Waited all week for an appointment, took the day off work to be here and they canceled 20 mins prior to appointment time. Very disappointed!!! 😡

I called Brothers Pool Service for the first time yesterday and was treated as though I was a regular customer. I needed a repair as my filter wasnt running and my pool was turning green. Sue rearranged the schedule so that someone could come out today to give me an estimate. Scott came out as scheduled and figured out the problem immediately. He explained to and showed me what I needed to do to maintain my system so I wont run into the same problem. It would be a quick fix (gaskets) but they were scheduled out a few days. He did something very, very nice. Scott came later in the day and put in the parts I needed. From the moment I called until Scott closed the gate behind him it was good experience. I recommend them and would use them in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Scott!

This is the best swimming pool company in Scottsdale to do weekly pool service, repairs and automation installs. They install variable speed Intelliflo pumps, Pentair EasyTouch, and Screenlogic to control everything from any cell phone or tablet. I highly recommend.

Ive had Brothers Pool Service handling the maintenance for my pool & spa the past year. Greg & Tyler are super-responsive every time I contact them. Their technicians have done an excellent job at maintaining my pool at a very fair price.I had some questions about the valves for the pool vs the spa. One of their techs came and explained the system flow to me, showing me which valves to adjust to use the spa pump separate from the pool.Most recently, I called them to evaluate a problem at a relatives pool. They got back to me within the hour and had someone assess the trouble that same day. They were able to diagnose the problem and obtain the part to complete the fix the next day.Three things are important in a service-based business... responsiveness, communication and experience/skill. Brothers Pool Service has been responsive every time Ive reached out, they have communicated with me promptly regarding my inquiries and they provide a consistent service demonstrating their skill and experience. FIVE STARS!

When I first looked for a pool co. I almost got lost in all the options out there. I contacted no less than 10 companies to ask for an estimate.Of the 10, only 5 responded.Of the 5, only 3 scheduled a convenient time to come and see my pool before submitting a bid.Of the 3, only 1 responded in a timely manner. They explained exactly what the service would include, and answered any questions I had. They even gave me options on how to care and save $$$ on my pool. They leave a write up whenever they visit to make sure you know what was done with the pool and if any chemicals were added.After 4 months of service, the prices have stayed the same. Their promises to do what they said they would do,has not changed. This company has met all my met and exceeded my expectations.Thank you Brothers Pool Service & Repair. I highly recommend Brothers Pool. Tyler and Greg were able to come out the same day I called them. It was a such a simple fix (to them) and did not require any parts or pieces that they did not charge me a dime. I do not know of any company that wouldn’t charge a fee just to show up. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and fair.

Bought a house with a pool and had them repair/replace a few things (motor, filter and gears for cleaning system - around $1500 total). Great service and everything works great. Am giving them three stars only because when I called a few months later to have them come out for another issue which came up, they stated they werent taking any new repairs/service. They did recommend another company via voicemail but ultimately bummed that I have to use/find another company after all the work theyve done. So 5 stars for experience/team/work (if you can get them) but 3 stars overall because I feel expectations for most homeowners is to have a go to company after working with them for a bit.

I have been in the pool business in Arizona for a long time and worked with dozens of service and repair companies on a professional level. From my first interaction with Tyler and Greg, it was clear to me that they run their business with customer service as a priority. They are skilled in their field, extremely responsive, and overall pleasant to deal with. I feel great referring people to them because I have no doubt they will be treated with care and the utmost professionalism. Tyler and Greg consistently partake in trade shows for our industry and work to better themselves and their business. Im impressed with their teams technical ability and thoroughness. Being a single mom, I dont know much about pools and I dont have anyone to help me. Brothers Pools take care of my pool like it is their own. I have had many pool services in the past 20 years, but I finally found The One! My pool has never looked better than it does now. They are kind, courteous, timely, and do an OUTSTANDING job. I have recommended them to others and will continue to. Being a single mom, I dont know much about pools and I dont have anyone to help me. Brothers Pools take care of my pool like it is their own.

We have been using Brothers Pool for about 6 months for weekly pool services (chemicals, cleaning and checking equipment functions), they are very friendly, their pricing is fair and the service is extremely reliable. I like that they leave notes every week letting you know what was done. There was one time during monsoon season that the pool was cloudy, we sent photo to them and they were out the next day to correct the problem.
