Rudest temp agency Ive ever dealt with.

I have seen tons of great advertising for jobs. All the ads I have seen have been very professional, clear and precise. Its a breath of fresh air to Marion to have some place that is helping people get great jobs. Sarah Lyons does a great job of seeking out people to fill the positions that are open.

This is the worse place to work for, it has been so bad this whole year. I will be looking for another job because with the high stress of filling orders and the rude upper management has me beyond over this job.We have to fill orders for customers and just throw anyone in so we don’t get fired. Not recommended.

Surge is a great place the ladies in the Marion office were helpful. I sent my resume to Sade and she was able to get me into a position to were i can provide for my Family. It also helps that she has a beautiful smile and warm personality :)

I called the office this morning totally aggravated about the amount of calls Im getting. Instead of the lady taking care of the situation she decided to correct me me and say that they only call once a day. That is not true! I had asked to be removed from the calling list but the lady was too busy correcting me to actually do her job. If it wasnt an automated system and it was only this one person making any and all phone calls then I could understand her need to correct a person. Anyway I have my own call block. I added your company to the spam list and blocked the automated calls myself. Thanks!!

Wow. That’s all I got. I have heard about surge from a friend and wanted to go see what they could offer me. I went in and immediately was shocked. There was one platinum blonde lady in there who looked wildly inappropriate. I was dressed professionally, and she made me uncomfortable with how she was dressed. Her makeup was overdone, and her shirt was too low cut. And then she looked at me like I was bonkers when I walked in, and didn’t even bother to say anything to me. I was so uncomfortable after she looked at me like that I didn’t even stay to fill out paperwork. I’m a hard worker and and only ever been in office environments in my entire career, and I have NEVER seen anyone dressed like that in a professional environment. I would NOT go here if it meant working with her.
