Never feel welcome or comfortable here. Skill varies. Tiffany in particular isnt very skilled with drawing letters. Amy can do kanji characters perfectly, but she left gaps on my nails on purpose instead of painting to the ends.When I walked in last time, I was told a 10 min wait, which felt perfect, so I could choose colors for a design I drew myself. Well that was cut short. Tiffany came over a minute later without even a friendly greeting. I felt rushed to pick colors.Sitting with Tiffany, I could not for the life of me understand what she was saying, which made EVERYTHING arduous....She cut certain aspects of my design like colored tips to the nails as well as changing colors outright—there was plenty of space for a small symbol and colored tips, but she didnt want to do it.They actually did laugh at me. Numerous times. Just for my creative nail idea....Tiffany struggled with certain designs, like lightning and a basic honey comb pattern. She redid nails over and over.She stood up in the middle of the room and let out her frustrations in her language, as if Id be deaf to her tone and blind to her rude body language.She continued to passive aggressively and snarkily make comments across from me doing my nails. Another lady came over and laughed at what she was saying. She said, Ill be the translator 😏,as she and Tiffany continued their banter and laughing at inside jokes together.True, its unknown what was said, but mean girls are universal to spot no matter the language or race. I felt so bad and uncomfortable. I kept wishing she could just speak fluent English so we could at least have a conversation to lessen the blow of what felt like outright bullying. She wasnt even thankful at the end that I tipped $10 (20%). The total was $50. The quality and experience merited maybe $5 as tip....Never again.

Fantastic job. My polish is still on a week later. The lady was very attentive to detail and didn’t rush through doing my nails. Always a pleasure with the Polish Bar.

Friendly staff and their accommodating to walk-ins even though we had an appointment which is recommended on weekends! They make you feel great during any services.

The employees were very nice . But I got a refill done and they weren’t the best. My reason for this is because first of all the top coat began to peel after a day or two, second of all I had asked the lady to do a black heart on both of my ring finger and she didn’t fill it in completely. Love the employees but don’t like the quality of the nails.

Went to get a pedi, girl in the front was rude (the skinny white girl) she needed to fix her face just so rude looking… I felt embarrassed for her!! Haha, she looked angry or maybe on drugs? She probably doesn’t get tipped… lol. It was real out of place for the spot which had a good vibe going.Pedi itself came out clean, but pretty fast. Admit that my heels still look dry and cracked. Not enough scrub work. Actually I don’t even remember being asked callous remover or any extras. Rushed.But I liked the tv and the nail tech was real nice. But yeah, i don’t go for the tv, I prefer friendly greeting, thorough nail tech, thorough service.He was cool and friendly.Once was enough… probably gets too busy since it’s in the collection. Makes sense. It’s not like I live there, I commuted… I’ll commute somewhere else next time. Good boba place next door!

I love the ladies at Polish Nail Bar. Despite COVID shut-downs, restarts, shut-downs, and restarts, they have survived. Why? Because they do great work and theyre always fun to chat with. The salon is always clean and ready for the next client. Not only are there always a wide variety of colors and products to choose from, the ladies their selections well and can make recommendations.

I got acrylic nails, and I have to say they did a horrible job. Some nails are longer than others and some are thicker than others, they look like if my daughter did them for me honestly. I also got a pedicure, it wasn’t the worst, but they could of done better. I paid $78 for regular acrylics and regular pedi, not worth it at all, I’m so disappointed!

I love my mani/pedi! I wanted short nails with a natural polish, they gave me a little acrylic dusting to shore up my weak nails. Lots of care and attention to the unflashy things like cleanliness(!), symmetry, cuticle trimming, callous removal (pedi), preparing the nail bed, removal of dead skin, etc...Beautiful pedi!And I got a nice classy neutral gel polish.Not a single spot on my fingernails that bothers me. Not one too-pointy corner (or I would be chewing it down right now), not one nail that is longer than the other, or one side that is longer than the other.And I love the music! They have good taste in music too!

