I have been coming here for a year or 2, first time I have had such poor service. As the photos show, the tech cut my toes til they bled despite me telling her to stop/and I kept pulling my feet away(turns out she had ear buds in). Then she kept scolding me on how I was moving my feet. Then she walks up as I pay at the front desk to show me her Venmo for a tip. The entitlement! While I go home and hope these cuts don’t get infected.

I had a dip manicure done with Jenny P for my first visit and I was so satisfied, I immediately booked another appointment to come back and have my toes done in the same color. This salon is clean, calming, and the technicians do not rush and use the utmost professionalism. I have been struggling to find a good salon in the area and this will now be my go to. They do everything the way I like it, my nails are shaped correctly, they filed the underside of the the tips so my nails are smooth all around, and they didnt leave any gaps making my nails look already grown out.Additional plus sides-- ample parking and a Starbucks in the same lot for the perfect spa day.

One of the best places around boston. Super clean, professional and they don’t rush! Also they use the glass looking tip extension and then cure it under Led, a technique that I’ve only found in Europe and it makes the nails last more than acrylics. I am def going back! Highly recommend!

Yesterday was my second time getting a gel manicure at Sen Nails. They did an amazing job! It was a relaxing and pampering experience. One of my favorite things about Sen (besides their nail skills) is the nice, quiet atmosphere. There’s nobody talking on their cell phones or loud TVs. I wish I discovered Sen sooner!! I can’t wait to try to their pedicure next.

They are very expensive but the place is modern, clean, great atmosphere, alot of options, colors, styles, designs. Rose take care of my 14 year old and is sweet, patient and listens.

Always have loved this place and my nails come out amazing but recently went and all the services have gone up 8%. So for a gel manicure and pedicure was $90 with tip!!! Kinda crazy really

Terrible place. The leave your skin feeling rough, and try to charge you extra for them to fix it. Had to wait over thirty minutes to get a pedicure. The women was rushing. Took her only 15 minutes to do the pedicure and the paint wasn’t even cleaned up of my skin. Left the bottom of my feet extremely rough. Extremely terrible place!!!

Cant speak highly enough about them. Firstly, the place is immaculate, hygienic and very sterile which is my main concern when trying out nails salons. They autoclave (sterilize by heat) their instruments like a dentists office. Secondly, the owner Tony is a great guy who loves his clients. Super friendly and always aims to please (which is hard to come by these days as far as customer service goes in the service industry). Lastly, not once have I ever disappointed when I leave there. The staff is very educated, friendly and professional. Oh yeah and the place has a serious variety of nail colors which I really, reallllllly love 😍 Handsdown the best nail spot Ive ever had! Im a lifer! 😊🤗🥰

I have been going to Sen since it opened. I appreciate that I get to see and visit with my same nail technician, Jamie, each time I go thanks to online appointment scheduling. The salon is clean and bright and doesn’t smell of chemicals. They ask that people keep cell phone usage to a minimum which keeps the atmosphere serene. The music is relaxing. I am allergic to lavender so Jamie makes sure that no products with lavender are used during my nail treatments. They sterilize their tools after every use. Their pedicure chairs are comfortable and have good massage options. Pricing is competitive.I have never written a review on Google prior to this, but I’m doing it for Sen because this small business works hard to earn and retain their client base with their dedication to promoting a customer-oriented environment.

The staff is friendly (the owner is sweet and accommodating) and the space is meticulously clean (a must!) and tranquil. Had a gel manicure a couple weeks ago by Rebecca and was great . Went back today for a regular manicure and gel removal, just wanted clear on nails, painted with wrong clear ... used gel... so I waited under the dryer for 15 minutes and it was still wet and getting everywhere . I asked why it wasnt drying. They said they used wrong kind. I asked to just take off the polish and did not want anymore Polish because I would have to wait another 20 min to try. Still charged me $23 for a manicure... way too pricey, especially for messing up, and not even getting paint. Will not go back.

So glad Sen Nails was recommended to me. Tony is absolutely wonderful and welcoming! He’s the first person you see upon entering and he really cares about his customers. That is very rare nowadays. Not only did he help me pick out the perfect color, he was also able to accomodate me when I changed my mind and wanted to do the dip powder.Helen and Jennifer were both wonderful as well. The whole experience was very relaxed and the pedicure was one of the best I’ve experienced. The choice of music and the quietness is great after a long day and the prices are right around what other salons are charging.Overall wonderful experience and I’ve found my new nail salon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All of the technicians were wonderful and took great care to ensure excellent work. I also really appreciate that all of the tools they use are either sealed after sterilizing and opened in front of you, or were one time use so I knew what they were using on me was clean and safe. I also managed to mess up two of my nails only hours after my manicure. I called and Tony allowed me to come in and get them fixed for free. I highly recommend Frank V, as your technician. He is wonderful and the one I book every time I go in now!

I really enjoy this place. They accept appointments and have always taken me at my appointment time (no delays). They do a great job on gel manicures and regular mani/pedis. My current gel mani is a week old and going strong. It’s a calming environment - more spa-like than the nail places you’ll find in Newbury St. So you can close your eyes and relax or read a book. They take time and care with the hand/foot massage with I find really enjoyAnd everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend.Note: If you’re like me and prefer to leave a cash tip, make sure to grab some on your way as there’s no ATM anywhere in this shopping plaza. They’re on Venmo so that’s a great option to pay for your services. There IS a Starbucks so you can grab your fave coffee before or after.

