 10 year old daughter feel so much better and talked to us made us feel so comfortable,, we need more people like them in the world I would def, go back get a uhaul and storage from them,,