GUYS IF YOU WANT SOMETHING PROFESSIONAL THIS ISNT THE PLACE! THEY’RE CARELESS AND THEY DID A BAD JOB ON ME. THE EMPLOYEE NEVER SAID SORRY WHEN SHE HURT ME WITH THE FILER. I DIDNT LIKED MY NAILS. NEVER GOING BACK. NOT TO METION THAT MY NAILS ARE SUPER THICK AND WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT IT SHE SAID THERE’S NOTHING SHE COULD DO.

I get a manicure and pedicure here regularly and the people that work here are nice and do a great job every time!! Consistent in their quality of work and always friendly!

I waited 35 minutes when they told me 10 minutes. Staff would finish a client and disappear and not say a word to me.

Nice place. I have pedicure here often. But several of the technicians are a bit rough when clipping/filing. The only gentle one who doesnt hurt my toes is a guy named Sunny, hes great. So I always book with him.

My boys were complaining about how much my husbands callous feet hurt them, so I finally decided to take my husband to get a pedicure.I had my concerns with my husbands first pedicure, as I know hes very ticklish.We walked by after having a delicious meal, and they told us its a 45 minute wait.Fine.... 45 minutes later it was our turn.FYI, if you havent even been to a nail salon, it has a strong smell of nail polish and other chemicals that strip paint and bunions. This nail salon needs a big exhaust fan or better ventilation (5 stars if it had better ventilation).We were seated in nice massage chairs as our feet soaked in water. I did appreciate the cleanliness of the staff, using gloves and washing the basins.My husband got the upgrade which included a foot peel, toe nails cleaning, pumas feet, massage and a sugar scrub. They were so good my husband was relaxed and didnt flinch in hysterics with tickle anxiety. I was very impressed with both of our pedicures.Recommend an appointment prior to arrival, as we had to wait 45 minutes.Highly recommend and will return on a regular basis.

I was excited to try this place out since i heard great things about it but once I experienced the carelessness I will never return. The guy made me bleed twice while doing my manicure and cutting my cuticles. He didnt apologize just kept working when he was done I had dried blood around both fingers. I wish i took a picture.

I have been going to this nail salon for almost two years now. Great service from Janice and Amy. Ive only had one person (not the two i named) do a terrible job so now i just make sure I dont book appointments with her.Speaking of appointments, you HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE. The salon is always always always busy. I book at least a week in advance.Fair prices and clean. It would be cool if they could come up with online appointment booking because it would just be far easier to see who is available and when.The only slight downside of this place (very tiny) is that when they answer the phone all they say is Polish and its a little abrupt. Some people might interpret that as rude. But other than that Im happily coming here every two weeks.

Manicure was great but way overpriced.! Paid 180 for 2 acrylic dual chrome manicures and 1 gel dual chrome pedicure. NOT INCLUDING TIP. The workers were friendly and patient but they did not converse much. Did not feel very welcomed but I loved the nails. Very much a love/hate relationship.

Quality work by everyone who has done my nails. I really like Diane but all are good at what they do. I have never had a nail lift in the 10 months I’ve been going there. Make an appointment and be clear in what you want. You won’t be disappointed.

One of the cleanest nail salons have been to in a very long time. Each nail artist that has worked on either my manicure or pedicure has done a splendid job. They also have been great at gauging whether someone feels like talking or just sitting back and enjoying being pampered. It is quite a refreshing atmosphere.

The place looks clean and nice. However, has a horrible customer service! The first time I came, a man cut my nails too short without even asking me if I want them cut. It was even painful! I felt it for couple of days after. The second time, the guy Can who did my manicure started asking for more tips even though I left 20%. He made it so loud and spoke with his coworkers on his language. I was shocked. Such a disrespect! The lady who did my pedicure was nice thought and did a good job. I would only recommend Jimmy if you have to go to that place. He does a good job and has a nice attitude. Otherwise, choose a different nail salon.

This was my first time at the Polish Nail Bar. I had such a great experience!! Everyone was really nice and it had a laid back vibe, I didnt feel rushed at all. Jimmy did my Manicure and Pedicure he had a great attitude and really made me feel comfortable. He did an awesome job and I was so relaxed when my services were done. I would highly recommend this place and Jimmy for sure!!!

