Got a dip powder Mani and it chipped the next day, wont be back.

Wrost experiences ever old lady did my eyebrows with no lights in the room it was yellow light in a small room. She missed missed most of the hair. It was a another girl she is little better than her but she tint my mother eyebrows with no shape at all. I told her to fix. She said when you come second time we will work better 🙄🙄🙄I’ll never visit that place again.

I love this salon. They are super clean and following Covid sanitation. They do a great job. Highly recommend

Took my mom here for the 1st time yesterday. Great environment and everyone was so friendly. Mom is 90 yrs old and 1st time having her nails done. She absolutely loved it!! She has breast cancer so I called ahead and asked if they could put the pink ribbons on without her knowing. The results were even better than I expected. Mom raved all night about how great everyone was and how beautiful her nails look. A great experience overall. Thank you Eternail Nails for great service and making mom feel so special. We will be seeing you again.

I love coming here. It is a comfortable environment and they always take there time. If there is an issue you can come back and they will fix it. They have an excellent selection to chose from!! I had since a great experience. (Sophia is awesome)

Sophia and Kevin are the best! They always do a fantastic job. Everytime my mom and I walk in they all greet us right away and make us feel so welcome! I get a pedicure and the dip powder for my nails! Sophia does a wonderful job with eyelash extensions as well! I highly recommend everyone come here and have an extremely relaxing experience.

My first and last time going there. My friend and I went there on Saturday, within 2 days 6 of my nails started cracking. When I called for the appointment they told me the dip mani would be $35 each but once we went in the price changed to $45 (mind you we did no designs or anything special). And during the entire visit the lady who was doing my manicure was commenting on my acne telling me to get the facial, after 3 visits I would be pretty, even after the first no thank you she continued throughout the hour visit which then made me extremely uncomfortable.

Wendy does a fantastic job. Ive had pedicures, gel manicures and my eye brows waxed. I love their selection of gel colors. The services are always done with excellent attention to detail and my polish is long lasting. This is my go to place and I highly recommend it.

Always clean and very polite. They do a wonderful job on nails and pedicures are amazing, especially the spa pedi! Totally worth it. They do waxing too and I’ve had my eyebrows done numerous times and I always leave happy.

Eyelashes extension volumes so beautiful &last more than 3week when I come back for fill only $60 so reasonable!high recommend!

Went in with my baby and kids. My 3 year old wanted to get a Mani pedi( her first time at a nail salon) we waited 20 minutes and finally she sits down with the lady to get her nails painted. She then tells me to have her pick a color which we picked right away, I go to sit her back down into the chair and another walk in THAT CAME in WAy AFTER us was in the chair instead!! Absolutely unbelievable!! I will NEVER go back here!

The worst manicure ever. The guy said he is done with my nails after only 5 minutes. I looked at my nails and nothing has changed. I asked who is gonna cut cuticles? he said we dont do it. So what did you do then? Anyway i paid and tipped him but i NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I went for 30 mintue massage I had Diane she did a great service for me I was in so much pain and discomfort I was sick to my stomach, she helped to releive some of this! Thank you Diane.

My mom love this place and always go and see Jennifer, but TODAY was the last day. I call last night around 7:30pm and book a appt at 1:30pm for Margarita and they schedule her. I call back today to ask if it was possible that my mom can be there at 2:30pm because she was at Cambridge Hospital for appt.. The lady that pick up told me that Jennifer was extremely busy and that 1:30pm was the best time.. I call my mom she reschedule her doctor appt head over there stuck in traffic but she was there at 1:37pm.. Jennifer tells her she has no appt and that she is extremely busy until 5pm... SO unprofessional.. !!!! Dont worry! You guys just loss 10 family members that go there all time..

So horrible I got gel and it all chipped the next day. I got rushed out. First of all I didn’t want gel I asked for regular but she insisted on giving me the gel.

Came in thinking I was getting a nice job since the place is so nice and I was shopping in the area, it was horrible my 9 year old can do better, lady talked to much maybe she should pay more attention to what she’s doing

Edit: let me edit this post since I cannot seem to respond to the owner’s response. First of all, NEVER accuse the customer of lying! No matter what. Second of all, I did not lie. I didn’t even mention the ingrown toenail because it was irrelevant. Yah, you did a good job on getting the ingrown toenail out. That’s literally ALL you did in 10 minutes. I have been to other salons that scrub my legs in a spa pedicure for longer than you did. I am really disappointed that you accuse your customers this way and I have seen it in your other responses too. It’s disgusting.If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. By far the WORST salon I have ever been to in my life. I have read numerous horrible reviews about the guy not cleaning/cutting cuticles, not shaping properly, awful manicures, let alone pedicures. And it all came out to be true! The minute I got into my car after wasting $50 on an AWFUL mani & pedi, I cried.The girl who I think is name Sophia ?? Literally spent 10-15 minutes total on my pedi for which I waited 25 minutes for. I don’t mind waiting cause I walked in, but the pedi was terrible, literally 2 minutes on each foot to scrub and do everything else.I told the guy my nails are very brittle, short, no length, having suffered from on and off acrylic damage. He did push back my cuticles, didn’t clean/cut them, kept commenting on my short brittle nails/laughing. Made me feel super uncomfortable.Did not leave ANY tip cause they do not deserve it and I don’t feel the least bit bad about that.Needless to say, I am NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

Will never go there again. Not only did they cut my toe but my gel nails peeled off in 3 days...do not recommend!

Sophia is amazing. On a whim, I made an appointment with her because I needed my nails done. I used to get them done in Swampscott but my usual nail girl wasn’t at all able to fit me in. I called and Sophia took me right away. I do the dip powder and I absolutely LOVE it. Sophia is a goddess with the dip powder. I LOVE the routine she has and the method of how she chooses to carry out the dip powder nail job. I had never been to her before, I told her once how I wanted my nails to look (love the lon almond shape), and she filed them perfectly, right away.The atmosphere at Eternal Nails is so calming and relaxing. Everyone who works there including Sophia’s husband and her Mom, are all so nice and very good at what they do. Highly. Highly. Reccomeend!!
