I took my Jeep Cherokee 2 years ago to Art, referred by one of his previous customers, to get my windows tinted. The work was gorgeous!! Can’t even tell they are aftermarket, the match the factory tinted windows perfectly and the look was very clean, precise, and spot on!!I loved his work so much, I brought my new Ford Edge in after having an issue with tints from the dealership he made some great suggestions and correcting my windows to perfection!! Can’t wait to drive it!I have a couple friends who have taken they cars here as well, we are all super happy with the end results!!

BEWARE AND ASK FOR OWNERS MANUAL AND PACKAGING! I had a total of 5 visits there because I trusted him. The first red flag was when I purchased the first remote and he didnt give me the box or the owners manual for the remote. When I asked for it, he told me that he does not get them with boxes or manuals. There was no brand identifier on the remote, but did have the serial number which legally cannot be removed.Each time a car battery goes low or if the battery is jump started, the remote starter system goes into service mode which disables the remote starter portion only. Doors still open with the remote, but the starter wont operate being that the remote starter system is in Service ModeBeing that I drive a few cars for several reasons, sometimes 1 car may sit in the garage for a month without being started which causes the battery in need to be jump started.Not knowing what device brand I had, I had to call CarSmart to find out what the issue is. I told him the symptoms and he told me to come in. The 1st time he said that he was very busy, he went out to my car while I waited inside and about 30 seconds later he said that the issue was fixed. He charged my $80.00 I asked what was the issue, he told me it was a wire loose.My battery needed to be jump started again and the same issue with the same symptoms happened 2 more times. Each time, he told me that he had to take the car in back to find out what the issue was. Each time he charged me $80.00 and gave me a BS reason as to what happened.FINALLY... I Googled the serial number of the remote, I found the make and model, found the same issue that I had been having and found that it was literally a 5 SECOND fix. In the OWNERS MANUAL that I found online, it clearly stated that the remote goes into Service Mode when a car is jump started and that the button on the antenna needs to be held for 5 seconds and the remote starter will start work again.This was a deceptive practice! I wasnt given a box, owners manual or even the brand name of the remote because he knew that Id be able to service and program the device myself if ever any issue. WOW! I trusted this guy! I referred a few people there and then to learn how he handled me as a customer is just disappointing! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