Polish Nailbar is the only nail salon I go to and they’re the best! I always get the dip powder because I love having my nails longer and the powder keeps my nails from breaking. All the employees do great work whether it be manis or pedis. The employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is fun in there. I would recommend everyone go to Polish! :)

It was my first time there. Service was okay but I definitely felt like an outsider. Guess t hff ey love their regulars.

I always go here to get my nail services done. #1 reason is because they are clean and use disposable foot scrubs, files, and toe separators. They also cover the pedicure tub with a plastic wrap, that way your feet never have contact with the actual bowl.(For me that is a plus!) I highly recommend this place.

Amy is the best!! Always on time and fast. Nothing like having your nails and toes done in 1.5hrs. And the mani/pedi is always done perfectly. Would not trust my nails to anyone else. Fast service is the best, especially when you have the rest of your day ahead of you. In at 10am out by 11:30am... PERFECT. All the girls in the salon are great. Came as a walk-in, and was extremely surprised by their prompt service. Lily and Laurie were both very friendly and attentive. Laurie has a very infectious laugh, and the staff all seem very happy to be there. I will be back!!

Came here as a valentines present from my husband, was really upset because I asked her to cut the side of my nails and she said she couldn’t and as I was in my phone she gets hers out and proceeds to do my toe nails with one hand. I would never allow any employee to do that at my business. She also left nails polish on the side of my big toe. Now I have to go spend double the price on someone who can properly trim my toe nail.

Had to completely redo my nails, did an amazing job! It took 2 hours but it was worth it !

I’ve been getting my nails done here because it is close to my home, however, I will never go back!!! There is a uncomfortable vibe in there! I feel like I’m imposing, like I don’t belong because I’m not one of their friends! Their work is not great and they are constantly talking amongst themselves or on their cell phones. It’s overpriced and the discount card for cash payment is joke!!

The pedicure was OK and the massage that came with it was the best part, but the “gel manicure” was a waste of money. I was pretty sure the girl who did my mani was skipping steps and it showed when not even a week later, the gel was peeling off.

Paid high $ for only the basics. Ask if I can have a mask to cover my face because of the fire. The man ask the owner and she refuse. The man lie and said that they run out. Not knowing that I could understand a little Vietnase . Like if the business will go broke. What happened to empathy?

Im never going to this nail salon again. Ive tried to be friendly to the lady that does acrylics, but everytime she does my fills its always a super uncomfortable experience. She would always be frustrated that I needed my nails natural (for the military). Last visit, had cuts on all of my fingers (that she immediately covered in acetone even though I was clearly bleeding) from the nail file she used to shape the nails. I was concerned that they would become infected. Definitely the last straw for me. Please save your money and go somewhere that values your business.

My mom and I came her as a bonding time. We have come her before and gotten acrylics, and had overall liked the service and our nails lasted quite a while. However when we went this time we decided to only get gels since last time our nails were wrecked from our acrylics. Gels are pricier than normal nail polish and the process is a little bit different, but they are supposed to last longer and their over all look is different. It has only been five days since then and my gel nails polished has already chipped in multiple places, not only that but my moms nails had air bubbles in them before we even left the salon. We asked them if they were ok, and they said that We should have no issues with our nails, but it was obvious something was wrong with my moms nails since there was a giant air bubble on her thumb. I do not do much with my hands, so these nails should have lasted well over a week. I have gotten my nails done at many other places and have never had this same experience. Overall Im very disappointed and wish I had knew this would happen before hand

Originally came in knowing that it’s a Saturday and they would be busy but I had an Appointment at 12 noon and it took them 1hr 47min for them to get me a chair. The set itself was ok. Definitely rushed. They kept having ppl come in and said “15min”...The wait time was terrible. There service was rushed and no attention to detail. The full set itself was ok.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

I went here for mani-pedi before vacation. The following day I had an infection in my big toe nail where she cut under the nail. I had to soak foot in epsom salts and water for five days and use an antibiotic ointment. ALso had to wear sandals for a week because shoes hurt.My fingernails also had minor irritations from too aggressive work on the cuticles

My experience was not so good because the man did them so fast and giving aditutte and I will recommend Jimmy.Thank you, for your time.