Sen is such an amazing spa! I go here mainly for their pedicures. My friend referred me to the salon and purchased me a pedicure for Valentines Day a year ago. I fell in love with this place ever since. It is very infrequent that I find a technician (I go see Tony) who is skilled in cuticle/callous removal and treating ingrown nails! Their pedicures are so amazing and long-lasting due to their attentiveness and thoroughness. I can honestly go months without getting a repeat pedicure. Although, in my situation, I think its better to go more often (I am on my feet 24/7 due to my job). Their foot and leg massages also do wonders for my tired, and aching feet. I think the service provided is well worth the price as the results are long lasting and the condition of my feet have drastically improved over time. Also, my boyfriend noticed how great my pedicures were and now he comes here too on a monthly basis!

I have been coming to Sen Nails since I relocated to Massachusetts 2 years ago. We recently moved to Watertown and I still make the drive every 2 weeks to have my pedicure and manicure with Frank. Beautiful, clean and utterly relaxing salon but too much turn around with their technicians. I had two excellent technicians both of them left. I felt that would continue to happen so I decided to move on. There were new faces everytime I went. I have since found a new and beautiful salon but wanted to give them a thumbs up anyway.

When you see white you think that it might be easier to see a stain or dust or misperception. But let me tell you at Sen Nails you wont find one imperfection. It is spotless. They let you be able to get a graceful experience and they dont use these harsh chemicals very friendly and no harsh chemical smell. I loved my mediocre they are state of the art up to date with designs and have the talent to recreate anything for you.

Very meticulous about the cleanliness of their tools. Great staff. Relaxing atmosphere, no noisy tvs blaring in the background. A nice touch is the offering a beverage once you check in.

I left here today extremely speechless and upset. Exactly ten days ago, I spent over $100.00. The service came to $88.00 plus a $25.00 tip. I see the same nail technician everytime I go. Always saying that I should try the dipping powder it will last longer, which I gave it a go, well it did not last which is ok. So at todays appointment I wanted a gel manicure, as I also chose the color white. As my nails are drying they have actual bubbles, technician then states I should have chosen a different color. Excuse me?? You are professionals, and should be able to make my hands look the same. Again another $40.00 today plus $5.00 tip. I will never return, as I thought I was a good customer. I was really caught off guard today! So yes its relaxing and clean but no worth getting disappointing service.

I have been going since it opened. I loved this place and anyone can do an excellent job. I think as they hire new technicians though, things arent as great so now I ask for specific people. One thing I think they should do is make sure to train the techs the Sen way or customers will start to leave.

Im so happy I found this place. The level of care and consideration they take is way beyond your average nail place. And I am now a true multiple repeat customer. Why? 1) cleanliness: each tool is sterilized in surgical packs and they dont open yours until they go to use them - on You- and only you. Any other thing to touch your foot or hand is a one time use item. The place is spotless and it shows, because everything is light in color, white washed pergo-wood floors and white marble counters. 2) Relaxation: The care team here (yes, thats what Ive dubbed these awesome people) keep their voices low and zen-like. No hyper laughter or conversations that have you questioning if theyre talking about you. They have relaxing music playing that I swear is probably 432Hz because its soooo soothing. 3) hospitality: they offer you water or tea, and if you pay by card your receipt comes in one of those cute thank you folders. Beyond all this, their prices really are reasonable.This place is truly a gold mind of a find, super convenient to stop in off RT 1. If your reading this to consider going or not - GO! You will NOT be disappointed.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Im the type of person who never gets a pedicure because Im always grossed out at the thought of most facilities and often times, the cleanliness of a nail salon is...dubious. Sen has changed how I feel about that for sure! Its perfectly SPOTLESS and the nail equipment is in sealed sterile packaging before its used on you. The gentleman who did my nails was very thorough my toes look adorable. He also did a very thorough and relaxing leg massage and I fell asleep! Most places just apathetically rub your calves for 20 seconds, but this place went above and beyond. I will definitely become a regular here.

Bad service

I now go out of my way 30 minutes in order to get my manicures/pedicures done at Sen Nails. They are by far the best place Ive ever been in Boston and I live in the Back Bay. Their atmosphere is relaxing, they do longer massages which we can all admit, thats 75% of the reason why we go to nail salons in the first place.

Ive been going to SEN Nails for the last several months and have left every appointment totally impressed with the experience. Every member of the staff is really nice, the shop is clean, quiet, and relaxing, and my hands and nails have never looked better.

Modern, clean, smells delicious and excellent customer service! I came in as a first time customer and was very impressed with this nail salon. The owner Tony did my nails and I had a pleasant experience with him. Unfortunately, my nails started to have a few chips on them which could have been from a number of reasons. I called five days after and spoke with Tony directly and without hesitation he told me to come in and they will fix it for me. I made an appointment for the following day and he not only redid my nails completely but explained to me that their policy is 7 days after they will stand behind their work. Ontop of the great service, they use amazing products with good prices! He used a seaweed based Vegan base and top coat and let me tell you! Within those 5 days I saw a major difference in growth for my nails!! Most places would charge an extra $10-$15, but Sen does not. They automatically use this amazing product. Tony was very knowledgeable and truthful about different products and how they could effect my natural nails.Thank you Tony for making my experience unparrelled to other salons, the warm customer service and going above and beyond your job!
